Then he thought it was so awesome because he added an after market warranty although all the problems are not covered! Go figure!! To no avail, the light was off long enough to pass emissions then the light was back on. I had a hole in my gas tank and had to be replaced out of pocket and I had to do a complete brake job with rotors 4 weeks after getting the car!! And as I write this the check engine light is on again‍‍ So BEWARE!! And make sure you cross your T's and dot your I's!!!

This is a decent place…read more As a single woman, I dread dealing with anything or anybody related to car purchases, maintenance or repairs, and am always thankful when I find a place with people who work with integrity. Subaru of McDonough is such a place and their Service Manager, Mark, is such a person. Mark jumped in as a new manager and cleaned up a potentially sticky situation with some repair work on my car. He did the right thing even though there was no immediate positive return on his actions. I sat there for hours, laughing, talking, and sharing the serious health challenges I had been going through. Everyone made me feel comfortable,almost like family. The salesperson showed so much care at first, and I trusted that kindness. That is why what happened afterward hurt so much. He sent me an unsolicited video showing his private parts . I am shocked and deeply disturbed. After opening up about such a vulnerable part of my life, receiving that video left me feeling disrespected and betrayed. What had been a happy memory of doing something special for myself became something painful.I also feel scared knowing that he has my address and personal information from my purchase. That adds another layer of worry to an already upsetting experience. My daughter and daughter-in-law have also purchased cars from this dealership. Thinking about how I would feel if either of them had received something like this is heartbreaking. We trusted this dealership with our family's business, and I expected that trust to be respected.
