The service center is small but the staff are all willing to help. DJ - the service manager assisted me and gave phenomenal service! I felt like I was in and out. If it wasn't for Sonja Brown I don't think our Truck would have gotten a remanufactured engine. Sonja went way above expected when we were not getting anywhere with our extended warranty company. She stayed on the phone with them and went over all our service records we sent her, proving we take extreme care of our vehicle. Then when there was no word again from the warranty company she got her superiors and the owner involved. Then within days the warranty company finally came out and inspected the vehicle again and a firm action was in place. After 3 months and 3 days we finally received our baby back and it purrs like a kitten!! Thank You Sonja and John Miles for an exceptional customer experience!!! We will be back!!!

On 4/29/26, I paid a tow company…read more$250 to have my vehicle towed to John Miles Chevrolet because it overheated and all of the coolant leaked out. I was called the next day by the service rep(Melody) and told it just needed a water pump. I paid $1400 to have the water pump replaced and picked the vehicle up on 4/30/26. On 5/7/26(6 Days Later), I was out running errands before heading out of town when it overheated again and all of the coolant leaked out. I called the dealership and they had a tow truck company pick it up. I called a ride to get home. On 5/8/26, the service manager called me and told me the engine is blown(Engine Head). I asked him why didn't they discover that the first time before having me spend $1400 on a water pump. He stated (IT IS COMMON FOR CAMERO) and there is no way to know other than replacing the water pump and seeing how it go. He quoted prices to replace the engine $6500-$10000. I was out of town celebrating my birthday, so I told him I need some time to sort things out then I will call back. I called back the morning of 5/11/26 and spoke with the service manager (Tony). I expressed my issue as to why wasn't I told the engine may be blown before being charged $1400 for a water pump and he stated they should have. I also expressed I feel as if I should be reimbursed for the water pump. The service rep (Melody) was off, so he stated he has to talk to her tomorrow. He requested I call him around 10am tomorrow and he will do what he can. I said OKAY but, in the meantime, I am going to send a tow truck to pick the vehicle up today. He requested I just call him when they're on the way. A few hours later, I paid a tow company $181 to pick the vehicle up. When the tow truck arrived, they would not release the vehicle because they said I owe for the tow truck sent when the vehicle broke back down. I explained to them that tow was their fault and I am not liable. They refused. I was talked down too so bad by the service Rep name Sonya I literally reminded her I am the customer and I did not appreciate how she was handling me. I asked for the service manager (Tony) and I was put on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up and calling back. I was told Tony is not available, so I requested to speak to the owner (Chuck). I briefly explained the situation, and he made them release the vehicle to the tow company. The next day (5/12/26) at 10:35am, I called the dealership to speak to Tony. He did answer, so I left a voicemail. He did not call me back, so I called again at 1:15pm only to be told he is not available. I did get a return call. I think Tony is avoiding me. I simply want them to do the right thing.

He was very professional and mannerable! We were able to get the Toyota at the price that my mama-n-law could afford. The manager (I guess he was the manager), Patrick, also was able to accommodate our request regarding a scratch on the bumper! Bradley, the finance manager was also very professional and welcoming! We really appreciate all their assistance! If you're in the market for a vehicle, go here! You won't be disappointed!

    I went to Dena Motors because I seen an ad on FB…read moreMarketplace. I spent 3 days at this dealership to end up with NO car back in October of 2024 (Here it is December). But that's not what I'm complaining about. I'm complaining about the down payment that I was told (have paperwork showing proof) I should be receiving back via mail. Idk why I was moving so fast and paid without knowing for sure I was getting the car. I've been emailing and calling to get absolutely no where and because I don't have any documentation "on hand" it's hard for me to communicate with my bank. I am honestly trying to avoid going to the dealership ( an hour away) but I see this may be the best option because no one is responding back to me. I have my original receipt of when I made payment yet they can't put it back on my card. Then I'm not going to get into the "shady"business about my brother. He was my co signer and he got approved for an extra loan but since we never went through with the purchase, Dena Motors never canceled the loan from that little QR scan code thing they have you scan and those people were calling my brother saying he own them $90. On top of that someone also stole his information to use for insurance. Someone at Dena Motors is using other peoples information.

I went to Pure on the recommendation of three childhood friends who still live here. They ALL said to go to Pure. I grew up in Decatur and left for grad school many years ago. I recently returned after living in four states during my career. I have always had three criteria when I make a move to a new location, and they have served me well. Find: 1. A Doctor you can relate to and trust. 2. Someone who gives a great haircut. 3. An auto mechanic you can trust and who does great work. I've found #3 in Decatur Pure Station. After my early check-in, I sat in the waiting area for about two hours, watching and listening to the manager interacting with customers. My observations? Friendly, matter-of-fact, clear. Andy explained everything going on with his client's cars. He made recommendations, and more importantly, noted what didn't need to be done. He gave accurate representations about when services would be completed. For my car, he got the part quickly and told me they had looked over the whole car and only found one repair that needed to be made (besides my originating situation). He was accurate in his honesty, because I already knew I was needing a new rear brake job in the next month. While my car was being repaired, I walked around downtown Decatur. I reacquainting myself with some old, and mostly new, businesses and restaurants. I arrived back at the repair shop in the mid-afternoon, just after they finished repairing the car. Andy explained everything they did, and gave me a very fair price for the service I received. Am I ever glad to have found Pure. Five Stars, and even higher.

Dropped the Mini off and the work was done within the time frame they estimated. Over all, A+. Polite, pleasant, responsive, friendly, convenient. Also, there are worse ways to kill time than walking around Decatur, grabbing a coffee and croissant at the Reading Room, and waiting til the phone rings.
