    Their BBB Better Business Bureau accredidation is suspended!!! I bought a new 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage and the salesman Jayline said he would throw in the all weather floor mats and trunk mat. He had me write my information down twice for them to be mailed since I live almost 2 hours away. I waited 2 months and nothing arrived. I called many times and left a message for him, left a message for the supervisor, called service who didn't answer, and talked to the loan person who said he would let them know and then when I text him a couple days later he said the salesman was supposed to call me. While we were finalizing the loan we declined the extended warranty coverage and when they brought the paperwork out after we agreed on a payment it had a higher payment and they had added things. We sat and waited for them to take it off and when we went to the loan person in the back they had added more stuff back on and we had to argue with him to get it taken back off. Fast forward to our first service and to have them check out the passenger side window making a sound as well as the air vent closing on it's own, I go there specifically so I could ask about the floor mats. Jayline is there and said the person in service who orders them was fired and that the new person would be there tomorrow and he would call me. I asked the service guy about the air vent and he said to just stick a piece of paper in it.. After about 4 hours of waiting they say it's ready and they give me a set if keys that isn't mine and I can see my car still in the corner. He says it will be a minute and when he does come back he gives me my key. I ask about the window and he says him and the service person can hear the gears in the motor slipping and that I can bring it in when it goes out and I can buy another one. This is a 2 month old car with 4,000 miles with bumper to bumper warranty, I shouldn't have to buy another one! A week later I I hadn't received any calls and call back and talk to Jayline puts me on hold to check on it and then I'm transferred to the service person who tells me they would never tell me that and that I can buy them. Then I talk to the manager and he tells the same thing saying he would never tell me that and how they don't do that. Me and my wife were there to hear it and there was no issues while we bought the car or at the service but then bait and switch just like trying to add the warranties or extra costs to the loan without our consent. This place will screw you over, try to sneak in extra costs, ghost you, ignore you, then know nothing about what was promised and basically call you a liar. Buy at your own risk and just know, I told you so.

    I thought I was purchasing a 2019 Jeep Cherokee for 19139.00 and I was until the buyer's agreement where they hiked the price to 57,000

If it wasn't for Sonja Brown I don't think our Truck would have gotten a remanufactured engine. Sonja went way above expected when we were not getting anywhere with our extended warranty company. She stayed on the phone with them and went over all our service records we sent her, proving we take extreme care of our vehicle. Then when there was no word again from the warranty company she got her superiors and the owner involved. Then within days the warranty company finally came out and inspected the vehicle again and a firm action was in place. After 3 months and 3 days we finally received our baby back and it purrs like a kitten!! Thank You Sonja and John Miles for an exceptional customer experience!!! We will be back!!!

On 4/29/26, I paid a tow company…read more$250 to have my vehicle towed to John Miles Chevrolet because it overheated and all of the coolant leaked out. I was called the next day by the service rep(Melody) and told it just needed a water pump. I paid $1400 to have the water pump replaced and picked the vehicle up on 4/30/26. On 5/7/26(6 Days Later), I was out running errands before heading out of town when it overheated again and all of the coolant leaked out. I called the dealership and they had a tow truck company pick it up. I called a ride to get home. On 5/8/26, the service manager called me and told me the engine is blown(Engine Head). I asked him why didn't they discover that the first time before having me spend $1400 on a water pump. He stated (IT IS COMMON FOR CAMERO) and there is no way to know other than replacing the water pump and seeing how it go. He quoted prices to replace the engine $6500-$10000. I was out of town celebrating my birthday, so I told him I need some time to sort things out then I will call back. I called back the morning of 5/11/26 and spoke with the service manager (Tony). I expressed my issue as to why wasn't I told the engine may be blown before being charged $1400 for a water pump and he stated they should have. I also expressed I feel as if I should be reimbursed for the water pump. The service rep (Melody) was off, so he stated he has to talk to her tomorrow. He requested I call him around 10am tomorrow and he will do what he can. I said OKAY but, in the meantime, I am going to send a tow truck to pick the vehicle up today. He requested I just call him when they're on the way. A few hours later, I paid a tow company $181 to pick the vehicle up. When the tow truck arrived, they would not release the vehicle because they said I owe for the tow truck sent when the vehicle broke back down. I explained to them that tow was their fault and I am not liable. They refused. I was talked down too so bad by the service Rep name Sonya I literally reminded her I am the customer and I did not appreciate how she was handling me. I asked for the service manager (Tony) and I was put on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up and calling back. I was told Tony is not available, so I requested to speak to the owner (Chuck). I briefly explained the situation, and he made them release the vehicle to the tow company. The next day (5/12/26) at 10:35am, I called the dealership to speak to Tony. He did answer, so I left a voicemail. He did not call me back, so I called again at 1:15pm only to be told he is not available. I did get a return call. I think Tony is avoiding me. I simply want them to do the right thing.

But that's not what I'm complaining about. I'm complaining about the down payment that I was told (have paperwork showing proof) I should be receiving back via mail. Idk why I was moving so fast and paid without knowing for sure I was getting the car. I've been emailing and calling to get absolutely no where and because I don't have any documentation "on hand" it's hard for me to communicate with my bank. I am honestly trying to avoid going to the dealership ( an hour away) but I see this may be the best option because no one is responding back to me. I have my original receipt of when I made payment yet they can't put it back on my card. Then I'm not going to get into the "shady"business about my brother. He was my co signer and he got approved for an extra loan but since we never went through with the purchase, Dena Motors never canceled the loan from that little QR scan code thing they have you scan and those people were calling my brother saying he own them $90. On top of that someone also stole his information to use for insurance. Someone at Dena Motors is using other peoples information.
