On July 12, 2025, I brought my vehicle in due to a loud humming noise coming from the front of the car at higher speeds. I initially suspected it might be related to the muffler or a loose panel, especially since the noise began after the county paved my street. Since it was also time for an oil change, I requested that the service advisor have the technician test-drive the vehicle to hear the noise firsthand and help identify the issue. Unfortunately, the technician did not drive the vehicle or investigate the noise during my visit. As a result, I waited several hours and only received an oil change--leaving the original issue unaddressed. Following this, I consulted a separate mechanic, who promptly identified the problem as a faulty front wheel bearing. While I was sitting in an office attempting to unlock my credit received notifications that someone checked my credit - they didn't have the decency to wait like I asked. This was dishonesty. Also Stephon oversold: told me oil changes included in warranty/svc guaranty but the finance manager (I think KD) confirmed was not. I was sent a 39.95 coupon to get my oil changed and I get it changed and I am checking out, they add a supply fee on there and I asked her what that was for and she didn't know so she called somebody up there and he said it was for the disposal of the oil and all this other crap but My car is 2016 and I've been getting my oil changed there since then and it's never in addition to my bill. it's always been included whether they charge for it or not. I traded my infinit for a used 22 Titan here. Salesman was ok. But when I got home I realized they didn't give me the correct key for the truck. I went back a few days later to find that they never cut the key. I also noticed the back doors and tailgate didn't lock and unlock with the key fob. They cut the key but told me they would order the actuator for the doors. Then I never heard back from anyone. I reached out to my salesman and he said they refuse to fix the locks. We first saw certain vehicles of interest on "conyersnissan.com" the website that we were informed later (after confusing me and my elderly dad around in circles.) was actually shared with a sister store that was honestly closer to where I lived than this location. every v we looked at somehow the numbers didn't match " they put the wrong sticker" or the website description was misquoted. from the first one it was false advertising one after another. he also stated that they didn't negotiate/haggle the price AT ALL, didn't offer any discounts (including the $1000 one that that the Nissan manufacture AUTOMATICALLY offers. we bought four Nissans within the last ten years the most recent two weeks ago) he was rude and really I'm not sure how he graduated even highschool because his basic math was so off. There were Aton of the same v off the back that he said were taken "off the lot" for recalls but when asked what the recalls were for he acted like he didn't have or didn't know ANY of that info. Uhhm recalls are public info. Simple few searches and we found out ALL if it. Again crooked and dishonest. I have been a regular customer of Nissan Conyers for more than 10 years....that being said I've purchased 4 new cars from this dealership. I like to keep a vehicle with a warranty so that repairs are covered. Last week I was out of town and my brakes totally went out on my Titan truck. I managed not to wreck and got the vehicle to a dealership out of town where I booked myself into a hotel while I waited to get my truck fixed. I was notified the brake line was connected incorrectly and it was not covered under warranty. Hotel bill for 3 nights and $900 dollars for brake repairs. Nissan of Conyers says oh you had that done somewhere else! Today I came into Conyers Nissan to service my car. During my wait, I decided to inquire about cars and their pricing. To do so, I went to the front desk and asked Mr. Carl Wipple if he could assist me with finding a car. Mr. Wipple asked me if I had an idea of what I wanted, and I explained to him that I had no preference (the car would not be for me, it would be for a business). I was met with a laugh in my face. Because of this I asked him "Is it funny that I don't have an idea of what I want?". He confirmed that it was "because they had over 100 cars in the lot". I asked him if they were not there to help narrow my options down. We began to argue and he told me he would get someone to help me, so I sat down. While sitting, I was able to overhear him talking to a salesman about me and laughing even more. Because of this I walked up to him and let him know that "I'm trying to remain cordial, but you're not going to sit here and talk about me right in front of me. I have been to this service center many times. The last time I was here I was overcharged by the service coordinator. She gave me her business card with a note for a free oil change and tire rotation as a reimbursement. I called to speak to her prior to arriving, but found out she no longer worked there. I spoke to the Service Manager and he advised that they would still honor the note from the previous service rep. I arrived and was quickly greeted by Brandon. I let him know about my voucher and my conversation with the manager. He had everything covered, quickly got me in the system and in the queue for service. After a short wait, he came and clearly explained all suggested maintenance. When it was time to pay the bill, the service rep requested an itemized invoice to verify my voucher was honored and also review all maintenance charges. Everything checked out perfectly. Unfortunatley I had a horrible experience. Which is sad because I chose this dealership because someone I knew worked there YEARS ago. The top salesman was Carl when my friend work there and 20 years later he was still the top salesman. So I thought I could trust him. I bought a car from out of state BUT the car salesman Carl was not forthright about the previous owners and or smell of the vehicle. The salesman did not disclose the car had a HORRIBLE smoking smell. It was so bad, my son had to change his clotes after driving the vehicle. Very disappointed with Conyers Nissan. March 12, 2022 We drove 4hrs from Nashville Tennessee to Atlanta Georgia. I had a few vehicles on my list to check out. Conyers Nissan had a 2018 Infiniti q 50 luxe listed for 30k with 22k miles After test driving the vehicle we decided to look at numbers. The price went from 30k to 37k. 4K being a "prep the car for sale fee". We had offer 33k which covered your standard tax, doc fee, etc. I was not willing to pay a made up fee so we walked away from the sale after having an unpleasant interaction with mr Morgan. Unfortunately we really liked the car and thought we were getting a great deal so we we called sean (our sales rep) and asked if they were willing to take 34,500. Sean got approval, so we drove down once again to Atlanta (4hr drive) on march 15, 2022 and worked a deal. March 16, 2022 , The car started to show many problems which raised red flags for us. It vibrated really bad when braking. We notice additional two tones on the bumper as if it was in an accident (the Carfax shown to us stated no accident). The dual ac was not operating as it should. At this point I was feeling as we were sold a lemon. With all the issues going on decided to purchase a Carfax. I then uncovered the mileage reported 31k . Immediately brought this issue up to Morgan (the manager) with concerns of having a rollback odometer and issue mentioned above . Mr Morgan claimed he was going to speak to his GM with my concerns of them needing to take this vehicle back. Last I heard from Morgan was march 18, 2022. I have since called 3 times not hearing back on what could be worked out . Infiniti of cool springs in Franklin, tn uncovered brake pad were at 1mm and needed to be replaced Immediately. The oil was black and hadn't been change since 5/27/2021 (when in stones Nissan possession). This was very disturbing to hear since they claim to have had a safety check / prep fee. Definitely did not expect spending another 1grand on a car we just purchased to add brakes and oil change Conyers Nissan is deceitful, disreputable, and misleading. I would not expect this from a Nissan dealership. This type of problem typically come from a "buy here pay here" I am extremely shocked / sadden to experience this from a company that's held to high standards. If I could leave zero stars I would. I am completely unsatisfied with this dealership and would advise anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to stay away. They will sell you lemons. I purchased a certified pre-owened Nissan Versa in July. I was given paperwork indicating that it had passed every bit of Nissan's inspection to get the certified pre-owned status. I was told to sign this document indicating that it had passed. A few weeks later and the check engine light goes on. I lost 4 days pay by taking it to the dealership to have a diagnostic run on the car. Why it took 4 days for what Autozone can do in 2 minutes is beyond me. I was given a constant run around and told that my service advisor was sick and that someone would get back to me. I had to hunt down a manager to tell me the air flow sensor was bad and they had the gall to charge me nearly $1000.00 to fix it. The part itself only costs 250.00 and if you know how to use a flathead screwdriver you can do it yourself. Now my car is having problems with engine misfires and I am waiting on a tow truck to bring it to them to diagnose the issue, as the car almost stalled out on 285 during rush hour. Came back with some crap about his credit report is showing my son is about to be deployed because he was in the military. No such thing on his report. But they went ahead and pick a out a vehicle we never saw or test drove .. sent out a lot of applications to various financial institutions without our permission. The only reason why we caught it was, we was receiving a lot of correspondence from these banks. We didn't even show paystubs, so how you processing for a loan. He swore they were until I asked him to review the recording. Of course they were not. This dealership is not about the satisfaction of the customer. They try to appear that way until they get the sale. They sold me a used car with a crack in the windshield that couldn't be seen because of a white dealership sticker they had placed right over it. I was also shown this car last after seeing two others, and by the time I saw this car, it was dark outside, so the crack wouldn't be visible. I saw the crack the following day during the day time, 12 hours after purchasing. Since it was late, they couldn't detail the car the night I purchased it, so I went the following day to get it detailed after seeing the crack. I brought it to their attention, and they hit me with the "as is" line. I explained that it hadn't been 24 hours since purchase, and the sticker that was placed by them, blocked the crack. They stated that it was sealed and I inquired if that seal was good enough and won't crack further, because that's what cracks do. They couldn't guarantee me that, and I asked for that in writing and they refused! I had to demand it, and speak to multiple "managers".the female manager was soo incompetent, she didn't even know that driving with a cracked windshield was illegal!!! She told me it wasn't a big deal because her car windshield was cracked. I told her she should get that fixed, because it's illegal and she was shocked by that information! Smh I told them if not the letter, then cut me a check for the amount of a new windshield, and I'll do it myself, they even said no to that. After standing there demanding to to have it in writing, the GM finally wrote a letter on official letter head, stating if it cracks within two years, that they will replace it. The guy Barnett whom made my appointment acted like a over sized female child. Yelling and creating drama so early in the morning. No one seem to even care how he was making me feel. Cool I will find someone to listen. Even after all the drama I talked to 3 people about my car. And a 4th person even can asking yet again what I was having done to my car. These people are giving my an attitude because I guess big baby is upset. But what about honoring your commitment, being professional, doing your job correct the first time.
