From my personal experience, here are the main key points that I think you need to know (both good and bad): 1) They do negotiate. 2) They do not charge any extra fees (no dealer fees, no bogus package add on fees, etc). 3) They do not pressure you in any way; very quick easy used car buying process. Since it was also time for an oil change, I requested that the service advisor have the technician test-drive the vehicle to hear the noise firsthand and help identify the issue. Unfortunately, the technician did not drive the vehicle or investigate the noise during my visit. As a result, I waited several hours and only received an oil change--leaving the original issue unaddressed. Following this, I consulted a separate mechanic, who promptly identified the problem as a faulty front wheel bearing. I'm frustrated that the issue was overlooked during my initial visit despite clear communication. I'd appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and properly addressed.

But that's not what I'm complaining about. I'm complaining about the down payment that I was told (have paperwork showing proof) I should be receiving back via mail. Idk why I was moving so fast and paid without knowing for sure I was getting the car. I've been emailing and calling to get absolutely no where and because I don't have any documentation "on hand" it's hard for me to communicate with my bank. I am honestly trying to avoid going to the dealership ( an hour away) but I see this may be the best option because no one is responding back to me. I have my original receipt of when I made payment yet they can't put it back on my card. Then I'm not going to get into the "shady"business about my brother. He was my co signer and he got approved for an extra loan but since we never went through with the purchase, Dena Motors never canceled the loan from that little QR scan code thing they have you scan and those people were calling my brother saying he own them $90. On top of that someone also stole his information to use for insurance. Someone at Dena Motors is using other peoples information.
