I cannot say enough great things about this dealership. I have purchased two cars from them over…read more the last 8 years, and they have by far surpassed my customer service expectations! I recently experienced a breakdown on the highway, and I had no idea where to have my car towed for the repair. I was in a slight panic and wasn't sure what to do. I called Ernest Motors, and asked if there was anyone who could take a look at it to tell me what was wrong. I spoke with Gary Ernest, and he told me to have them tow it there and they would take a look at it. The Hero Unit that came to my rescue had said it was my alternator after checking it out. Well, after I had it towed to Ernest Motors, they checked it out and confirmed that's exactly what had happened. Note, I bought my car there about five years ago, so this was not a fresh purchase, and alternators do go bad over time, so this was normal. They made a call and had the part sent over to them. While I was inside, and trying to find someone who could pick me up, they came in and said "your car's ready to go". I was shocked, as I thought I would have to leave it there, or have it towed to a shop to have the work done. They actually put the new alternator in my car and sent me on my way. Thank you Gary and Eric for fixing my problem, let alone within an hour! If that's not a dealership that stands behind their cars and then, after a few years of owning the car, goes above and beyond.... Just saying, they are AMAZING people! I highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase a car or truck. A Very Happy and Satisfied Customer! Keep up the great work guys! Pamela

Best used car and truck dealership I have ever dealt with. In the 11 years we've been here, we…read morehave purchased over 12 cars from them, all of which have never had a single issue. Gary's prices are incredibly fair, and he has gotten me financing for as little as 2% (even when my credit was in the gutter). He's incredibly picky about the cars he brings in and puts up for sale, and stands behind every single one. If you have a problem during the entire time you own one of his vehicles, he will repair it and only charge for materials. That's a huge selling point for me and something you won't find at any other used car dealership around that I've found. This is just one of the reasons we've kept going back year after year, and will continue to do so.

Under no circumstances would I recommend this dealership. Operations Manager Tillie Cornell is…read moreextremely unprofessional, volatile, and exhibits absolutely disgusting behavior towards customers. My mother recently bought an Audi vehicle 10 days ago here. The vehicle has been making noises on the front end, so she brought it in to get it checked out. From the get go Tillie displayed behavior that shows she thinks others are beneath her, describing the insurance she was required to purchase in a bind "crappy". She then said several things that implied that it was my mother's fault for buying a used vehicle, and looked down her noses at us. This resulted in a verbal altercation between my mother and Tillie, as my mother felt belittled and attacked. We could hear her saying things about us to other employees. Things had settled down and me, my mother, and my aunt were sitting calmly in the waiting room of the garage area when Tillie initiated another argument, cussing up a storm and making herself look like an absolute fool. Shortly after we were escorted off premises without the vehicle being examined for the problem. No matter what the customer does, this is not the kind of person you want representing your company as an operations manager. She acted aggressively, and out of control, and threatened us with the law. After several attempts from my mother to disengage, Tillie refused and doubled down. She clearly has some problems regarding her self esteem that need to be sorted out in her personal life and is not fit to represent ANY company. Do not waste your time here, as you will be treated like absolute trash. Edit: If I could give negative stars to this business I would. No accountability was placed onto the manager for her behavior, when she came back again and harassed us! By the way, the "sexist remarks" were said by a woman towards a woman, after we have already been talked down to by this woman and she would not leave us alone.

They always have nice, clean trucks when I go on their website. By the time I had an opportunity to go to the lot, the truck was sold, so I test drove another used truck that drove well; however Arianna & Jabrin showed us a Ram 1500 truck that would be on the lot the next day which according to the pictures on his phone was really nice. Once the pictures were uploaded on the website, I reached out to Arianna who was always available and willing to assist to find out more about the truck. When I went back, she was not there, but Nardalina took good care of us as well, so it does not matter who you work with, they will all handle you with care. I test drove the vehicle and not only did it look as good as the photos, but it drove well too. They gave a great deal on it and I love my truck!!! It came with a warranty in which most used cars are sold AS IS, so that was an unexpected PLUS! Now I have an immaculate dual purpose used truck with low miles that I can work in and drive for leisure as well. Arianna, Nardalina, & Jabrin were very helpful in this process, and made it a smooth transition. Everyone at Atlanta Premium Cars will treat you well and give you the best deal possible.
