Had a rough 2018 and what better way to reward myself than with a BMW for Xmas? Oliver was helpful and pleasant to deal with. The transaction was easy and maybe took 2 hours tops as he had me send in the bulk of the paperwork before I arrived to the dealership. Highly recommend this place if you're in the market for a high end luxury vehicle.

2004 Acura. Superb condition. Great price.

Customer service and communication at this place is awful. Do yourself a service and read the bad reviews on here. You have been warned.

I attempted to purchase a 2018 Audi S5 from them in February 2026. I was buying from out of state…read more The vehicle was advertised for $19,780 across multiple online automotive platforms. Prior to authorizing a down payment, I confirmed with dealership staff that the total purchase price would equal the advertised price. After I provided written authorization for a refundable deposit contingent upon an independent inspection, the dealership introduced additional mandatory dealer-imposed fees totaling $1,245, including documentation, administrative, and reconditioning charges. These fees were not disclosed in the advertised price and were required in order to complete the transaction. Imagine, the dealership was trying to add on charges after the fact from them cleaning the car to sell! When I objected and requested that the dealership honor the advertised price inclusive of mandatory dealer fees, communication ceased on their end, not returning my messages. The vehicle was temporarily listed as pending and later relisted at a higher price on their site. Although no funds were processed, this conduct raises concerns regarding advertised price transparency and disclosure of mandatory dealer charges in direct violation of Georgia anti bait-and-switch laws. *UPDATE AFTER COMPANY RESPONSE*: As clearly admitted by the company, they completely agree with my entire review. Their made up bait-and-switch fees (such as attempting to add on a charge for cleaning the car) were told to me AFTER I had asked them for the total and provided written authorization (per their instructions) for a charge to my credit card based on that total, out-the-door price. Attempting to keep this original review brief, I left off many details. But here is another point which others should know: since I was buying from out of state, I wanted a dealer pre-inspection (of which I was going to pay from out of my own pocket). The salesman kept trying to get me to not send it to the local Audi dealer, but a CarX down the street. That raised more red flags.

I been shopping around for a Wagoneer for awhile and messaged them about an OTD price for me…read more Instead of replying to my question over email. They have blowing up my cell phone non stop and saying they can't give me a price unless I come in. I normally have the price pre-negotiated before coming in. I asked the sales person twice for the price and he refused to give me one. I told him that I didn't have time for games and left it like that. A few days later, he emailed and sent me a video. I asked him twice for a price and he still wouldn't give me one. He asked me what price I was thinking about. I gave him a super low price to mess with them before I was tired of their games. I would highly avoid this place as they need to learn some customer service and how to sell cars. I already picked up my Jeep out of state bc they played no games and got to point. If the GM is reading this, please retrain your employees on how deal business with customers. When a customer asks you for an OTD price, just give it to them. Stop dancing around and playing games and telling the customer has to come in for to get a price or refuse to give one. I wish I can give this place -20 stars. FYI, this sales man has blown up my cell phone at least 20 times. They seem desperate but have 0 customer service skills. If you're reading this, you know who I am referring to.

I recently bought a vehicle from this location, and while my salesperson Kevin was actually pretty…read moredecent and seemed like he meant well, the experience took a sharp turn for the worse once the sale was done. Before finalizing the deal, I made it very clear that I was only moving forward if the vehicle came with a working charger. Well, I got the car -- but the charger doesn't work at all. That's bad enough, but what's worse is how everything was handled after. I tried reaching out multiple times -- called at least 4 or 5 times -- just to speak with a manager. No response. When I finally got through to Nubian M. Holmes, who is apparently the Sales Manager, I was completely shocked by how rude and unprofessional he was. Instead of trying to help or even just listen, he brushed off the situation, offered no solutions, and actually told me: "If you're not happy, just bring the car back. We'll be waiting." Who says that to a customer? It wasn't just dismissive -- it was disrespectful. No accountability, no effort to make it right. Just pure ego and attitude. I honestly couldn't believe it. Let me be clear: this isn't about the car. It's about how they treat people after they get your money. That's when the mask comes off. And if this is the kind of leadership they have running the place, it explains a lot. The sales team might seem helpful at first, but once the papers are signed, you're on your own. No one will care. No one will help. And if something goes wrong? Good luck even getting a call back. Trust your gut and shop somewhere else. I wish I had.

He's a magician that pulls your attention to one hand and gets you to ignore what the other hand is doing. We bought two vans, we were told they were in good shape and had no problems. We test drove but that didn't reveal much. However after the ink dried and we drove them away we found so many things wrong. Brought back one of the vans. He said he could fix all of the issues for a discounted rate. We trusted him. After taking another $700 from us it STILL drove like crap. He started saying they could do some more repairs to make it better. I refused to give that man one more dollar! He said he gave us such a good discount on the vans that he could have sold them to someone else and made a much better profit. I told him to buy it back from us for what we paid for it so he could resell for a bigger profit. Of course he said no. I took it to our mechanic. Our mechanic showed us how the "NEW TIRES" (that were a selling point) had flat shape bc they had sat for so long. The engine spacers were all gone and it was sitting directly on the frame. The rotors were so messed up. Even though the seller charged us for an alignment that we didn't ask for our mechanic said he could see where they tried to do an alignment but it wasn't done right. The repairs performed by the seller were not even close to being worth the money he charged us bc they were done fast and inaccurately and cheap. We were stupid and were taken for a ride. You'll have a much much better find from a private seller who more than likely will be more honest about the things that are wrong. Purchase at your own risk!

Fast forward a few months and we recently went back to Echo Park. Set up an appointment online for between 7 and 8. Got to Echo at around 7:30 and were told to sit in the waiting area. There were a lot of other people also waiting. My husband and I sat there until around 8:45, watching as employees looked frazzled and like no one had any clue what was going on. I finally went up to the desk to ask how much longer? Guy at the desk says they tried to call me multiple times on my phone (why? I'm sitting just a few feet away) which was a lie, I had no missed calls. I'm then told someone will be there right away. We wait for another 15ish mins and then leave. While I do appreciate Amber following up by text and answering my questions, Duluth is a long trek for us to go test drive a car only to sit around with no updates, no "we're busy, we'll be with you soon," nothing. Seems like this location has a management problem and maybe needs to hire more employees? Once we got the details about the car we were interested in, including an out the door price, it wasn't such a great deal after all. I'll be shopping elsewhere for my next car and cannot in good faith recommend shopping at Echo Park.
