Had a rough 2018 and what better way to reward myself than with a BMW for Xmas? Oliver was helpful and pleasant to deal with. The transaction was easy and maybe took 2 hours tops as he had me send in the bulk of the paperwork before I arrived to the dealership. Highly recommend this place if you're in the market for a high end luxury vehicle.

2004 Acura. Superb condition. Great price.

Customer service and communication at this place is awful. Do yourself a service and read the bad reviews on here. You have been warned.

Dimitri was the first person I spoke to over the phone. He patiently answered all my questions, helped schedule my test drive, and welcomed us warmly when we arrived. He explained everything clearly, made sure I felt comfortable, and never made me feel pressured. Both Dimitri and Henry were genuinely helpful and professional, and I'm really grateful for how they supported me through the process.

During the sales process, my salesperson, Adrian Custodio, was responsive and attentive. However, once the purchase was completed, communication became extremely difficult. Questions and concerns were only addressed after repeated follow-up calls to the dealership requesting to speak with him directly. When I first viewed the vehicle, there was a charging cable stored in the rear cargo compartment. After bringing the vehicle home, I discovered the cable was no longer included. When I contacted the dealership for clarification, I was given conflicting information and made to feel as though my expectation that an electric vehicle would include a charging cable was unreasonable. Unfortunately, no satisfactory resolution was provided. I also attempted to speak with a manager regarding my concerns and was directed to Steve Fricks, but I never received a response despite my efforts to reach out. Additionally, I took delivery of the vehicle during a heavy rainstorm and quickly discovered that the windshield wipers were not performing adequately, making visibility difficult. When I asked about having them replaced, I was informed that the service department had already deemed them acceptable. What has been most frustrating is the lack of communication, accountability, and customer support after the sale was finalized. As a long-time Hyundai customer who has purchased multiple Hyundai vehicles over the years, this has been the least satisfactory dealership experience I have encountered. While I am happy with the vehicle itself, the post-sale customer service has left a great deal to be desired. As a result, I plan to have my future maintenance and service work performed at a different Hyundai dealership.

Autoplex agreed to repair these issues and replace the tires prior to our purchase; however, they refused to provide any written documentation that they had completed the promised work. They instead encouraged me to trust that it had been done and to lean on their 3k mile warranty. We did, only to later discover that there were still 2 dry rotted tires and half of the repairs hadn't been done (and those that were done were done improperly). Less than a month after closing, I've spent more than $2k on repairs they had agreed to do, and I have yet another appointment to bring the car into another shop next weekend. It took multiple calls to eventually reach Lionel, who promised a partial reimbursement. This reimbursement hasn't come. I'm preparing a complaint with the GA Board of Used Motor Vehicle Dealers ( https://sos.ga.gov/sites/default/files/forms/35%20Form%20-%20Complaint.pdf ) and the AG's Consumer Protection Division ( https://consumer.georgia.gov/resolve-your-dispute/how-do-i-file-complaint/consumer-complaint-form#no-back ). Since it looks like my issues are a common theme, I hope others will do the same.

After the test drive, they offered me an initial quote, which I negotiated on for a lower Out-The-Door price. The manager printed out a quote with a lower price. I left the facility and returned in the afternoon with my partner. We negotiated the price down further after several hours of retrieving the vehicle which had been moved to another location. We got a pre-purchase inspection from a local mechanic. Finally, we were planning to sign the documents to purchase the vehicle. Suddenly the sales manager asks us to come into her office and shows us on her computer that she cannot honor the price that we negotiated because her computer would not allow her to take off some dealer mandated fees ($1600 in total). We were not informed of this before we finished the deal. And the manager made the mistake to omit it on the quote that I signed to seal the deal. She refused to correct her mistake by lowering the price of the vehicle to offset the dealer fee she could not change on her computer software. My wife and I wasted my entire afternoon/evening and had to cancel a dinner appointment. The sales manager ruined my experience with this dealer and I am wondering if she and the dealership violated the law for not honoring a deal on a quoted price.

I called the dealership, spoke to the manager, who basically stated that I should've kept the warranty, then blew me off... Of course after the transmission went out, I realized why they hard sold me on the warranty, it's obvious they already knew there was a transmission issue, and wanted to get rid of the vehicle, and sell it with a warranty, but the consumer wouldn't be privy to that information... This happened exactly 30 days after I purchased the vehicle, and these shysters didn't offer any assistance and getting the situation correct... Please do your due diligence before purchasing with this dealership as they are unscrupulous... It was actually the Gainesville location, but I learned later they had the vehicle over a year in Duluth, then moved it over to the Gainesville location... I've purchased many cars for my business and never encountered such a deceiving dealership.

I would highly recommend Ashley and Enterprise Car Sales Duluth to anyone looking for a car and want a quick, smooth turnaround. Thank you all for the excellent customer service!

I purchased a vehicle from Enterprise Car Sales in March 2025. Within the first week, I had to…read morereturn the car due to a washer fluid system malfunction. I was directed by the manager, Matthew, to Pep Boys for repairs. At the same time, I raised concerns about a strong coolant odor when starting the vehicle. Matthew dismissed this, saying he couldn't smell anything, but also admitted he had a poor sense of smell. No inspection was done. Exactly 90 days after purchase, the car overheated and started smoking while I was driving home from North Carolina with my two children (ages 13 and 3). I was stranded in Charlotte for several hours and had to pay $312 out of pocket to tow the vehicle back to Atlanta. On June 30, I contacted Matthew again, and he told me to have the car towed to Pep Boys. They found the radiator and other components needed replacement, but Enterprise declined to cover the cost. The vehicle was then picked up by Enterprise, who said they would handle the repairs internally. Since then, communication has been extremely poor. I've had to call or visit in person to get updates--no one from Enterprise proactively reached out. I was eventually told the radiator had been flushed and hoses replaced. However, a technician later found sludge in the coolant reservoir, which was confirmed to be caused by an oil leak--a serious and likely pre-existing issue. Despite the safety risk and the mechanical failures, I was told a rental vehicle would only be provided at my own expense since I was outside the 90-day window. I didn't receive a rental until August 2--over a month after the breakdown. I was then informed that the vehicle was shaking during test drives and later told oil or coolant was leaking into the transmission. Enterprise still had no clear answer on what was wrong. On August 22, I picked up the vehicle after being told it was fixed. After driving for an hour, it began overheating again. I returned the car immediately while it was still hot. Matthew witnessed the issue and provided a rental. He later called to say no one had updated him and asked how I felt about a trade-in. I agreed, and I specifically asked if I'd have to pay another down payment. I was told no, that it would be taken care of. However, on September 12, I received a call saying my original vehicle was "ready," and the trade-in was never followed through. Since then, I've been going back and forth with no resolution. As of now, it has been six months since I purchased the vehicle--and I've only had it in my possession for about three of those months. The rest of the time it has been in the shop or waiting for Enterprise to act. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating, financially burdensome, and emotionally exhausting. It has disrupted my work, my family life, and my peace of mind. Enterprise Car Sales has shown a consistent lack of customer service, communication, and responsibility. I can no longer recommend doing business with this company. I am highly dissatisfied with my purchase. i'm looking for her and nobody is willing to help. I'm looking into possibly getting a lawyer
