Like why the brakes needed flushing since March but I bought it in August. Didn't notice the warning cause they probably reset it over and over again so I got the warning after I already drove off the lot. I'm making the best of the car but the price compared to what it is was not fair and completely inflated. For that I cannot recommend this place and would not. Where I thought I was saving getting a used car I couldn't have spent the same and got it new. Just a no go. Oh and they added on gap coverage without asking as well. So thankfully once I refinanced I was refunded the extra packages but not a return or suggest feeling for this business.

After that the car AC stopped working and acting strange. Brought it back and was told to replace the entire AC system for another 5.5k. The issue here was what I was quoted for on repairs. Extremely expensive... for example my A/C was not working as there was a leak in the condenser. They quoted me $849.35 to repair the A/C, replace condenser, relay, and charge air conditioning system. I fixed the A/C for less than $80... bought a condenser for $25 and the charge for the A/C for less than like $15 and i was able to replace the condenser in less than 3 hours... They never worked on my car so I can't speak on what they are capable of but in terms of trust. I would be careful and get second opinions.

After looking at several cars I chose the fully loaded 2024 Kia Sportage and I love my car! If you want a straight forward seamless experience. I would recommend CarMax.

They gave me the Auto Check report so I know there were no accidents. They also walked me through the different warranties. It took a while for me to get the loan from my credit union but that was not the fault of CarMax. Finalizing the paperwork took longer than expected but only 15 minutes longer. I really enjoyed the no hassle no surprise fees experience.
