I attempted to purchase a 2018 Audi S5 from them in February 2026. I was buying from out of state…read more The vehicle was advertised for $19,780 across multiple online automotive platforms. Prior to authorizing a down payment, I confirmed with dealership staff that the total purchase price would equal the advertised price. After I provided written authorization for a refundable deposit contingent upon an independent inspection, the dealership introduced additional mandatory dealer-imposed fees totaling $1,245, including documentation, administrative, and reconditioning charges. These fees were not disclosed in the advertised price and were required in order to complete the transaction. Imagine, the dealership was trying to add on charges after the fact from them cleaning the car to sell! When I objected and requested that the dealership honor the advertised price inclusive of mandatory dealer fees, communication ceased on their end, not returning my messages. The vehicle was temporarily listed as pending and later relisted at a higher price on their site. Although no funds were processed, this conduct raises concerns regarding advertised price transparency and disclosure of mandatory dealer charges in direct violation of Georgia anti bait-and-switch laws. *UPDATE AFTER COMPANY RESPONSE*: As clearly admitted by the company, they completely agree with my entire review. Their made up bait-and-switch fees (such as attempting to add on a charge for cleaning the car) were told to me AFTER I had asked them for the total and provided written authorization (per their instructions) for a charge to my credit card based on that total, out-the-door price. Attempting to keep this original review brief, I left off many details. But here is another point which others should know: since I was buying from out of state, I wanted a dealer pre-inspection (of which I was going to pay from out of my own pocket). The salesman kept trying to get me to not send it to the local Audi dealer, but a CarX down the street. That raised more red flags.

NEVER purchase an auto from this dealership they sold me a used 2012 dodge charger police vehicle…read morewhich they "cleared of any obvious issues during sale, after purchase within 5 minutes on the highway the cars transmission went out and the check engine light came on, they are trying to say the car is "as is" and refuse to take back the auto and refund me my money after scamming me knowing the car had these issues before sale, and hiding them to scam me as a buyer. These guys are con artists don't trust them with a DIME! for more details on how slimey these guys are feel free to message me and ill tell you the whole story

I bought a 2001 Ford Explorer Sport from them and had an inspection done on the vehicle 2 days later. The front left vehicle of the vehicle has damage from a previous impact i was not told about. Serpentine belt is cracked. Camshaft has grind marks on it. Tires are rotted. Engine has sludge built up in the motor. Line to air breather wasn't connected. Valve cover gasket leaking oil. Water pump is leaking coolant. Multiple major oil leaks. Tail shaft seal is leaking. Battery is a recycled battery and is not secure. Upper and lower ball joints bad. I've consulted multiple mechanics and they all tell me to just drive the car until it dies. There is no flushing or repairing that can bring this car back. Thousands lost and lesson learned.

I been shopping around for a Wagoneer for awhile and messaged them about an OTD price for me…read more Instead of replying to my question over email. They have blowing up my cell phone non stop and saying they can't give me a price unless I come in. I normally have the price pre-negotiated before coming in. I asked the sales person twice for the price and he refused to give me one. I told him that I didn't have time for games and left it like that. A few days later, he emailed and sent me a video. I asked him twice for a price and he still wouldn't give me one. He asked me what price I was thinking about. I gave him a super low price to mess with them before I was tired of their games. I would highly avoid this place as they need to learn some customer service and how to sell cars. I already picked up my Jeep out of state bc they played no games and got to point. If the GM is reading this, please retrain your employees on how deal business with customers. When a customer asks you for an OTD price, just give it to them. Stop dancing around and playing games and telling the customer has to come in for to get a price or refuse to give one. I wish I can give this place -20 stars. FYI, this sales man has blown up my cell phone at least 20 times. They seem desperate but have 0 customer service skills. If you're reading this, you know who I am referring to.

I recently bought a vehicle from this location, and while my salesperson Kevin was actually pretty…read moredecent and seemed like he meant well, the experience took a sharp turn for the worse once the sale was done. Before finalizing the deal, I made it very clear that I was only moving forward if the vehicle came with a working charger. Well, I got the car -- but the charger doesn't work at all. That's bad enough, but what's worse is how everything was handled after. I tried reaching out multiple times -- called at least 4 or 5 times -- just to speak with a manager. No response. When I finally got through to Nubian M. Holmes, who is apparently the Sales Manager, I was completely shocked by how rude and unprofessional he was. Instead of trying to help or even just listen, he brushed off the situation, offered no solutions, and actually told me: "If you're not happy, just bring the car back. We'll be waiting." Who says that to a customer? It wasn't just dismissive -- it was disrespectful. No accountability, no effort to make it right. Just pure ego and attitude. I honestly couldn't believe it. Let me be clear: this isn't about the car. It's about how they treat people after they get your money. That's when the mask comes off. And if this is the kind of leadership they have running the place, it explains a lot. The sales team might seem helpful at first, but once the papers are signed, you're on your own. No one will care. No one will help. And if something goes wrong? Good luck even getting a call back. Trust your gut and shop somewhere else. I wish I had.
