I was also sold a service warranty that, unfortunately, does not cover these major repairs. I completely understand that purchasing a used vehicle "as-is" comes with some level of risk, and I was prepared to handle normal wear-and-tear and minor repairs. However, significant engine-related problems and alternator issues this soon after purchasing the vehicle are extremely disappointing and concerning. Consumers should be able to make an informed decision before purchasing a vehicle, especially when major mechanical issues may already be present. Had I known about these problems beforehand, I would not have purchased this vehicle. I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying from this business have the vehicle independently inspected and receive a FULL diagnostic evaluation before signing any paperwork or purchasing a warranty. Do not assume that a service contract will cover major mechanical problems--read every detail of the coverage carefully. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another vehicle here.

Before leaving this review, I want to recognize that the salesperson was excellent. From the very…read morebeginning, he was kind, honest, and transparent. He took the time to explain everything about the Audi, including the details that needed attention. His customer service was truly outstanding. Unfortunately, my experience with the way the owner/manager handled the situation was very disappointing. We came in on July 14 with the full intention of purchasing the vehicle that same day. We were prepared to complete the purchase and were even willing to leave a deposit to hold the car. We were the first customers to arrive and the first to test drive the vehicle. While we were looking over the car and taking our time making sure it was the right purchase, another customer became interested in the same vehicle. This customer was the owner/manager's client, but they were not ready to purchase the car and did not leave any type of deposit to secure it. Despite this, we were not given the opportunity to place a deposit or move forward with the purchase, even though we had arrived first and were serious buyers ready to complete the transaction. I feel that the "first come, first served" principle was not respected, and that was extremely disappointing. What made the situation worse was the way the other customer spoke to us while we were simply looking at the vehicle. The interaction felt disrespectful, and I felt that the owner/manager allowed the situation to escalate instead of making sure all customers were treated fairly and professionally. As serious buyers who were ready and willing to take the vehicle home, we expected a more fair and professional experience. Allowing us the opportunity to place a deposit would have handled the situation differently and avoided the frustration. I want to give the salesperson 5 stars for his honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service. However, the way management handled the situation left a very negative impression. I hope the dealership reviews its policies and customer service approach so future customers do not have the same experience.

I ground them to be nice straightforward no pressure guys running an honest buisness for a change. People are so used to snake oil salesmen that they don't know what to say.
