Since my appointment wasn't actually an appointment, I rented a car bc I was stuck otherwise. At 6pm on Friday, with NO CALL, I reached out only to be told the diagnostic guys stops doing diagnostics in the morning and would prob get to my truck on Monday morning. I called 8:20am Monday morning, was told my truck was "with the tech" - called back at 11:30, still "with the tech," called back 1:30, "still with the tech" - when did appointments become suggestions? This "family run business" does not treat their customers like family, not sure why they don't care, but they do not.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE: I have a 2009 E350 sport that I switched all my bulbs to LED. I got them all…read moreworking but when I was installing the last bulb on the driver side headloght the wires were stripped and must've made a short. They would work but flicker then headlights stopped working. Only the yellow fog lights worked. Fuses were good. I replaced the headlights And nothing. Turned out I needed to replace the SAM. Something I can DIY, but this would need programming from Mercedes tech after install, so a shop would need to do it. I got a quote of $1,000 to replace and program the SAM From Solo. They said this would fix my issue and my LED's would work. When I went to pickup the car they charged me $200 more claiming Mercedes tech price went up from when they quoted me. Whatever if they got them to work but they didn't. They only got my headlights to work with regular bulbs. They didn't even install bulbs correctly claiming they couldn't screw them in. They wanted to charge me extra to remove the bumper to install the bulbs. I was like no! You don't need to remove the bumper to install bulbs. Only to replace headlights do you need to remove the bumper. My blinkers didn't work. My yellow fog lights passenger side flickered. It took me 20mins to properly install the bulb In the parking lot at advance auto parts. Replaced the LED bulbs for the blinkers and fog lights with regular bulbs to get them to work. Basically I paid $1,200 to be back to square one doing half of the work myself. Now I have to find someone that knows that can get my LED bulbs to work. Their politeness and professionalism was deceitful. I felt taken advantage of and ripped off. Never again will I take my cars to them. Not to mention I let them know I live in Duluth and took it to their location in Gainesville an hour away. CISTOMERS BEWARE!!!

I ended up finding my 2006 Honda Civic Ex on Craigslist, which to me seemed like a ridiculous deal. In fact I was more than surprised to find a car in that great of condition with low mileage at that year. My biggest reason for purchase was to keep the mileage down on my brand new truck I had recently purchased and being my job requires me to travel substantially we felt it a great opportunity to purchase a fuel saver. I wanted to take my car home and it had seemed clean enough when we test drove it an hour before but they insisted and gave me a loaner instead. When I came to pick up the car it smelled vaguely of gas but I didn't think too much of it. By that evening the gasoline smell was nauseating. They never admitted it but it seems they'd overfilled the gas tank. It took a week before the smell went away. On top of that, within about week or two one of the wipers was falling off and the battery for the one key fob they'd given me was in need of a change. Given all this I have no confidence in their mechanical team's attention to detail. Wish that were the end though. After a month and a half and several phone calls they still hadn't sent out my license plate and couldn't explain why not. Spoke with several finance people who promised to look into it and call back with an answer and they never did. Bottom line go elsewhere if you can. This place has serious problems at many levels. Even if they have a slightly better price you'll get a much better experience at other nearby dealerships. I've bought from milton-martin in gainesville and carland in alpharetta and had great experiences both times.
