I went this past Tuesday to try and buy a Ford Maverick. On their website the truck was discounted around $500. I found out that I also qualified for a $750 rebate as well. Their website says price plus all government fees. No where on their website does it say that there is a doc fee. They tried to charge me a $599 doc fee when they were coming up with the total purchase price. I asked them to take the doc fee off of the price and the salesman said no. This is deceptive advertising at its finest. He never even tried to take it to the sales manager to see if he would take off the doc fee. This is the first dealership that I have been to where a salesman never tried to fully help the customer. I can see why they have tons of cars on their lot. I would stay away from this dealership at all costs for their dishonest advertising on their website. read more

I came across this dealership looking for a new vehicle on the internet. I sent an email with my information and I received a call first thing the next morning. I was invited out to take a look at the vehicle. It was my first time at this dealership. I walked in and it had a real hometown feel to it. I was greeted by a wonderful receptionist. My salesman was Chad, he came out and meet me in the reception area with a smile on his face and a firm handshake. He had the car outside pulled to the door waiting for me to look at it and test drive. Chad and I jumped in the car and took it for a ride and had a conversation. I'm big on energy and vibes and I definitely got a good feeling from Chad. He was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. Chad was very personal and informative about the car and the deal. I didn't feel pressured or stressed at all. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Chad as your salesman.!!!! read more

Sold me a used f150 and the alignment was so bad the tires were destroyed within two months. When we took the truck back to let them make it right we were told its our problem because it left with good tires even though their records shows they took a lift kit off of the truck without an alignment prior to being sold. Will not be doing business here again and would recommend going somewhere else if u need a vehicle read more

Last Friday afternoon while passing through Covington the serpentine belt broke on my Ford Explorer. I limped into Covington Ford with my wife and another couple. I felt stranded and upset. The ladies at the service center were very friendly and immediately got a technician to look at my car (still in the driveway). Within minutes my car was back into the service area and in about an hour we were back on the road again. Can't thank them enough for the comfort and expeditious manner they dealt with me. He was honest and helpful with absolutely no pressure. Chad said he had been working at this place 16 years with several others at the dealer having been there even longer- I think that speaks volumes. I got a great car at a very honest price. read more

I brought my truck into Covington for hoping to get it looked at after I blew a tire on the highway. My father has worked at this establishment for nearly 25 years so I felt as though I could trust them to work on my truck. After having the truck for a few days they notified me that the spindle and brake lines were both damaged when the tire was blown, I was quoted for two prices. Because my father is an employee there I was quoted for an insurance price and an out-of-pocket price, I receive a discount on labor because I'm a family member of an employee. The out-of-pocket cost was around $700 so I decided to pay for it myself and not file it under insurance which would've been close to $1700. After having my truck for nearly a week they told me it was ready but when it was picked up a horrible noise was coming from the front end. I took it immediately back to Ford and they said that the technician was not in today and to check it out in a few days when he was in. I received a phone call a few days later saying that the hub was what was actually making that noise. So at that point I was furious because the hub is the first thing that should've been checked after the tire was blown and the truck made contact with the ground. The most infuriating thing was that clearly no one test drove the truck after they put everything together because there's no way they would not have heard that noise. So after fixing a spindle and a brake line they did not test drive a truck before giving it back to a family member of an employee of over 25 years. I asked to speak to the service manager Who gave no interest in investigating a situation that could've end very badly. I do not plan to ever return to this establishment again regardless of the discount on the labor or not because apparently when you get discounted labor you also get the newest member of the team with the least amount of experience. Ford has agreed to not charge me for the labor and only the part this time around which is the absolute least they could do. I'm also banned from their establishment even though my father works here because I asked them not to "fuck" my truck up again. Sure that's unprofessional language and maybe I should've never used it but at that point I was through the roof at the fact that they gave my truck back to me without ever test driving it and allowing some kid to work on it. The service manager also talk down to me the entire time calling me young lady when I'm a 30 year old female in which he also exhibit extremely homophobic behavior when I was in the service department as well as on the phone with him. So my best advice to anyone queer is to avoid this establishment at all costs as well as to anyone that's a family member of this establishment just know that when you get discounted labor you get discounted effort as well. read more
