I went this past Tuesday to try and buy a Ford Maverick. On their website the truck was discounted…read morearound $500. I found out that I also qualified for a $750 rebate as well. Their website says price plus all government fees. No where on their website does it say that there is a doc fee. They tried to charge me a $599 doc fee when they were coming up with the total purchase price. I asked them to take the doc fee off of the price and the salesman said no. This is deceptive advertising at its finest. He never even tried to take it to the sales manager to see if he would take off the doc fee. This is the first dealership that I have been to where a salesman never tried to fully help the customer. I can see why they have tons of cars on their lot. I would stay away from this dealership at all costs for their dishonest advertising on their website.

By the time I had an opportunity to go to the lot, the truck was sold, so I test drove another used truck that drove well; however Arianna & Jabrin showed us a Ram 1500 truck that would be on the lot the next day which according to the pictures on his phone was really nice. Once the pictures were uploaded on the website, I reached out to Arianna who was always available and willing to assist to find out more about the truck. When I went back, she was not there, but Nardalina took good care of us as well, so it does not matter who you work with, they will all handle you with care. I test drove the vehicle and not only did it look as good as the photos, but it drove well too. They gave a great deal on it and I love my truck!!! It came with a warranty in which most used cars are sold AS IS, so that was an unexpected PLUS! Now I have an immaculate dual purpose used truck with low miles that I can work in and drive for leisure as well. Arianna, Nardalina, & Jabrin were very helpful in this process, and made it a smooth transition. Everyone at Atlanta Premium Cars will treat you well and give you the best deal possible. I was told that they do not service vehicles over 100k miles and that the year didn't matter. I was not given any solutions. I was also told that they are privatly owened and have the right to refuse any vehicle. When asked why, I could not get any answer other than they can refuse and vehicle because they are privately owned. Both Ashley and Yolanda were condescending and couldn't care less about the situation. In this economy, they must be doing better than most companies because they can refuse services for no valid reason.
