By the time I had an opportunity to go to the lot, the truck was sold, so I test drove another used truck that drove well; however Arianna & Jabrin showed us a Ram 1500 truck that would be on the lot the next day which according to the pictures on his phone was really nice. Once the pictures were uploaded on the website, I reached out to Arianna who was always available and willing to assist to find out more about the truck. When I went back, she was not there, but Nardalina took good care of us as well, so it does not matter who you work with, they will all handle you with care. I test drove the vehicle and not only did it look as good as the photos, but it drove well too. They gave a great deal on it and I love my truck!!! It came with a warranty in which most used cars are sold AS IS, so that was an unexpected PLUS! Now I have an immaculate dual purpose used truck with low miles that I can work in and drive for leisure as well. Arianna, Nardalina, & Jabrin were very helpful in this process, and made it a smooth transition. Everyone at Atlanta Premium Cars will treat you well and give you the best deal possible. They are friendly, knowledgeable and patient. We will definitely recommend them to others and purchase vehicles from them in the future. On 11/16/2018 my car would not start. A tow truck was called and was brought to US AUTO SALES…read moremaintainance shop at 2875 University Pkwy, Lawrenceville, GA 30046. After running diagnostics the Passtime GPS box had malfunctioned which caused the vehicle not to start and had also caused the brakes to lockup. After replacing the box, I received a call from the shop asking if I was having issues with the brakes which I said no. The shop took it upon themselves (without my knowledge) to replace the ABS module with a salvaged module and the brake stop lamp switch and relay. I picked up the vehicle on 11/24/2018 and with in just a few minutes of picking up the car the brakes completely locked up and began smoking from all four wheel wells. I caught a ride back to the shop to let them know what was going on and was informed that as of 11/30/2018 US AUTO SALES would no longer have a service department to repair vehicles and told me there was nothing they could do and I would have to find a different mechanic, so I had to have the car towed again back home. On 11/28/2018 I took the car to my mechanic and after running diagnostics, I was told that the abs module (being salvaged) was not reprogrammed for my car, the brake lines were not bled ( which caused the brakes to overheat and lock up) and now I have a CVT Shutter which was not there prior to 11/16/2018. Due to the negligence of the US AUTO SALES mechanics, my car now has warped rotors, calipers are bad, brake pads need replaced, rims bent, hub caps melted, needs new abs module and wheel bearings because of the overheating of the brakes due to lack of being bled. The car is under warranty but only for calipers and abs module. Total cost of repairs is $5411.12 US AUTO SALES says it's not their problem and is refusing to fix, pay or replace the vehicle, but wants me to voluntarily repossess or continue making monthly payments for a vehicle I can not drive due to their mechanics negligence. The environment was calm, clean, and comfortable even with us having our 5-year-old and 1-year-old with us. The entire staff was kind to us, and our kids were definitely spoiled while we were there. Then it was time to get down to business. We were genuinely in need of a reliable vehicle, but we also knew our credit history wasn't the best because of financial mistakes we made in the past. We weren't trying to hide anything. We came prepared with a solid down payment and brought everything we could to the table to show the income my husband and I generate and the responsibility we have taken on, especially raising a large family. For us, this wasn't just about buying a car. We were looking for a second chance. We had prayed for God to guide us in the right direction and put the right people in our path people who could look beyond some numbers on a credit report and recognize that people can grow, mature, learn from past mistakes, and become more responsible. That's where Andrea came in. Andrea was straight up with us from the beginning about our situation and what we were working with. She started working with us around 4:45 PM, knowing she was supposed to get off at 5:00. Instead of rushing us out the door, she stayed. And she WORKED. She stayed until around 7 PM working with lenders and trying different options to make something happen for our family. I was sitting across the room and could occasionally see into her office through the glass, and this woman was WORKING that phone! She genuinely put in the effort, and that meant more to us than she probably realizes. After all the hard work, WE GOT APPROVED! Because of our credit history, we didn't walk away with the exact vehicle we originally wanted and that's okay. What we walked away with was something much more important to us, a reliable vehicle, an opportunity to rebuild, and a second chance. We understand that rebuilding our credit and financial history is our responsibility, and we're grateful to have an opportunity to start this new chapter and make better decisions that will ultimately benefit our children and our future. If you're someone who has made financial mistakes in the past, but you've matured, taken responsibility, and are truly ready to rebuild, I highly recommend giving this dealership a chance. Be honest about your situation, bring what you can to the table, and ASK FOR JJ AND ANDREA! Thank you JJ, Andrea, and the rest of the staff for treating our family with kindness, respect, and dignity. You didn't just help us purchase a vehicle you gave us an opportunity to move forward.
