Ginn does not honor Mopar service plans, and Mopar will not enforce their own plans. Mopar will tell you it's at the dealers discretion even though they tell you you're covered nationwide including Canada. I will no longer do business with Ginn, and I canceled my Mopar service plans on 3 vehicles because Mopar does not stand by the plans they sell. Here's what Mopar had to say when I escalated the situation with Ginn... After reviewing the case, we would like to kindly inform you that the inclusion of specific Parts/Service under a particular warranty/service contract is determined at the discretion of the dealership. Each dealership may have its own policies and exceptions, and as such, this matter is best addressed directly with them. The dealership team, particularly the service manager or general manager, would be in the best position to assist you further and to determine which parts/services may be covered under the applicable warranty/service contract. For reference, I moved to Georgia from California (been here 5 years), and let me tell you, NOBODY IN GEORGIA STANDS BY WHAT THEY SELL OR TELL YOU, and the laws protect business, not consumers. Spoke to salesman and was informed that the price advertised was with multiple rebates but that I was only allowed one rebate even though I qualified for multiple and informed that no one qualified for all rebates that would make the price what advertised online. While never actually finishing college, Wesley has certainly learned his masters in playing the "shell-game" with prospective clients. Literally hiding vehicles and not offering any assistance to a bona-fide, qualified customer who seeks an advertised national special that will NOT benefit Wesley nor the dealership. I took my car here to get it checked out. Long story short- they mis-diagnosed my car. Told me it was a pulley. Took my car to a different mechanic for a cheaper price , come to find out it was my alternator. If your going to charge $120 for a proper diagnostic I would expect my car to be thoroughly looked at. $120 down the drain. Spoke to the service manager and told me there's nothing we can do. My First impression - I was looking at several Jeep trucks on the side of the facility. An employee bumping the bass in a radio very loudly in Cadillac to the rear of what I assumed was the service center. As I was looking at several vehicles, that same employee with a raised voice asked, "did I need any help". Not a very professional appearance of the dealership and I almost left. However, I was invited to the facility via email by Joseph a sales manager and I said I would stop by. I entered the facility and was greeted by a few people and Don or "The Don" as he is known. Don was very professional and personable and I really appreciated the stark difference from my first impression. I am an internet shopper and have done my due diligence and currently have not reached a new deal, however, I want to compliment "The Don" and his professionalism. By far the worst buying experience in my life! The sales side of the house is great, however finance manager is the worst. Not only did we shake on a deal with the sales manager OUT THE DOOR, like everyone else does, and even put $ down. The finance manager now wants $ to pay for the TAVT that was negotiated when we shook and signed on the deal. Now all he keeps telling me is how he would have never made this deal!! Mind you this is two weeks after they have all our money which is over $65k!!! I drove 2 hours for this??!! Not to mention say around for 3 hours and we were the only customers in there and then Finance manger blames the error on being rushed and human error!! Untrustworthy bait and switch and down right fraudulent ! I hate to write this review cause I thought everyone else was pleasant, but it comes down to what's right and what's wrong! And trying to hold my title and tag until I pay them $750 because he can't do his job, which is what he's supposed to be an expert at, paper work, is down right fraudulent! Service Department is the worst. I made an appointment on Monday for 9am for a recall repair. So at 8:30 Monday morning I give them a call to verify that they have the part and the guy that answer went and checked and said he had two left. So I left my vehicle with them for a whole day to get a call the next day stating that they didn't have the part. And when I explain to the service lady that called before I came and they verified that they had 2 of the recall parts left she stated. Oh we must have sold them to another dealership. WHAT??? Sooooo you sale the only 2 recall parts that you have to another dealership that fast when I had an appointment ok . BULL SHIT!!!!! So this low budget so called service department will never see me again because they trade and sale parts like a junkyard and don't have the part to keep for themselves. Who's running this service department never mind who cares. So you guys get thumbs down 5 time and a NEGATIVE 5 stars. Do everybody a favor and close the doors. read more

Place is horrible. Currently sitting in the small ass waiting room about the size of a hallway. Acoustic Ceiling tiles are missing from the ceiling, leakin water has stained about half of the ceiling. Chip crumbs all over the ground. Came here to wash my newly purchased jeep because it has the sticker residue all over the windows and was very dirty when I bought it about a week ago. Supposively a guy got fired today that helps washes the cars so there is 5-6 salesman just standing outside talking and looking a laughing and cutting up on the golfcart. I got here at noon and it is now 2:10.. 2 hours and 10 minutes and counting for them to clean my car like it should have been when I made the purchase! I went outside to look on the progress and the guy was in the office flirting with the lady at the desk, he saw me and went back to my car in the garage. He walked behind the garage door and appeared to light up a crack pipe and take 3-5 hits. He saw me and quickly stopped and yelled "do you want tire shine!?" I said "no thanks!!" Just because I wanted him to hurry his ass up and get to work. I just wanted to leave at this point. He reassured me that not putting side shine was a good idea because dirt would stick to it. Or he was just lazy and talked me out of it. The guy I bought it from forgot to give me the key to the sunroof so I finally got that from him and will be finally able to use my sunroof when I leave. (If this key actually fits.. the one he handed me last week didn't..) well it's 2:20 now.. fuck!!! The bathroom is disgusting paper towels are overflowing the trash can. It not clean (mirror floor toilet etc) there's an office across from the bathroom door with the door open , windows off, very dirty papers scattered all over the desk. Maybe it's for storage just really weird and not a good look. Oh the salesman just went to help him since it's taking 2 1/2 hours. Finally he stepped in but I'll give him credit.. I guess standing around chatting with 5 other people wasnt a good look when I've been here this long for a simple car wash.. the car drop off overhang has styrofoam falling down from the siding (yeah the entire building is made of styrofoam) exposed wood isn't showing over the rusty exposed steel bracing. Not a good look. Manager was nowhere to be found so that's why I'm writing this. I might take a nap soon this is rediculous. I can't believe it's 2:30 now... and I can tell beleive that guy was smoking out of a crack pipe !!! Wtf!!! I might take a nap soon... fuck this place never coming back here for any reason ever again.. Okay the salesman just gave us The car.. 2:35 now.. 2hrs 35minutes. Damn. Gotta readjust my mirrors.. the salesman helped out he was all sweaty from helping finish washing the car after helping the crackhead in the back even though that she not his job. Nice of him. Like most people, I hate going to a dealership to buy a car. I looked online at many dealerships for a car. Most dealerships did not work with me or were not straight with the pricing on their vehicles. I finally came across Ginn in Covington and was in contact with them on a vehicle I wanted to purchase. I was in contact with Wes who is a manager there. We agreed on a price for the vehicle and he sent me the worksheet showing the vehicle price, fees, and taxes. I scheduled an appointment to go test drive and purchase the vehicle for the agreed upon price. The dealership looked old as I pulled in but they told me they are in the process of moving to a new location because the building was old and the lot was too small. I met with Wes who directed me to Ryan who was our sales consultant. He told Ryan we already had an agreed upon price and they had the vehicle ready for me to test drive. Paperwork was completed and they even contacted my bank to see if I would get a reduced rate for buying through them. They filled my tank and washed my vehicle spotless clean. Maycio did a fantastic job in going over the vehicle and it's components. He also ensured I received my registration for accounts with the vehicle prior to leaving. I had to contact him the next day because I didn't receive one email yet and wanted me to come in to make sure I had it taken care of. I brought my 2011 Jeep Wrangler to Ginn because my parking brake light came on intermittently and my radio occasionally cut out. Ginn charged my a $100 diagnostic fee to tell me my master cylinder was bad ($800) and my radio unit was bad (another $800). I took my Jeep to a nearby shop for a second opinion. They said my brakes and master cylinder were fine, the jeep was just a little low on brake fluid. They topped it off and the light has never come back on 3000 miles later. The only problem with the radio was a bit of rust in the connection, the radio was fine and did not need to be replaced. I called to tell them about the misdiagnosis and they promised to look into it and call me back. Never did. I think that says it all right there. read more

I will be honest, tried working with Ginn in the past, no luck. That was years ago. I needed a Jeep Grand Cherokee and thought I would give my own home town dealership another try. What a difference. Great saleman, Jeff Dollar and two great Sales Managers, Wes Nash and Rick Pittman. They welcomed us, they listened to us and they worked with us.
