Tony, whom is a very nice guy DID NOT communicate to me that since the original breaks I brought to have put on made a grinding noise that I would have to pay the SAME PRICE twice in one day to perform the service again. Now I understand that he performed the service twice, so getting paid twice makes sense. I would have rather them communicate that to me instead of assuming I understood how these things work. Give your customer the OPTION to go elsewhere. I wouldn't have drove 1hour total just to come back and pay $130 To get my FRONT brakes changed. He could have at least took half off. Not to mention he didn't know my rotors aren't even a year old and tried to swindle me into refacing (resurfacing) my brand new rotors for an additional $100. (Picture of rotors below) With that being said, I've been coming here for 4 years concerning my 07 Honda Accord, but with this experience I will not be bringing back either of my vehicles unless hell freezes over and I will not recommend new business any further. I'm giving 2 stars because Tai (the owner) has been great up until he hired this guy.

I recently brought my car to Barber Auto. It failed emission, and I had only so many days to fix…read morethe problem before I couldn't drive it anymore. So, being heavily reliant on my car, I took it to Barber, and they fixed the problem. Though they had to keep my vehicle overnight while waiting for a part, it was ready first thing the next morning. And, given the crime rate in the metro area, I want to point out that my car was safe and not broken into. I also want to point out that my car passed the emission with flying colors - just as Barber said it would after its repair. They made sure it was ready for the test, and I appreciate their service. The staff is friendly. They take time to make sure you're questions are answered. They don't hand you the keys and rush you out after getting your money. And speaking of money, their prices are affordable. I was expecting a big bill. It was less than $100 to repair my emission problem - much cheaper than the dealership, I'm sure! When future problems arise, I will undoubtedly return there again.

Scott shows up at Corner Coffee at about 12:30 pm to pick me up after repairs were done. He tells me that the transmission pump replacement took much less time than anticipated. So he gives me a generous labor credit. I was floored. AAA Auto Care wanted $7K to replace the transmission when all I needed was a pump replacement - a $2K cost.
