Our vehicle was towed to Earls Quality Car Care on New Years Eve on Friday evening. Nothing was going to be open until the following Monday. I contacted Earls first thing Monday and was told by Joel they would do everything possible to get us back on the road that day. Not only did he make the prompt repairs needed but he also contacted my repair shop in Michigan that replaced my front brakes a few weeks ago. The part they used was defective and he was able to get this covered under warranty. This is a great example of awesome customer service and an honest repair of my vehicle. They could have easily just done the repair and not be bothered with following up with the shop in Michigan. This is way above what many business would do and what it means by Southern hospitality. Joel made sure I was contacted through out the process and was able to get us back on the road as promised. The service advisor, Temara is very knowledgeable and patient. She gives detailed explanations of the work and the priority of the service needed. She uses Carfax for a service history and is able to give you a pricing plan so that you can prioritize your payments. Also Tamera has been extremely helpful, giving advice on used vehicles that I've purchased and it's service history. All women in particular should feel very confident with this repair shop.
