The mechanic said the belt was structurally intact and looked new but was responsible for the sound. He said he sprayed it with WD 40 which eliminated the sound but informed me it would come back eventually. He told me I could replace the belt to eliminate the sound permanently or I could pass on replacing the belt as it was still functioning properly and brand new. The tech was telling me to take it to the dealership because I had a short somewhere. When I called Sam, he spoke to the tech to get all the numerical data. The tests were saying everything was normal but Sam said I had a dead cell in my battery because the numbers were too high. He said I just needed a new battery....he was right. I purchased a battery and was on my way. Absolutely amazed at his expertise OVER THE PHONE. For him to help me and not make 1 dime off of me says a lot about his character.
