    I left this review on google, under their dealership and this is there response accepting no accountability, this is incredibly disgusting.

    I was extremely disappointed by my experience here. The manager became aggressively rude, started cussing at us, and even kept running up to us while his own employees were trying to hold him back. He was even in the face of a minor. I was completely shocked -- I have never been treated so poorly, and I've purchased multiple vehicles from other dealerships without ever experiencing anything like this. If zero stars were an option, that's exactly what I would give.

    Supposably they have the wrong FCC number but all three have the same exact FCC number

    I bought original OEM keys and took them into the service department to be programmed. I was told that they could not be programmed they would not read in the system. Was charged $120 to program but they did not program them. Regardless was still charge the $120. Ended up having to go to A&j locksmith to get them cut and programmed. Andre had them programmed in 15 minutes they were cut and I was gone in under 30 minutes and he gave me a discount because I was already charged for nothing by a crooked dealership that wanted to sell me their keys for double the money. Shame on these people. I called back and spoke to Carey Paul and he told me that they just didn't have the software to program them. Imagine that a Ford dealership not having the software to program a Ford Key! What a world. Sounds to me like dishonesty at its best. Someone just wanted to charge for keys. I use to use them all the time for service and parts but if they will lie and cheat me on this then I'm sure they will on everything else. Lost a customer for life.

    This is our broken down truck being towed less than two months after we purchased it from Loganville Ford. Good Luck!

    ***Im updating my review from 1 star to 3 stars for Loganville Ford. First of all let me say if you want anything done at this dealer you must go in person to the top to a man named Lance. He helped us. If you want the run around and no communication seek out Matt in Service or Barry in used car sales. As I stated at the end of my first review I am providing all names and details.... The following Monday after we received the worst customer service on Saturday from Matt, my Mom called on Monday and she was transferred once again to Matt in service. He told my Mom they didn't have time to look at her truck due to other priorities. She called again on Tuesday and was transferred to Barry who is supposed to be a supervisor in used car sales. He assured once again they would look at her truck that day and let her know something by that evening or Wednesday morning. Well Tuesday evening and all day Wednesday came and went with no word from Barry...surprise, surprise. SMH It took my brother and my Mom going up to Loganville Ford in person and requesting to speak with the general manager, a man named Brad. Well they weren't sent to Brad. They were put in touch with a man named Lance. Apparently Lance is one step below Brad. Our family was not playing games anymore and told Lance they wanted to speak with the person where the buck stops!! Lance said he was that man. And he was. Lance got my Mom's truck to the service dept FINALLY since the Saturday before. He apologized for the bad service we received up until then. He told us that Loganville Ford should have provided the tow. He apologized for Matt and Barry's behavior and owned the problem. Once my mom's F150 was finally looked at they determined it was the body control monitor had condensation on it. They assumed it got wet when they were shampooing her truck before she took it home originally. They offered to put $500 toward the repair. They also offered a 4 year premium care bumper to bumper warranty for $1200 (which y'all is their cost) they tried to sell that to my mom at purchase for $4200. So keep that in mind. I'm giving a over-rated 3 stars to this dealer because Lance finally did the right thing. But knowing they tried to swindle an extra three thousand dollars out of us for a warranty at original purchase upsets us! AND the fact it took my family having to take off work and go up to this dealer to speak with someone is bananas!! Also I'm sure Loganville Ford has an extra $1200 laying around somewhere. We should not have had to pay anything out of pocket because of the trauma and HORRIBLE customer service we received for days from their employees. Lance mentioned to my brother that they had seen my original review. I hope you see this one too. If anything else happens to Mama's truck I'll be more than happy to share. Once again....seek out Lance. He's the only person at the dealer that cares about making things right. I see Brad responding to other reviews here and on google. But he was not able to respond to us in person. Anyway, thanks Lance. You are a good man. And please take a look the picture of my Moms great used truck from Loganville Ford being pulled up on a tow truck that we had obtain in the pics for this dealer or keep scrolling for my first review. It's being towed after less than two months since we had made this huge investment at your dealership, Loganville Ford!!!Yep. Looks almost new doesn't it?? So pretty. Loganville Ford caused the problem most likely when shampooing her truck and made us pay for this tow and the repair and the warranty--at their cost allegedly.
