I went to competition I told them I needed sensor B1 S2 and they told me right away exactly which sensor I needed it, where it was located however they didn't have it either but employee told me to buy it there and go pick it up at nearest location that did have it and he told me the location of the nearest location to pick it up. this type of customer service makes the store loose money. James on the other hand took the time to provide guidance on how to find instruction on how to install the battery since their company policy prohibits employees from working on key fobs. I had to return on 4-5-24 because the plastic battery encasing was so hard to unwrap, James politely assisted me in opening the battery, I'm grateful that CHRIS wasn't there! If you have to go to that location, which I DO NOT RECOMMEND, ask for James....

I had never used a mobile mechanic before, and usually only go with people I personally know or large companies. I was cautious, but Alex's location on Google Maps was nearby, so I initially reached out. At the time, I couldn't get through, so I ended up going to another shop that diagnosed the issue -- but quoted me an outrageous price and told me it would take nearly a week to fix. Later, Alex followed up with a phone call and voicemail. I had already dropped the car off elsewhere but was still checking other shops for faster turnaround and better pricing. While I was trying to text the original shop, I accidentally messaged Alex instead -- which turned out to be a lucky mistake. He offered a far more reasonable quote, was understanding about my situation (I needed the car to get back to a outstate job site), and worked with me on timing. He had the job done in around 4 hours from his intial predication that he gave at the start -- right on target with the estimate he gave in my eye. Despite doing me a favor by fitting me in, he kept me updated every step of the way, even letting me know when a part he expected wasn't needed. He adjusted the final price accordingly -- since the original quote was based on a misdiagnosis from the first shop, which assumed my model had a part it didn't. Alex clearly knows his stuff. He's got the tools, the experience (over a decade in traditional shops), and the professionalism. I really appreciated his honesty, transparency, and speed. I'm definitely going to him again.

My fur baby was in need of a heart worm medicine and they were able to see him that momentum too. The vet techs and veterinarian were friendly and professional. I was able to order medication to be sent to my home too. It was wonderful to see that Advance Auto Parts has teamed up with Shot Vets to provide great service.
