The people here are professional, know their stuff and if you ever have battery issues, they can test the battery to make sure it is okay, or a lemon, if it is under warranty, they will replace it free of charge. [ TIP ] If you shop at this advance auto parts or any of their locations, I'd highly recommend that you buy the parts you need from their website so when you arrive, they already have them at the front so you don't have to look for anything. They usually always have promotion codes too, which normally save me about 15-30% off, which is a very good deal, considering I needed the item anyhow. For example, this past week I purchased two cans of special paint that I needed to paint my fiberglass bike, these are $15 per can, and I was about to get them each for $9 + tax. It took 30 minutes for them to figure out their own computer systems and then told me they don't see the battery under my phone number for a warranty exchange... I drove 5 miles to a different location and they were able to not only immediately pull it up, using the same phone number, but also replace it under warranty. read more

Came here because I could tell my battery was dying. Jake said they had one. I got it and he installed it. Installation was free. I was in and out pretty fast. Lost one star for some of the negative comments he had to stay about a customer and how he felt about his job. He stated the man I had just mentioned as looking dapper was the worst customer... I wonder what he said about me after I left since I asked him to go back and fix something he had forgotten after installing my battery. Lastly he said he had finished school to get this shitty job. My advice to Jake is to find a job that makes you happy. Otherwise, I was a happy camper. read more

Not a bad place to go if you are a male, but if you are a young female, be prepared to be treated like you are ignorant or that you shouldn't be in there by yourself. I will never shop here again or let my daughter go in this store. We were there around 8:30 am and there were 3-4 workers, who seemed more interested in cracking jokes then being of service We had gone in about an hour earlier as a family, looking for tools so u could work on my daughters car. My daughter decides to go back and buy some wheel covers on her own. She was met with a bunch of snarky comments about how her "daddy" wouldn't let her buy them so she came back later and talk that was entirely inappropriate and wouldn't have happened if I was with my daughter. There is more that was said about if my daughter wanted the particular part in pink, because she was a girl, etc. I raise my daughter to be capable and self supportive. There should be no condescending attitude given just because the customer is a female. I came here to purchase a slim jim for my car because I had locked my keys in my car and had one of the best customer service I've ever had. I came in , talked with the guy and he asked me questions about my car , and we came to the conclusion that this tool wouldn't work for the car. Instead of just letting me buy it , he was very knowledgeable and even told me himself that he wouldn't use his money on it because it wouldn't work! I have been in this store to buy parts and some of the associates ignore you, they just turn around sometimes when they see you and act like you're not there. I don't know if they're super busy or just having a bad day, but at least acknowledging the customer goes a long way toward customer satisfaction. If you're busy at least ask to help the next customer and tell them you'll be right with them when you get through with your present customer. read more

We had to replace our battery (which was 2 years old and we had purchased at Advance Auto Parts in Dacula). We went to the Dacula location to buy a new battery. Our sales rep, Eddie, was amazing! He took so much time with us and found out we were eligible to get a FREE replacement battery!! (Price for the battery was $117!!) Eddie even stayed late (his shift had already ended) just to complete our sale. We were treated with respect and given the best customer service we've received anywhere in a very long time.
