Unfortunately, the technician did not drive the vehicle or investigate the noise during my visit. As a result, I waited several hours and only received an oil change--leaving the original issue unaddressed. Following this, I consulted a separate mechanic, who promptly identified the problem as a faulty front wheel bearing. I'm frustrated that the issue was overlooked during my initial visit despite clear communication. I'd appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and properly addressed.

The service advisor, Temara is very knowledgeable and patient. She gives detailed explanations of the work and the priority of the service needed. She uses Carfax for a service history and is able to give you a pricing plan so that you can prioritize your payments. Also Tamera has been extremely helpful, giving advice on used vehicles that I've purchased and it's service history. All women in particular should feel very confident with this repair shop.
