Fraud, scam, dishonest, lemon cars definitely not worth it, why is it always in our community we…read moretake advantage of our own people? No values, morals or empathy for others just greed. As a 22 year old hard working father who just wants to do what's right in the world, being taking advantage of by our elders. I would never recommend purchasing a vehicle from here, probably have better chances purchasing one from hell. I recently purchased a 2015 VW Passat "June 13th, 2022" with the engine light already on, Chris "the owner of the company" kept making promising about fixing the car and wasted 2 of my personal days off - two weeks in a row about getting the car fixed. Always was an issue with the "mechanic" not being there when "Chris" the owner kept telling me to come up there to get the car fixed. Didn't have any remorse for selling me the bad car, I just wanted a refund so I could move past this situation. Just a friendly reminder don't ever shop somewhere where they falsify any information about anything. They're liars and greed fills that hole in they're hearts. He says I have buyers remorse but who wants to keep getting the run around about fixing the issues with car. You sell bad cars and do bad business - of course nobody is going to want a bad car they are spending their hard earn money for. The car is not worth it. But I wish the best for both of the crooked scam artist "Big Chris" the owner and "Little Chris" his protégé. How would you feel if someone took advantage of your kids and they had to figure this situation out by themselves. God guide me and I will never regret any decisions I make. Good always prevail.

I dodged a bullet!! I strongly discourage anyone from doing business with these men. Chris and his…read morecolleague are simply dishonest, contradicting the others lies at times. I called before coming to ensure a deal could be done so close to the close of business. He assured me it could be. But after I completed the application, on an early Saturday evening, he informed me that he would call me Monday to work out a deal. I wouldn't have come had I been told that when I called. Complete waste of time. When asked about visible rust in the interior of a 2014 Ford Edge Limited on his car lot, they said they had no idea. When asked if the car was salvaged, he said no, it was not. When asked if the car had been in flood, he again said he did not know. But with a little research I learned they he punched the car from the Copart car auction. Copart specialized in salvaged vehicles. Thus, he flat out lied. I'm grateful this transaction didn't happen!

Central Auto sales took the time to to get to know me and even though my credit was not the best they had a real conversation with me. They took the time to understand that we all have gone through hardships and should be given a chance. They take a chance on you and throughout these three years they worked with our family and now we will be life long customers. They made it easy to pay off our truck and we will definitely be getting all of our vehicles from our new found family! Thanks Steve, Miss Margaret, Keith and the entire central auto sales family.

The moment you walk in, you'll be greeted with kind professional attitudes that make the sometimes overwhelming task of buying a car a lot more bearable. The lot is stocked with car fax certified vehicles at such a reasonable price. The knowledgeable sales staff goes the extra mile to get first time or credit challenged buyers approved in just a few simple steps. Unlike other used car dealerships, they offer a limited warranty that can be a lifesaver if you experience a major issue in the early stages of ownership. The peace of mind that provides is invaluable. I have had such an amazing and satisfying experience that I don't hesitate to refer any and everyone to Central Auto. You won't regret it!

I've never witnessed a businessman display a level of professionalism as low as Moses (Festus)…read moreshowed me. Within a week of purchasing a 2007 Kia Rondo from him, the check engine light came on. I live in Gwinnett County, so passing emissions is important. When I took it to my mechanic, they found a SLEW of codes that had recently been cleared. These were not new codes, they ranged from minor to major and now I'm having to put a new transmission into a vehicle that I never would have purchased had I known the knock sensors were toast via the check engine light that conveniently happened to be off. When I approached Moses about the issue of the check engine light, he first told me my gas cap was probably too loose. When I informed him of the diagnosis I received from 3 (yes, THREE) mechanics, he told me they were lying to me to get money out of me. Ironic that he called someone else a liar, seeing as how he didn't tell me an ounce of truth. He told me he was a private seller, selling his sister's car for her. The car was actually sent through multiple auctions before reaching Moses' hands and then flipped over to me within weeks. He said it was not involved in a single accident (and he knew, of course, because it was his "sisters" personal vehicle) but it's actually been in 2 damaging accidents. I spoke with a Clean Air Force representative and told her everything about the sale of this vehicle and the check engine light and was urged to file for a fraud investigation against Moses and F T Auto Sales, so that is in the works right now. I tried to work things out with him, and even went so far as offering to sell back the vehicle for even less than I paid him for it to accommodate my driving it for the week, and he told me I could sue him. Please give this man your business at your own risk, and do NOT believe a word he says. Believe a mechanic instead.

I purchased a 2005 Lincoln SUV from this dealership last December (2016.) The owner is NEVER present, instead he uses two employees to handle the face-to-face interactions so that he is not present. After purchasing the vehicle in cash, I took it home and of course it had a multitude of problems that were hidden. But i understand that it's a used vehicle and I am not reviewing it on that. My problem is that the dealership NEVER sent a title or completed a title-turn in. Calling once or twice a week as my temp tags were set to expire, the owner started to dodge my calls or would reply "I am on the highway and cannot talk." This continued until he plainly blocked my number. It is now May 2017 and I still am having issues with this dealership and the auction house they purchase vehicle from. I would HIGHLY advise anyone considering a vehicle purchase from this dealership to turn and run. Only after looking this "dealership" online did I see the one other review that had one star. Wish I would have seen this! Also, when I dealt with him, the name he used was different than "Moses" in addition to his salesmen never giving out their personal names. Cannot urge customers out there to stay away. I am currently in the process of reporting this to the GA SoS office and hiring an attorney to right my wrongs and prevent future dealings to honest people.
