I made a appointment to test 2018 Kia stinger. During the test drive around the bug it seemed fine. I finished all my paperwork we paid straight cash $19,355..55. When we started going over the paperwork and stuff, one of the guys that said that he had ordered a fan for that car and it wouldn't be in until Tuesday. Nick, who had taken my money said that if I could give him three hours, he would have the fan fixed on that car and it would be condition and he would even sign a letter stating if anything went wrong with the fan within three months he would fix it so I gave the owner chance I left for three hours after my car was paid for and they called me to come back and get it. I finished all the paperwork I got all my stuff drove off in. It got 3 miles up the road and the radiator exploded car overheated. I turned it around to get straight back to the dealership. Nick, the one that took the money was obviously gone, but the two young guys that were selling the cars were still there. They automatically just refunded my money and that was it.. They didn't say anything else. I feel that that was very unprofessional. There's also another couple there that was highly upset with them over some reason with their car I could tell there was an animosity between the two people there with their car messing up and the owner. Even though the sales guy, the car plug plugged me into the wrong outlet. He was very nice but his merchandise what is Nice is his professional attitude. I do not recommend this dealership because they do not have their cars fixed and ready to go perfectly or they say they do an inspection then they should know that the radiator is gonna blow up if they do an inspection. After being bribed to make a great review, and absorbing my nice sized down payment into fees, and over inflated maintenance agreements that did nothing to repair issues with the cars. After requesting a refund for said warranty the dealership refused the refund and the 13000 I came in with for 2 cars did nothing for my principal. And now I have 2 cars I've had for about 4 months with major issues and a balance still left more than the sticker price. One car I have to inflate tires just to drive. And when it rains my interior gets flooded, suspension knocks, and the other after coming out of pocket even with a 13000 extended warranty . Transmission slips and interiors falling apart. Stay far away from these crooks. Now my calls are avoided except when time to take my payment. Never felt so robbed and taken advantage of in my life. I was generous enough to get 2 cars and this is how they treat me just imagine how they will treat you all they want is your money once suckered into contract lol smh don't do it. Truthfully, they deserve a negative ten stars. Please heed this warning so that you are not in my predicament. Under no circumstances should you buy from this used auto sales company. Some careers attract psycho/sociopaths - politicians, police officers, surgeons, and salespeople (in particular, used car salesman...there is a special place in Hades for these folks, perhaps most used car salespeople). I am inclined to believe most of the used car psycho/sociopaths all decided to work for Olympic Auto Sales, or maybe they only recruit these types. I have spent more than 15k on a car that is not driveable because it is rusted so badly. Believe the bad reviews. The good reviews are from people who were either lucky or don't realize how badly they were conned (I originally wrote a glowing review for them until a few mechanics looked at my car and felt sorry for me because the car is so rusted it is unsafe to drive AND no one will work on it. Promise me that if you decide to buy a car, you will have a mobile mechanic come to the shop and inspect the vehicle first. Olympic won't allow you to take it to the nearest dealership or mechanic to be examined. This should be a red flag. Some used car dealerships will allow you to keep the car for up to four days or so to check the car out. Go with one of those used car dealerships, or go with CarMax, which allows you to keep the car up to a month. read more

Husband and I drove 7 hours to look at an Audi etron, DALLAS told us the inside was flawless...he said perfect condition and only couple scratches on the outside. We asked them to please charge it so we could drive it in electric mode to test drive. We arrive..its not charged. Dallas told us that they didn't have the piece to charge it..we found out that they did have it and didn't want to charge it. Why? When we test drove the car the gauges read it was in need of an oil change and other maintenance as soon as it was turned on. Dallas informed us that the specialty European car mechanics they boast about online were "afraid" to plug it in because...get ready....they've never had a hybrid before and didn't want to mess it up. Inside of the flawless interior, there were no back headrest a huge stain in the front, and leather in poor condition. There were also scratches all over the outside of it. It took me honestly..just a sec to see the scratches. Dallas actually tried saying he looked so very hard and that he went through all the trouble of having it ready for us. That car was ready alright...ready to be charged, cleaned and maintenanced! Be very careful going to this place..they will lie to you to make the sale and then hide their 28% interest rate. Recently bout a BMW Z4 for my youngest girl from Hasani at Olympic. Couldn't be happier. I called before driving an hour to make sure the car was indeed on the lot. The was as described, and we paid what I thought was a fair price, with a minimum of time spent negotiating. We were there about an hour and a half total, and took the car home. Hasani was absolutely awesome. A couple of days later, I got a call from Ms. Bailey, who I think is the office manager. She asked if I was going to be in the area anytime soon, as they had found an extra key for the car. When I told her that we lived two hours away, she put the key in a Priority Mail envelope and sent it to me. After the deal is closed, most pre-owned dealers wouldn't spend the time or money to do this for a customer. I'd happily buy from them again. read more

Today I purchased a vehicle from Olympic Auto Sales. The vehicle I first was interested in ended up not being a good fit. I ended up showing interest in a 2005 Lexus GS 300. I test drove it and started on the paperwork. After getting the carfax report it was shown that the car had been in two previous accidents. So we were told that we can work out a deal. So the process, let's get to that. I brought in all the necessary paperwork needed and was told it wasn't sufficient enough. They were asking a lot for a buy here pay here but I complied. Now as my car is being pulled up to get a fresh battery since it had been sitting for a while I'm awaiting my key. I already had insurance paperwork in, signed a million documents, then there is an error with the insurance. So now we are still waiting and another customer with a similar car was serviced and out the door even though we're were there first. I was told we were not able to get the key until the insurance had my name on it. Got the insurance corrected and we finally got our key. We see that the headrest is missing and we were yelled at about that by the underwriter. Then they gave our key to the other person and had to reprogram a key for us to use. We were promised gas and had to remind the salesman a million times. Oh and back to the deal, they knocked off $500 smh. What a deal. Now the car is smoking and we haven't even had it for an hour. Don't go to these crooks. We are on the phone now after dealing with their horrible customer service and getting our money back. DONT GO HERE. read more

Since the car I wanted could not be sold to me even though I was promised the car would be finished and ready to buy March 1, 2019. It wasn't so I asked for my money back, he said your not getting your money back and tried to force me into another car I didnt want. I had to call the police because of his behavior and now im currently suing them in Dekalb County Court. I went by there during my lunchbreak to look at this 2013 S550 4-matic because I was looking to but one from a private owner and I wanted to get a first hand idea of what I was dealing with. First impressions are everything and my first encounter with the salesman was enough to let me know I could never buy a car from these folks, oversized washed 20 times too many shirt, oversized baggy jeans, and some dirty four or five year old Nike sneakers. I asked him to get the keys to the S550 and an Audi A-8. The S550 sounded like an old Chevy truck, it was loud and had an obvious exhaust leak, the Audi A-8 was missing a faceplate on the dash and had a hissing I didn't hear in another A-8 I looked at at another dealership. I was tempted to ask about the BMW 740 the had but i didn't want the sales guy to pull out his vehicle inventory list again to answer questions about the car. He was unprepared, unpresentable, and unprofessional to say the least. I hope he didn't assume I couldn't buy one of those vehicles because I was in my work uniform ($35K pre-approved loan with USAA). Their cars are overpriced and underserviced. Put a $3000 down payment on a car, they provided great customer service to me at the time and they all came with smiles. The following my car was shut down via a tracking device system over the weekend (The dealership was closed because of a holiday) I called the salesman on his personal device and he said that maybe it was my insurance, but I called my insurance and it was still active. So that Monday I called them and he said he didn't know why my car was shut down. They leave you stranded in the middle of nowhere, no contact information to call them when the dealership is closed so your car might be left somewhere dangerous! I paid all of my payments on time and I was behind maybe two or three days on my car, THEY CAME AND GOT IT. Yaya informed me that I would have to pay 800$.. I came with the 800 the same day and he said he has to call the bank to see if they want to give it back, which was a lie because they did inhouse financing on my car. He kept my car, I spent about 5k to 7k with them paying payments, the down payment, getting the car maintained for them to just take it! DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE..
