Since then, it's been constant back-and-forth. I've received multiple calls asking for additional information, and each time I've promptly submitted everything requested. However, I keep being told the dealership never received my documents. Now, I've been sent yet another link to upload the same information I've already submitted multiple times. At this point, the process has been nothing but a headache--and I haven't even started the actual car buying process yet. Communication and internal coordination seem to be seriously lacking. If you're considering going through this process, I'd strongly recommend saving yourself the frustration and just going directly to a Kia dealership instead.

My old vehicle no longer qualified for Uber, so I needed something reliable. They assured me that the 2016 Chevy Cruze they sold me only needed a new battery. Trusting their word, I bought it but it turned out to have multiple serious issues. I clearly explained my situation and needs, yet they still chose to deceive me. I even offered to let them fix the car through their own mechanic and forget the money I had already spent, but they never responded and eventually blocked me. Completely dishonest and unprofessional behavior. I won't stop until justice is served.

They make it extremely simple and easy to purchase a vehicle compared to the normal dealerships that play haggling games with you trying to squeeze every possible dollar out of you.
