The vehicle itself was attractive, and the staff were kind, cordial, accommodating, and easy to work with. My salesperson was outstanding. She was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and committed to making the transaction as seamless as possible. Get the car inspected before finalizing a purchase and ensure that all commitments and representations are documented and honored. Unfortunately, my experience after the sale was less positive. A reimbursement issue did not meet my expectations, and within two days of purchase, the vehicle developed a leak that required immediate attention. While I appreciated the professionalism of the sales team and the ease of the transaction, buyers should conduct their due diligence and carefully review all terms to ensure the vehicle meets their expectations both at purchase and after leaving the lot. Overall, there were some great people involved, but the post-sale experience left room for improvement.

That warm, welcoming vibe you receive upon first contact quickly changes once the sale is completed. Iffy service practices, lies, and strategically convenient amnesia will soon greet you once they have your money. Save your time and effort and look for a more reputable dealership.

Proceed at your own risk. This company refused to send my title after payoff claiming I owed more…read moremoney for "interest". They sent me 6 emails and screenshots with different amounts because they have poor record keeping. They were essentially making up numbers and shaking me down. I paid more in interest after the final payment then I did the duration of the loan. Plus I paid the loan off 2-3 payments early. Each time I questioned their bookkeeping the amount I owed increased. I paid them to get the title and get them out my hair but I would definitely not recommend them.

Wife assured me it did not. They showed me the output from the ODB scanner that showed everything was OK across the board. A day after taking the car home, with less than 50 miles driven, the engine light came on and the car started stalling out when idle. A visit to Mall of GA MINI revealed about $4000 (95% of the actual cost of the car purchase price!) of repairs that are immediately needed. Now, not getting a mechanic to look at the car before I purchased it is on me. But I can't believe that the owners had no idea these issues were present on the car when I purchased it. Beyond having to fork out double what I paid for the car for repairs, I'm just bummed out that this nice couple were not honest about the condition of the car when I purchased it. You are always suspect of used car salespeople, and these two unfortunately reinforced those suspicions.

I was super nervous about buying my first car but Moe worked with me and helped me figure out what…read moreworked best for me and him. I had already researched the car online so I knew it met what I wanted but the price was a little more than I wanted; however, Moe worked with me to have a month total to pay off the car, which is just what I needed since I was only a small amount short. I'm a month in and the car continues to run smoothly--my title hasn't been processed yet but I've reached out to Moe and should have this matter dealt with in no time, he communicated with me letting me know there was a family emergency that came up. Will keep everyone posted on the title situation as time goes on, but overall, easy and hassle free buying from Fine Luxury. Update 3 months later: never got my title on time. Had to get an extension--title still didn't come in on time. Wound up driving around with an expired temporary tag for two days. Not sure whose fault this was--the dealership or the counties but regardless, Moe wasn't the easiest person to deal with it all while it was happening. Pretty disappointing that I didn't seem to be respected by him until I got my dad to get involved with it all. It's upsetting and frustrating that women continue to get taken advantage of and viewed as less than in the car world. However, the car is continuing to run fine and that's ultimately what matters most--definitely bumping the review down to 4 stars though; no one should ever be treated poorly in a situation like, especially since I did nothing wrong--I paid for the car, and simply wanted to be able to drive it without the potential of getting pulled over for having an expired license, that shouldn't be an absurd desire when buying a car from a dealership.

I explained that due to high gas prices that I would like to negotiate online first before driving 1.5 hours to his dealership. He then turned around and said the price that was listed was the best price. Then why lie to me? He said that was basically to get me to come into his dealership. Anyone that will lie and be rude is someone I would say "buyer beware". How people like this stay in business is beyond me.

UPDATE: Brandon, the…read moremanager at one of the Georgia locations, helped resolve my issue (#1). So far, I haven't received any additional emails nor was I charged the $2k deductible or any other fee for the tire. My star rating is for Flexcar as a whole and my overall experience as a customer. ------------- I cannot stress this enough, please look at the reviews deeply before doing business with Flexcar. I've had the car since December 2025 and it is continuing to go downhill. Flexcar seems scammy and getting every cent out of you they can. They prey on people who they think cannot afford a car on their own. The employees will lie to you just to get you off the phone (Brandon and Shawna in Georgia just to name a few). 1. There was a hole in my tire due to a nail or road construction and the tire pressure was dangerously low so I called Flexcar and they told me they won't replace the tire because it is cosmetic. Then they said I have to fill out an incident report and send in pictures and they will determine if they will pay or not. Flexcar plays word games and says the tire was "damaged" so I can pay a deductible. Why didn't they ask for pictures before eventunently approving the tire replacement? Because I didn't fill out a "damage" report or send in a picture of a tire with a nail in it, Flexcar said they will charge me the max deductible of $2,000 for a ~$150 tire because I didn't send in pictures of the tire. Unbelievable! Brandon, the manager in Georgia, said I didn't need to do any of that and my tire replacement was approved. I could have paid for the tire myself but Flexcar found a way to scam and get $2,000 from me. 2. If you can get beyond the AI, the customer service reps will argue with you and are very confrontational. Nothing gets escalated and you are essentially talking to outsourced customer support people in another country. 3. I had a toll that was less than $20 and instead of Flexar charging the payment methods on file, they threatened to repossess the car. 4. Maintenance is not really included with the cost of the car. It seems up in the air if they will pay or not and there is no clear cut way of specifically knowing what is covered and what isn't covered. I could go on and list more issues. I have filed complaints with the proper authorities that govern Flexcar. I had a subscription car service before and both of those companies are no longer in business and it seems Flexcar may be headed in that same direction. You are better offer leasing or buying your own car.

$50 Penalty and No Proof I've had my FlexCar since Nov 2024,…read moreand while I originally left a positive review, my experience lately has completely changed my opinion. Starting in August, my driving score--which FlexCar uses to determine if you're "safe" or not--started dropping. You're considered "safe" at 60 or above. If you fall below that, they charge you a $50 penalty fee on top of your regular monthly payment. My score was always in the 60's from April to August 2025. Now Sept comes and my score dropped to 56, and sure enough, they charged the $50. I called customer service on September 19th (the day they charged me the $50 fee) and asked for verifiable proof of when and where these supposed incidents occurred that caused the drop since this information is not on the portal. I was told I'd receive that in 3 days (not business days) which means by Monday Sept 23rd. It's now Tues the 24th and I still haven't received it. A person name Akeen from Flexcar Support sent me an email on 9/19/25 saying they were still trying to "gather everything." It's now past that point, and nothing has been sent. Not only did they put the $50 penalty on my account they also took away what I was suppose to receive in Sept which would have been $75 off my monthly rate and made me ineligible to receive the discount now. I truly believe that this company is taking advantage of their customers. This is incredibly frustrating. If you're going to penalize someone and charge them extra, you should at least be transparent and back it up with data. I've given FlexCar more than enough time to respond, and instead of resolving the issue, I've been ignored. Reading other reviews I see that I'm not alone. What bothers me most is it feels like they're trying to find new ways to get more money from their customers. I've had no major issues with the car itself, but the way they're handling this new scoring and penalty system is unacceptable. Until this is fixed, I'm standing by this 1-star review.
