The other things did include a great deal more rust and undercoating used not to protect the car, but to hide it from buyers. "Ramin Z" (the review at the top of the list today) is right to the extend that the staff seem to be "very nice people." The people I deal with were attentive and responsive. But the fact that they were peddling this car in the first place as among the "Best Auto Selection" dealership's inventory tells me that these guys are not to be trusted. The other reviews say the same. I cannot recommend this dealer at all. I would ask anyone to read the OTHER reviews about Best Auto Selection, and the quality of cars that they sell. I would approach this dealer with caution and assume their inventory is extremely questionable. I help people find and buy quality low mileage used cars. Been at it for over 31 years. And I know that bad dealers can have and sell good cars. Good dealers can have bad cars among their better vehicles. The key to success is to do everything you can to scrutinize the vehicle thoroughly before making a firm commitment to buy. Thankfully this is what I did, and thankfully I found a great auto repair tech who had my customer's best interests at heart.

I called the dealership and instead of telling me this was my issue as the car did not come with a warranty they did all the work at cost and covered the cost of the labor and replacement of some of the parts. This is the second time this has happened to me even though the payment was made on a Friday, before end of day. There are NO customer service agents available on weekends; their offices are closed so no one can help you. The current phone numbers to the locations either goes to an answering machine or they do not work. This company is TERRIBLE! Always get a time stamp and/or confirmation for when you pay your car/truck note. I am contacting the BBB on this. They also over charge you for the car/truck and kill you with a excessively high interest rate. The staff rushed me through the paperwork and didn't really want to explain anything. My advice to all, get your credit right so you can have better choices than this company.

Since then, it's been constant back-and-forth. I've received multiple calls asking for additional information, and each time I've promptly submitted everything requested. However, I keep being told the dealership never received my documents. Now, I've been sent yet another link to upload the same information I've already submitted multiple times. At this point, the process has been nothing but a headache--and I haven't even started the actual car buying process yet. Communication and internal coordination seem to be seriously lacking. If you're considering going through this process, I'd strongly recommend saving yourself the frustration and just going directly to a Kia dealership instead.

We were sold a car that was supposedly in good condition but it had…read moreserious engine issues, black smoke was coming from it, we had to have it towed and now we're being forced to replace the engine at our own expense. The guy kept claiming he doesn't speak English and only gave a 15-day warranty which is absolutely ridiculous given the state of the car. It's clear they misrepresented the vehicle and this feels like a total scam. When we reached out to the staff for help they were completely unhelpful. The representative kept us waiting and offered no solutions showing zero regard for their customers. My family is extremely upset about the way this has unfolded and it's shocking how little accountability they take. Nobody should ever buy from this place, they clearly do not care about the people they sell to and this experience has been nothing but stressful, expensive and disappointing.

IQAutos posts very clear photos of their inventory for clear transparency of what you are buying, especially for their huge Tesla inventory. They know what photos to display in their listings so you don't have to ask too many questions (Car computer version/actual current range). They make it extremely simple and easy to purchase a vehicle compared to the normal dealerships that play haggling games with you trying to squeeze every possible dollar out of you. They have many years of experience and it definitely shows with how they adapted to today's average consumer. Shout out to Tony who was very responsive and knowledgeable of Tesla's throughout the entire transaction. If I ever purchase another Tesla, it will likely be from them.
