Bought my daughter a car from here. Unfortunately within the first month the water pump blew and…read moredamaged the motor. I called the dealership and instead of telling me this was my issue as the car did not come with a warranty they did all the work at cost and covered the cost of the labor and replacement of some of the parts. They ware incredibly helpful and wanted to work with us to ensure we had a happy outcome. Benjamin was a rock star when is came to helping us out. Would recommend them to anyone!!!

Led to believe that a vehicle was much better than it actually is. Salesperson Orlando's photos of…read moreundercarriage didn't show rust, but the inspection at T & G Automotive Repair revealed a great more things wrong than we could have imagined. The other things did include a great deal more rust and undercoating used not to protect the car, but to hide it from buyers. "Ramin Z" (the review at the top of the list today) is right to the extend that the staff seem to be "very nice people." The people I deal with were attentive and responsive. But the fact that they were peddling this car in the first place as among the "Best Auto Selection" dealership's inventory tells me that these guys are not to be trusted. The other reviews say the same. I cannot recommend this dealer at all. I would ask anyone to read the OTHER reviews about Best Auto Selection, and the quality of cars that they sell. I would approach this dealer with caution and assume their inventory is extremely questionable. I help people find and buy quality low mileage used cars. Been at it for over 31 years. And I know that bad dealers can have and sell good cars. Good dealers can have bad cars among their better vehicles. The key to success is to do everything you can to scrutinize the vehicle thoroughly before making a firm commitment to buy. Thankfully this is what I did, and thankfully I found a great auto repair tech who had my customer's best interests at heart.

It's definitely true that they go by income and not credit. As someone that has student loans, a…read morecharge off, and a repo I was a little skeptical, but they approved me with no co-signer. Initially I didn't see any vehicles I was interested in. I asked for something specifically, and was told they had one at another location. The salesman went to go get the vehicle, but when he returned he was driving a completely different vehicle than we agreed that he was picking up. He stated that the vehicle that I was interested in wasn't "up to par" and wouldn't accelerate past 45. They assured me that everything would be repaired, and I had nothing to worry about. The catch was after repairs that if a new customer came in they could purchase it, and the only way I could prevent that was putting down $500. Ok putting money down on a car that I hadn't seen in person was not something I wanted to do,but again I was in desperate need of a car! They also assured me that if I was dissatisfied that deposit could be transferred to a different vehicle or refunded. After 2 weeks the car still wasn't repaired. That made me frustrated and really annoyed me. Finally they called and told me they have a similar one at another location 2 hours away. They went and picked it up the next day. So at this point I'm thinking ok I should be able to pick it up. Wrong! The salesman stated he wanted to change the oil after driving it that far. He promised it would be ready the next day. Tomorrow comes and guess what? He calls and says the place was super busy and the oil hasn't been changed yet. So they called me when it was ready, but I wasn't able to drive off just yet. During the signing of the papers the salesman stated I needed and additional $750! That was never discussed with me I thought I paid everything and was just picking up my car. That ish pissed me off so bad that I left. After clearing my head and gathering more funds, I picked up my car a couple of days later. They told me I had 3 days to get an emission. Like really come on who sells a car without a current emission, they were paying for it but still another inconvenience. Also when I got ready to make my first payment it was $30 more than what was on the contract. I called and inquired they told me it was for gap insurance. I thought it was included I guess not, but geesh at least let me know that's not my actual payment amount. After having the car for 3 months I took it to get the oil changed. They do have a program with pep boys that gives you free oil changes, but I took it to the dealer. The dealer told me that the car needed front breaks, tune up, coolant pump, and an oil pan. That's unacceptable that's not anything that happened in 3 months, when they sold it to me it needed those repairs. They need to inspect car more before selling them. So overall I had a ok experience not terrible but definitely not so good either.

DO NOT buy from this dealership. We were sold a car that was represented as being in good condition…read morebut it had serious engine problems, black smoke was coming from it, we had to have it towed, and now we're being forced to replace the engine at our own expense. They only gave a 15-day warranty which is laughable given the state of the vehicle and the obvious issues. The seller kept claiming he doesn't speak English as if that excuses selling a dangerous, faulty car. When we contacted the office for help the staff were completely unhelpful and the representative made us wait with no solutions or accountability. This feels like an outright scam and has cost my family time, money, and peace of mind. Save yourself the stress and money avoid this place, report them to consumer protection and spread the word so no one else gets scammed.
