WARNING - DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE Just looked at my car and now there are scratches going from front headlight all the way i the side door. You can tell it was done by a brush or something loose and that it is fresh scratches. When tell management he says they are not responsible for stolen or damage property and moved my cat out the way to continue other cars. I had to call the police and make a report. I saw other cars come it with scratches but not as severe as mine. I knew i should have left when i pulled in and saw unorganized. Under new Indian management. They trying to do too much now. They closed off the walk thru to see the car go thru the wash cycles and they are washing off and using soapy scrub brush after it comes out the wash tunnel. Leads me to believe cars are not going thru all the cycles that customers pay to get, like wax and protectant coats. They slower, got cars all piled, waiting to b vacuumed and wiped down. They put in slot machines taking up 1/4 of the site area. Got a food truck in parking lot now taking up space where cars are normally moved to. It just seems and runs very shiesty and unorganized. Used to b my favorite local car wash but this will b my last time coming here. Whole new crew of workers too. Do not come here!!!! to the ppl who knew how to wash a damn car? read more

I visited this place on August 24 2025. I was so upset in regards to the service. I waited 20 minutes after my car was washed ( mind you it was only 2 cars ahead of me). but when the young lady finally got to me it was another 20 minutes. that wasn't the worst part. when she was done my tires look like they hadn't been cleaned. she says it the machines fault. So I paid 22 dollars for a basic wash. when I could have went across the street for a 8$ wash and in less time!!! never again!!! read more

My vehicle was taken twice to the car wash and each time both of my parent's handicap hang tags were gone. When went back up there, they told my dad that they didn't see it. They have never been missing until the car wash. They didn't even bother to pull up any cameras or anything. Then they also left smudges on my front and back windshields and other marks on the side of my car, as well as water spots on my mirrors. I had a Car wash thus weekend at the Funish Line. I could tell it was under new management which I thought was for the better. My experience made me mad. The interior of my dashboard and windows are dirty.. When I tried to call the car wash, it's impossible to get in touch with anyone. Finish Line Car Wash, you need to handle your business in a more professional way. I paid $22 for a car wash and tipped the workers $5 each.. Do not take your car to Finish Line on Memorial Drive in Stone Mountain They broke my Q3 Audi front windshield wipers, and when confronted, the owner said they were weak. And then took my car from the wipe-down area and parked it to the side and said he can't help me. Then, he refused to finish my car or refund my $29.99. I took my car to the dealer with the broken wipers that were just laying on my car. The dealer said they were broken and they do not come off that easy. I try to support local businesses, but they make it impossible with situations like this. We need to stop giving these businesses our money if we're going to be treated like this. Do not take your vehicle here to be washed. I received the hand wash package and the brush was abrasive leaving streaks on my car. I'm livid. Not to mention, it was a bad car wash: not dried completely, windows dirty and not thoroughly cleaned. Considering I paid $45, it was not worth it. The guy inside who collects payments is rude, unprofessional and a smart-mouth. I noticed some reviewers spoke well of the previous owners, but since I'm fairly new to this place, I'm not certain of the past services, but I do know, right now, under this management, I wouldn't spend a dime here. read more

The guys here do an amazing job cleaning and detailing the cars. They even come out to your car, walk you through your options, and give you their opinion on what to get done. It's low pressure and absolutely worth it! Ask for Johnny if you have any concerns. He is the owner and often jumps in to help make sure the car is as good as can be. I've been coming here for years and it seems year after year the experience and service has declined. The cashier was blatantly on her phone oblivious to giving correct customer and she missed charged me! When I told her she over charge me, she claimed she doesn't have anything to do with that talk to the Asian man, as she continued to stay on her phone. No sense of care or concerned. i paid for the wash inside and out as well as the hand waxing, i noticed the guy drying used the same towel to dry and wipe the car. half clean the rims and rto wipe the windows. the end results showed as much. i spoke to the manager who seemed to think my car looked good???? after waiting almost an hour for someone to wax the car. the loud lady at the cashier station called for someone to work on my car. it was the same guy who had been doing nothing the whole time. when he finished 15 min later?????? i had to point out so many spots he totally missed. i spent the next 15 min doing that. 3 of their guys came by to say how good the car looked?????? im not picky just want a person to do his/her best. never again and i suggest people take their car somewhere else read more

I took my car to the car wash today. When the car came out at the end it sat there for 15 minutes without anybody touching it and 2 guys were standing near my car and talking. I went and got the manager and complained. Of course he wasn't trying to give me a refund or anyting but he made them start working on my car. When the guy came out he looked like he had been awoken from nap and didn't even say hello or how can I help you. He just stretched and stood there I told him what wash I wanted. Do not go to this place for interior cleaning. I just had the worst experience with this place. I went in on a Monday, paid for a service to have stains removed from car seat. I allowed 48 hrs. to have their process dry. On day 3, it was obvious that their cleaning solution process was going to leave stains worst than I had originally encountered, on Monday. Wednesday the manager tried to resolve the problem of their cleaning stains, so I gave the process an additional 48 hrs. to dry. By Friday, day 5, the process was completely dry but their cleaning solution still left stains to my interior, even worst than when I initially went in on Monday. Friday, I spoke to the manager and ask for a refund, he refused. I will see you him in court. read more

This place is the real deal full service shop! Took my Porsche 911 Turbo here on a Tuesday. They do emissions, car wash and oil change. They do great work and never had any issues. Fast service. Good work. Good price. What else can you ask for? Definitely recommend! Soft cloth car wash is a must if you care about your car. I went here and had a great experience. They cleaned the inside and outside of my Honda Pilot for $50. It took them a good hour to do so (i waited while they did it). It's right next to a Chic Fil-a so you can grab a bite and surf their wifi while you wait. read more

These people don't know how to clean a car. I told them that I wanted it clean enough to trade it in. But, the trunk wasn't vacuumed and the glove box was empty but never touched, the center was wiped and left about 1/4 inch of water, but the department right behind that was left dirty. I don't know how they trade in their cars, but it would have been cleaner then they left our car for sure. read more

I've been here before but decided to do a review for this visit because as someone said, they never fully clean your car. I got the basic car wash with inside "cleaning" & was there for all of 10 mins b/c my car wasn't washed properly. I'd just come back from a road trip so my grill was dirty & full of dead bugs. When they brought my car around the grill was half cleaned, the windshield had dirty spots left at the bottom from where it'd rained previously and my console or dash wasn't wiped or cleaned! It's cheap but I could have done a better job myself! For free! Then to put the icing on the cake the guy that gave me my car ASKED for a tip! I didn't have any cash but had I did I would not have seen it fit to leave them ANYTHING extra. I mean who ASKS for a tip? Yikes. read more

ooooh not good. The price I was given and the price I was charged were different. The manager did not handle it well. I was rung up for 70 instead of the 60 I was told I would be charged. They had already started cleaning my car and I explained this to the manager - that I wouldn't have chosen the package that was 70 and that he could ask the attendant with whom I spoke to verify that I was given the incorrect price. The manager was a jerk and said pretty much "too bad". Keep in mind I was very polite when I spoke to him. I think it was an honest mistake on the part of the attendant but the manager should have checked with him. and didnt. THEN it took three days for my carpet to dry. This was a huge problem because I was traveling the next day which is why I wanted my van cleaned. I was told it would only take one day to dry which seemed reasonable. It was awful packing everything on wet carpet! I lined the floors with plastic bags to keep things dry. what a huge pain in the butt. I had a van load of stuff because I was helping my son move to a different state. We were traveling and had to bring everything inside each night along the way so that the carpet would dry at night. THREE DAYS! infuriating! It cost us a lot of time and trouble. read more

If I could give No stars, I would. I really wanted to like this place but each and every time I take my car to this location, I get screwed over. With that being said and me being aware of their sloppy work, I informed the attendant from the being of my concerns and asked that they do a good job this time. He stated that he would let them know, however, I never saw him voice my concerns to the guys. My car is never fully cleaned when I patronize this place, rugs are not vacuumed and center console isn't clean. Today was the last straw. I paid to have my car cleaned and when they were done I informed them of the marks that were still on the car. In doing so I was told by a "Healthy Hispanic" guy to pay "him" $5.00 and the other guy $5.00 and they would do it. I explained that was the purpose of me paying for a car wash. He brushed me off and told the other guy (that was trying to help me) to not help and they had other cars. My family and I will Never take our 3 cars to this location. I called to speak with a manager and was placed on hold for almost 10 minutes. I called back about 15 to 20 minutes later and the phone was busy. They never intended to assist me. There is a better hand car wash up the street, right before you get to the Burger King shopping center. They always do a good job but because I was in a hurry I decided to go to Finish Line hoping they would do me right this time. read more
