While finishing out the test for the car in front, the gentleman will come to your car and grab some pre-test information and prep you. The actual testing is just about 5 mins. As a novice to getting her emission checked on the Car, it could not have been any easier. What was so easy and great you wonder? Well the emission checker (is that what they are called) let me and my tiddler stay in the car during the quick 10 minute process. He was super friendly and answered all of my questions about what emissions is and why it needs to be checked and how the machine checks it, etc.... There was one car ahead of me when I arrived at his emission shop and he quickly acknowledged my presence, greeted me with a warm smile, and a friendly demeanor and then told that he appreciated my choosing his shop and that he would be with me momentarily. I finally was not lazy enough to go do my emissions test (literally was 2 weeks late from the date it should have been done). But I was just finding places close by that I can stop by as I was going home. I found this spot and, boy, was I glad. He greeted me so genuinely, in a way that he appreciated my presence, and not just for my business. I was finished in 15 mins. Then he told me about the new kiosk and which Kroger I should go to, to use since I live in Gwinnett. I didn't know I could get a new tag sticker immediately! It probably doesn't seem much, but he helped me in so many ways than you guys know. Its $20! $5 more than some places. Same price than the others. Highly recommend them because they are open on Saturdays from 9 to 4 and on Sunday from noon to 4 -- what a concept! And why are all the other emissions places closed on weekends? Service was excellent. I was there less than 10 minutes and I have an older 2004 vehicle that usually has issues with 'check engine light'. Nice music while I was in my car :-) They also do a diagnostic if you are interested. Cant beat it. This place is terrible. They screwed up inputting my VIN so my emissions test didn't count then it took them forever to fix it when I made my return trip and they were not apologetic about it.
