I came here last weekend to do my annual "birthday inspection". I put it off for 2 weeks as my birthday was when I just received my vehicle back from the collision center after 3 months of repairs. There was no wait, although it was tricky to figure out how to enter the structure. There's a one-lane driveway located between the two parking lots that leads you the right direction. If you go the wrong way, you'll need to reverse back in. I spoke with the man working, and learned that he also owns the other locations. I used to go to the one at Toco Hills. I have been coming here around the holidays for many years. It's a holiday tradition that I can't avoid, as my car registration comes up on my birthday in early January. Fortunately, I bought an electric car this last year, so I only have one gas vehicle to test. One of the many benefits of driving an electric car is no oil changes or emissions tests. I don't understand the negative ratings. I just got my emissions tested in like 5-7 minutes. Jaden, who tested my car, was very nice & did a great job. Super quick & efficient. I barely had to even move except to turn the car on and off or open my door. Listen, I know it's off to the side of the road (if you blink you might miss the turn) & if I'm being honest, it probably doesn't look ideal to some on the exterior. The guy here broke the he gas cap off my car and told me it was rotting which is why it broke, but funny thing is it never broken when I used it every week. They are not careful with your vehicle and refused to fix or replace it or refund me so I could get it fixed elsewhere. The person also was not wearing a mask when we showed up and went to the back to get one and had to repeatedly asked him to social distance from us because was not being respectful of that. I am in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy so thought that was completely disrespectful! I will never use this company again and recooked the emissions testing at the corner of Hemphill and 14th, they are respectful and careful with my vehicle. All the reviews showed that this place was in & out & that's exactly what it was. The location is fairly easy to get into to, it may looked closed but as long as you see that flashing sign on, they are. Pull into the carport & the person on site will come out to assist. It took about 5 minutes & I was already on my way & able to pay for my tag immediately online so I didn't get a ticket . I usually go to the All Seasons Emissions on Briarcliff but this one is now closer. It looks like an abandoned business, so kudos to Yelp for pointing it out. Fast, efficient service. My older model SUV has a balky OBD jack that requires some fiddling to get a good connection. This place is awesome for exactly what you need done - your pesky GA emissions test. No frills. No bells. No whistles. The drive thru style here is perfect for fast and easy testing. Pull up and wait for someone to greet you for the emissions test (usually a few seconds). Open your door, read out your mileage, turn your car on and they do the rest. This seriously could not be easier! The cost is $25 for the standard emissions test. I'm in and out in 10 minutes or less. Nothing says Happy Birthday like receiving your annual Emissions Inspection renewal notification from Fulton County. This year, in the spirit of proactivity, I decided to have Valeska the Volkswagen inspected several weeks before the official deadline. Of course, this doesn't mean that I'll actually be sending the check before the deadline, but I still feel that having the necessary components compiled this early is a commendable feat. I live within walking distance of All Seasons Emission Inspection and have long been convinced that it was a front for some sort of illicit trafficking. As such, I was more than thrilled to finally have a justifiable reason to actually enter the front door of the place to see what atrocities existed inside. After pulling into the parking lot on a Sunday afternoon, a gentleman quickly came out and directed me to drive under an overhang to the right of the building. You can stay in your car throughout the process; however, sitting in a black vehicle with black leather upholstery in 95 degree weather is not one of my greatest past times; accordingly, I got out and let him work his magic on Valeska. Fortunately, they do have two plastic chairs under the overhang that you can sit in; the plethora of eccentric street urchins and mister sister hookers that frequent the area are wildly entertaining and seemingly harmless. After about 5 minutes, Valeska and I were notified of our passing grade. However, I was not about to leave without a firsthand investigation of the inner sanctums of this place. Accordingly, I followed the attendant inside after handing him my debit card (total cost = $25). Upon entry, I was surprised to see that there really wasn't much to be had inside, both literally and figuratively. The 10 x 10 hut had a file cabinet, a makeshift sales counter, and a dilapidated futon-esque fixture along the wall, the latter of which had clearly had it's fair share of recent occupants. I must admit that I was a little disappointed, but the aforementioned sidewalk sideshow was more than enough to justify this excursion. Overall, I was quite pleased with my experience at All Seasons Emission. The attendant was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about the the necessary procedures. As such, I'll likely return next time around and recommend that you do the same. Note: The business name noted in the phone book and on my receipt for this location is "All Seasons Emissions"; however, it's important to note that this name does not appear anywhere on the exterior of the place. There is a young gentleman, who apparently works here, but can't get into the building has been here since I arrived. He did state that the technician would be here in 5-10 minutes. Wouldn't recommend this place. We went here because it was the closet to our house and were hoping for a quick in and out so we could go to the DMV the same day....wrong.!!!! We were there for 45 minutes. The guy had to start the test over twice because he said the machine couldn't read the bar code because it was a newer vehicle (2012) and he struggled to input the number manually. After that the machine wouldn't wouldn't complete the gas cap test and after many tries he said that we had failed and needed to go buy a new gas cap. I was incredulous but we went to auto zone to purchase the new cap and came back. When we returned the owner was there and said that we didn't even need the gas cap that the machine was just unable to read because they didn't have the right attachment and the employee had made a mistake WTF!!!. After that he passed the car without testing it again. I was extreme my frustrated with all of this but the story doesn't end there because we were told to replace our perfectly good gas cap the check engine light is now on. It seems like others had no problems here but if you have a "newer" vehicle Don't got to this place waste of time and money!!!! read more

I'm a generally curious person about cars so he explained what the machine was checking for and what my next steps would need to be in case I didn't pass the tests. They ran out of fuel, or something they needed, to run the test so they told me it would take 20 minutes to go get it and would be right back. After almost 2 hours, the "technician" tells me his machine can't read my car. And that it might be too old ... it's a 2017 Mini Cooper. WTF. read more

Of course he's open he says, I'm up right after the girl who pulled in with him (she was in line before me apparently). I just got back from having my emission test done and boy was it FAST! I mean before I could set down and get on my cell phone and surf the net, the guy was walking back in handing me my printed report. I was like WOW! I've been to emission places where I had to wait at least 30 minutes but these guys are fast. If you are getting your emissions done, go ahead and pull under the shed when you get there. This will save you time vs parking, getting out, asking what to do, then getting back in and trying to turn your car around because it is a tad bit cramped. Overall, very satisfied! read more

DON'T GO HERE!!! I had a HORRIBLE experience with the owner. I won't go into many details and it has nothing to do with my vehicle not passing or anything because it did. But I had to contact the owner for an issue that occurred. I called a few times and left 2 messages, he never returned my call until I contacted the BBB. That got him to pick up the phone and call me. Over the phone he acted like he was going to resolve everything, but when we met in person he changed his mind. What a waste of my time, VERY BAD business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! They could care less about their customers, money is their only concern. How is it even possible to get a one star review doing emissions? they have no instructions on where to pull in your car, so when you get there, you have to get out your car and ask someone. Then, when you ask someone where to go, they say they don't know, and leave it at that. They don't even direct you to someone else who does know... Then, when you are finally in communication with the right person on where to park your car, they shout at you telling you to put a mask on? When you have the mask on, in contact with the right person, and finally have your car in right place, they then tell you that they won't do it because they are scared of your dog. When you offer a SOLUTION to ACCOMMODATE them, which is their job by the way, by taking the dog out of the car and letting them do their job while the dog is more than 30 feet away on a leash, then they say they can't do it. Complete waste of time. Drove 5 miles to the next place. Couldn't believe someone could have such a terrible experience when doing something so simple and that takes less than five minutes. You can tell what type of people you are about to deal with by them not even having simple things such as signs outside to direct you after you pull im -- LAZY. Owner never reimbursed us. So all in the emissions cost us about $750 and our car was in the shop for over 6 weeks (!) because the exhaust part had to be special ordered from the Ford factory. Insane amount of inconvenience and cost which should have been paid by the owner. Gave one star because it won't let me give zero. read more
