It was a little confusing getting into the drive thru lane because you have to drive through some pumps from the way I came in, and then I got lucky with someone leaving a gap for me on a backed up street that I snuck into on the next green and had enough space. With one person ahead of me, I was there for a total of 8 mins or so. It was only 8 mins from the time I stepped out of my car to getting back in and driving off. I'm new to the GA emissions process and another car had pulled up behind me, but I quickly asked if I needed anything else, and he responded kindly and without any surprise or hesitation. Came here on a Sunday at 12:20 pm. It's located between Chevron and Buddy's at the corner of North and Highland. It's a drive thru service. I waited 4 minutes for the car in front of me to finish and my car took 5 minutes. The employee was friendly and wore a mask. Alright. I'll admit it. I was a bit skeptical when I saw a 5-star rating for an Emissions office... and especially the one connected to the Buddy's parking lot. Well, I'll reach my hand back into the hair and scramble to eat my words in regards to anything negative I have ever said about this place. It couldn't have been a more seamless, affordable, and friendly experience. I pulled up to the small office just after lunch with no one else waiting to have their vehicle inspected. I stepped out of the car and the very nice woman, Jenny, started immediately. I decided to stay outside and chat with her and she went through the process and she was extremely friendly. Conversational and overtly positive. Again, not at all what I had expected, but so welcomed. It took her less than 10 minutes to get through the entire inspection and she ran my card, I signed, and I was off. The customer service was just the best. She even gave me some pointers on heading off to the Tax Office, should I ever need to (God willing I don't) Since both of our vehicles are 2012, we have to get both inspected. I'm happy to say I'll be taking my wife's car here to have it inspected as well. Glad it's just down the road, too. Happy to have this place in the area and I'll gladly patronize them year after year! read more

They were quick, professional and got my emissions done no problem. They used to be where Yeah! Burger is now, anyone in the Highlands area should use them for a quick Emissions test. read more

Service is fast; pricing is reasonable - what's not to like? My experience has been pleasant enough (for an emissions test) that I've been here for three straight years, out of my four in Atlanta. This year, there was one car ahead of me when I pulled in, and I was still done in about 15 minutes. It's connected to the parking lot of Buddy's and the gas station. You might even get a popsicle from the King of Pops while you're waiting. Just so you know - it does tend to be busier in the first week of the month, but I've never had to wait that long. read more

Signage for where to pull for the inspection would be helpful as the arrows that were there did not convey to me where they wanted my car exactly . I went around 11:30am on a Sunday and had no wait.
