The station was clean, but I must admit that the machine was a bit difficult to navigate. There were likely instructions that I simply missed however there was someone finishing up next to me that was nice enough to walk me through it. The shampoo and conditioner smelled lovely. The dryer had a low and high setting which was nice. I was able to walk right up to an empty station upon arrival. When I looked up when I was finished, there were at least 4 people that had formed a line behind me. I was leaving around 11:30 am. This might be the busier time of the day so you may want to consider arriving a little earlier. Note: Duchess wasn't as impressed, but it was no fault of the wash station!

He really needs to be thankful that I am not the person I used to be. I let his grandmother know how nasty he was and she stated that this is not the first time she has gotten complaints about him and she has repeatedly told him about his attitude. I honestly don't think anyone has talked to him about his attitude. He is HORRIBLE......TERRIBLE!!!

Leo and his team did an incredible job and I cannot believe how clean the inside of my car is. Like, I thought I could do this myself? Ha, no.
