He followed us back to the car because we already had it jacked up. He checked it and said he preferred to use his equipment. The station was clean, but I must admit that the machine was a bit difficult to navigate. There were likely instructions that I simply missed however there was someone finishing up next to me that was nice enough to walk me through it. The shampoo and conditioner smelled lovely. The dryer had a low and high setting which was nice. I was able to walk right up to an empty station upon arrival. When I looked up when I was finished, there were at least 4 people that had formed a line behind me. I was leaving around 11:30 am. This might be the busier time of the day so you may want to consider arriving a little earlier. Note: Duchess wasn't as impressed, but it was no fault of the wash station!
