I love the way they pre wash your car with care before going into the tunnel to get the automatic wash. After the wash they have large spacious stations to vacuum your car out for free. There are always clean towels available, large trash cans, window cleaner. To my amazement they have an air blower nozzle that is really good to blow the toughest dust clean away, there is also a nozzle that sprays window cleaner too. My favorite thing about this place is the vacuums are super strong, I was able to use it to suck up a tough piece of melted something off my carpet with out cleanser only the strong powerful vacuum suction. I will come here to keep my car clean. I'm even thinking about getting a membership so I can come anytime I want.

The station was clean, but I must admit that the machine was a bit difficult to navigate. There were likely instructions that I simply missed however there was someone finishing up next to me that was nice enough to walk me through it. The shampoo and conditioner smelled lovely. The dryer had a low and high setting which was nice. I was able to walk right up to an empty station upon arrival. When I looked up when I was finished, there were at least 4 people that had formed a line behind me. I was leaving around 11:30 am. This might be the busier time of the day so you may want to consider arriving a little earlier. Note: Duchess wasn't as impressed, but it was no fault of the wash station!

When I drove up for a scrub down before entering the mechanical wash, I was informed that I couldn't proceed because they were unable to remove my bike rack. I have gone through automated washes with my rack on before, but I understand if a facility does not want to take that risk. I was bummed, but the staff was so apologetic and sincere that they still gave me quick exterior scrub down and rinse with the power hose. I was quickly given a refund & a great tip on a lockable pin that can be purchased from Walmart to quickly release my bike rack. They said with this pin, they will remove and reattach bike racks before and after washing. They even informed me which aisle to find it in. I was surprised and elated by the customer service and friendliness of the staff. I can't speak for quality of wash, but quality of workers is top-notch. Keep up the good work!

However one of the vaccums did not have a good suction and the other had a hole in the tube. Therefore I had to move spots which was kind of annoying. A little pricey if you don't work fast enough to beat the 4 minute countdown to wash your car. I think it averages out to a dollar a minute. And you have to pay to vacuum as well. Overall, I appreciate the end results of washing and drying my car, knowing that I washed it to the best of my abilities, as sometimes I question the effectiveness of certain drive through car washes.

So happy that I found this spot thanks to Yelp!…read more I like to pay for convenience y'all. I've got zero shame in it and appreciate that I have been blessed to have the privilege to do so. Sometimes between work, life, and just making it through the day is enough stress, when someone else can pick up the slack for some bucks, I go for it. And that goes for washing my car or doing absolutely anything regarding my car, (hell, even someone else driving it is nice!) Dealing with a tree that my car is usually parked under, hard rain and disrespectful birds, my white car has been struggling! So I was on the hunt for someone to detail my car and hopped on Yelp. First, where are all the detailers?! Those that I found didn't answer the phone or return my calls, and I was being super impatient so I kept it moving. After searching for a bit longer, I gave up and figured, "...I guess I'll just wash my own car!" (Lol like, girl get up!) So I began searching for car washes and came across East Point Car Wash - perfection. When I arrived, I noticed it was a busy Saturday! There were plenty of customers using the various stations around the car wash, perfect day for some car love I assume. I parked behind another car and waited for my time to enter. But before I did, I lowkey freaked out because I only saw the cash/change machine but no ATMs/Card readers and I only had a card - yikes! So I quickly drove around the corner and got some cash... only to return and see that there wer card readers in the wash bays - man! Lol. BUT - the cash was used and didn't go to waste lol but know that you can use your card here. :) I'm a late in life driver and feel like I've only washed my own car like 3x in life, and have washed more cars for charitable efforts than anything else. Well, I may owe some folks some refunds because I was not that good when I first started washing my car this day lol. I love that the dial has so many options that are easy to choose from + the extendable broom/sprayer/tools, and there's ample space to move around. But I was still a bit confused on some things but lucky me, there were plenty of helpful Uncles around to assist me while dropping some southern charm at the same time lol. I didn't feel overwhelmed by the assistance offered, they were all kind and respectful and offered to wash it all for me. How sweet! I accepted the helpful tips (like the one that told me to use the engine cleaner to get off hard spots - brilliant) and was happy to know they were around if help was needed. Each function was so great + the vacuum section and fragrance options = so worth it! My only complaint is that you're not offered much time for your $4-$5 required purchase. I feel like I was racing to wash my little car in that time frame and definitely spent about $20 to wash the whole thing. BUT - it does look fantastic! I will absolutely be back and this time, I'm letting one of those nice gentlemen wash my car because maybe they'll do it faster and save me some $ while I look pretty. So if you see me sitting on the sidelines drinking my Pistachio Latte while some nice gentleman washes my car, please mind your business and don't ask questions lol!
