What I loved immediately was all of the clean clothes and sprays to use on the inside of the car. What I didn't realize is that you really should drive around into the car wash and back through to that area- the vacuum/cleaning area is first when you pull in from Memorial Dr. They offer single and subscription services here. I thought the car wash itself was great. The only negative is that they did not soap up/scrub the back window of my car when I drove through, so the car itself was cleaned, with the exception of the back window, which was pretty dirty still. Overall, it was a positive experience. My car looked great, especially on the inside and I'll be back immediately, because you know, it's pollen season...

I love the way they pre wash your car with care before going into the tunnel to get the automatic wash. After the wash they have large spacious stations to vacuum your car out for free. There are always clean towels available, large trash cans, window cleaner. To my amazement they have an air blower nozzle that is really good to blow the toughest dust clean away, there is also a nozzle that sprays window cleaner too. My favorite thing about this place is the vacuums are super strong, I was able to use it to suck up a tough piece of melted something off my carpet with out cleanser only the strong powerful vacuum suction. I will come here to keep my car clean. I'm even thinking about getting a membership so I can come anytime I want.

It took him less than 5 minutes and I was very grateful and I tried to tip him and he didn't want to take it. After the third or fourth time I insisted he finally took it. My Jeep was all rinsed off and looking sufficient enough to go into my friend's fancy neighborhood. I was very happy and grateful. I asked him for a business card and I told him that I do reviews and I was going to give him one a good one. The guy who walked up said they weren't really taking any more customers, but they'd take me (I think he saw how dirty my car was and felt sorry, lol). My issue with that, though, was that he said they didn't close until 6:30pm, and it wasn't even 6:00pm yet. Anyway, he provided an inside/outside cleaning service that got the job done for $40, which is about what I'm used to paying for a hand car wash in Atlanta.

So of course, when the opportunity arose to wash my new car for a cheap price, I had to take it. There's a quarter exchange machine for you to take your dollar dollar bills and change them out for quarters. Each service is $1.25 (5 quarters, you're welcome). I just needed to rinse off some dust, random pollen and such. I didn't have much dirtiness caked on yet at this point. You can use the brushes they provide and use the attached hose to rinse by maneuvering it around your car. There is a timer that will cut the water/service off at a certain time. I came at night so it was pretty quiet. I don't know how busy it gets in terms of peak times, but overall, it's a quick and easy wash. It's cheap, but you can't bring your own materials - soap, towels, etc., although I'm not sure how it is enforced, as it's pretty quiet and empty and no employees around. Toward the end of the hour we were here, one car stopped by and emptied all the garbage cans (so I'm assuming he worked here). Upon leaving once I drove down the street I noticed a deep scratch in the middle my windshield. My car is a 2025 and had no scratches on the windshield prior to me using this car wash. I spoke to the manager and he's claiming my car was already damaged prior to me using the car wash which is absolutely not true! I now have to pay out of pocket to get my windshield replaced. Management had no concern about the damage to my vehicle and instead trying to blame me. This was my first and LAST time ever going to this car wash. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place.
