The station was clean, but I must admit that the machine was a bit difficult to navigate. There were likely instructions that I simply missed however there was someone finishing up next to me that was nice enough to walk me through it. The shampoo and conditioner smelled lovely. The dryer had a low and high setting which was nice. I was able to walk right up to an empty station upon arrival. When I looked up when I was finished, there were at least 4 people that had formed a line behind me. I was leaving around 11:30 am. This might be the busier time of the day so you may want to consider arriving a little earlier. Note: Duchess wasn't as impressed, but it was no fault of the wash station!

Upon leaving once I drove down the street I noticed a deep scratch in the middle my windshield. My car is a 2025 and had no scratches on the windshield prior to me using this car wash. I spoke to the manager and he's claiming my car was already damaged prior to me using the car wash which is absolutely not true! I now have to pay out of pocket to get my windshield replaced. Management had no concern about the damage to my vehicle and instead trying to blame me. This was my first and LAST time ever going to this car wash. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place.

I wasn't sure how easy it would come off. I got there first thing and despite it starting to rain, they waived me in when I explained the situation. Well, I have to say- they were super friendly and more than helpful and my car looked better than it did coming off the dealership's lot. Immaculate. Tip these guys well. It takes a lot of elbow grease to do what they do all day long.

I don't know my way around, so I Google car washes near me. I found the 1012 WASH. I pulled in and I explained to Jason that I just needed my car to be hosed off, meaning all the mud just taken off. At first he seemed reluctant because I think he wanted to wash the whole Jeep, but after he understood what I wanted he went ahead and did it. It took him less than 5 minutes and I was very grateful and I tried to tip him and he didn't want to take it. After the third or fourth time I insisted he finally took it. My Jeep was all rinsed off and looking sufficient enough to go into my friend's fancy neighborhood. I was very happy and grateful. I asked him for a business card and I told him that I do reviews and I was going to give him one a good one. The guy who walked up said they weren't really taking any more customers, but they'd take me (I think he saw how dirty my car was and felt sorry, lol). My issue with that, though, was that he said they didn't close until 6:30pm, and it wasn't even 6:00pm yet. Anyway, he provided an inside/outside cleaning service that got the job done for $40, which is about what I'm used to paying for a hand car wash in Atlanta.

My only issue was that the attendants didn't do any pretreatment before sending the car through, which is also usually a good time to remind customers to turn off their auto wipers. Also, a lot of the vacuum spots were occupied, so I had to wait for one to open up since a lot of them were missing vacuum hose. Many of them. Still the wash quality was solid overall. I think it might be slightly priced over other locations. $5-10 ballpark

I selected the $30 wash with the special ceramic coat. The staff is friendly and my car was decently clean. The machine failed to completely remove bird feces and dead insects from the hood and front bumper however they have plenty of clean microfiber rags and cleaning supplies and I was able to touch up the areas on my own. Overall I would recommend this location.
