If I could give this place a zero star I would. Note to self...check ratings of everywhere on Yelp before going. Pulled up not clear where to go...there are arrows...but at first glance you don't know where these arrows are leading you. Staff...seemed ok. Nothing extra customer servicey...then something was wrong with something because we had to wait awhile after purchasing the bells and whistles. As we approached the darkest tunnel of nothing for the wash... no fancy lights...the brushes didn't really have a lot of suds and again no disco lights...just looked like snuffle lifeguard was washing the car. The tires didn't come out clean...mind you they didn't even spend time to scrub them before we went in. Then the vacuum area, no one was on staff there. I have no clue what the blue liquid was in the bottle. One of the vacuums nozzle came off immediately... the place is a joke. It doesn't matter how many times they change their name. They always keep the cleaning stations in the shade closed and there is never anyone to help if you need something. I had to stop going and I used to love it and pay monthly. When I ask Gregory says " it's summer it's hot" . They should drop the price , if they're dropping the service and bringing the attitude. Mgr Sumatra Ibrahim can't access the video to see that it just fell out and not pulled out is not interested in helping and say's a lawyer will have to go through him to get to the owner whom he claims will not cooperate... I have photos of their lousy rigging, the scratches and everything... I'm also inquiring to find out who the owner actually is and will get in touch with them directly... its a shame because I've used this location for a very long time and tell they are leaving me hanging... poor management leads to bad business... read more

This is my new favorite car wash! As many have stated, This is an inexpensive express wash that has tons of individual and unlimited wash options. Additionally, the provide you with all the prep and post wash necessities. This includes a prep station to clean bugs off the front of the car, vacuums that do a great job, citrus spray, windex, and microfiber towels. And I normally do full service washes but I'm never satisfied with their work and end up going back over everything anyway. So this gives me the ability to just do it right the first time. I went with the top wash (called the Lava Shield) unlimited package as I live nearby and have been searching for a wash that was convenient and actually did a good job. The car comes out spotless, and surprisingly the wheels were shining and the tires were wet from the high quality tire shine product they use. I was amazed at how good they looked without a human actually touching them! I saw some complaints about the wheels in the basic wash; it shows on the board which was comes with the wheel cleaner and they start at $10 I believe. I will definitely continue coming here a couple of days per week. I went from paying $25 per wash and being i satisfied to $35 per month and being completely satisfied! read more

This is the most horrible car wash. None of the vacuums work effectively, no one helps, there is no spray in the one bottle that is available for a shared use. A few months ago I ended up at caliber car wash over in Chamblee and it was the complete opposite of this experience where even though it was self service, everything worked amazingly and people even came around to see if you needed any help. Same price as this place. Same type of business, but this place here in Tucker is just awful by comparison. read more

I think I've been coming to this car wash every other week since it's opening (except when it rains) - super nice staff and the wash does an excellent job. You can get a simple wash for $4 or add other services all the way up to a full service level where they attend to the insides, etc. by hand, each level costing a bit more - they also take AmEx which many of these types of washes do not. I tend to get the $10 wash which includes shiney stuff on the tires. They have two vacuum areas and you can vacuum before or after the wash - they also have a free floor-mat machine. Conveniently located on Lawrenceville Hwy just south of the split for Hugh Howell between Fellowship and Main (if you're familiar with Tucker). You get a 24 hour rain receipt in case it rains overnight you can bring it back for a freebie. Support your local businesses! read more

This is MY carwash. I absolutely love this place as much as I love my car. I always get a lot of compliments on my car after each and every visit. It was my weekly routine to clean my car here ar Super Suds until I moved out of the area. I recently moved to the Snellville area. This week, Tuesday, I thought I'd try a different express carwash closer. I paid for their top of the line service. (The phrase you get what you pay for is a lie!) I was highly disappointed. So on Friday, while I was in Tucker, I hit my usual. It was a lil busy than I'm use to but I didnt mind the wait cause I KNEW it was worth it. She's right now. She's looking and smelling good. I, as always, was very pleased. Management on Duty and staff is always helpful and friendly. Their supplies (hand towels, glass cleaner, etc) are always there for use. I will never step foot in another carwash as long as you guys are open for business. I'm will be driving 30 minutes to get my carwash. Great job guys. My car and I are guaranteed satisfied customers! I was once a very satisfied user but lately the service has been absolutely pathetic. In the last two months there has been a problem with my sticker that allows me entry and the minions that work there call the manger by phone only to make promises that it will be resolved the next day...they take my number and I'm still waiting for a call back. Often many of the vacuums are blocked off and it seems that they are not providing the cleaners they once did for the interior. I took my Jeep to Super Suds on my lunch break and the pressure of the wind and water chipped the paint off my roof and doors. 15-20 different chips were found immediately after I left! Went to get a car wash and when I inserted my credit card it became jammed. After pressing the help button no one came to assist. I went to the office and was greeted by a disrespectful employee who used foul language and the F word. After calling the police, another co-worker emerged from the back who was much friendlier. The friendlier employee retrieved my credit card with a pliers and I canceled the 911 call. I left my information so that Mr. Kain who I was told is in charge by the nice employee could reach out with a resolution but nothing so far, thus this review is being left. The disrespectful employee would not state his name, his managers name nor the owners name. This business is in violation of its business license with such practices and behavior. They allow you to pre wash your car then get it washed then get free vacuums AND they give you towels and different cleaners to wash the Inside .. it really doesn't get any better than this when you're on a budget!! read more

Grab a Tucker Times to half off The Works ($7.) The vacuums are super-strong (no pun intended) to get those really annoying bits stuck in the carpet and they're free along with the mat cleaner. The cheapest wash is $4 and you still get to use the free amenities. I never use those gas station washers anymore. read more

So 3.5 years ago I found this place and have been a patron for a while. Easy, convenient and the attendants are fantastic. The 2 complaints I have though are 1, the system never cleans my wheels and 2, the price for a basic wash has increased 40% in the last year or so. While I like the place I've experienced better wash systems for 40% less and my wheels come out clean. I think for the money now I can do it myself at a self-wash and know its getting the job done. read more

My favorite car wash. They have a prep area to get some of the dirt off your car before the wash. There's also a vacuum station with glass cleaner, other surface cleaner, rug cleaning machine and rags to use free of charge with a paid wash. There is a pretty good selection of washes to choose from. I personally get the lava one. The car looks like it has been hand washed. What surprised me the most was how my tires looked A+. Towels, citrus cleaner and windex at the vacuum station. Vacuums are powerful and efficient. It's a drive in wash but the attendant hand washes the windows and grill prior to rolling in. One of the most efficient and effective washes I've ever had in Atlanta and I have a company car that I was regularly. I wish it were closer to my home. read more

I went through the car wash last week and my car came off the tracks twice. After I got home I noticed there was a long scratch on the front (near the hood). When I called to report it the so called supervisor (Shariff); I was told that they were not responsible for any damages to the car. He told me that there was a sign that stated that before I went through the car wash. However, I explained that the car had come off the tracks twice and they had to reset it. He then said that if the car came off the track that was my fault because I probably steered it off the rails......lol. After I told him I never touched the steering wheel he continued to say that I did, so we just went back and forth about the matter for several minutes. Throughout the conversation the supervisor continued to raise his voice and tell me no matter what happened it was my fault. It was the most ridiculous conversation I have ever had with a person who is suppose to be a manager. Consequently, every time I asked If I could speak to someone else, he said there was no one else to talk to. Ultimately, he said I was responsible for any damages that had happened and that was the end of the story. This guy was super unprofessional and a poor representation of the company. However, the moral of the story is do not take your car to this car wash!! If anything happens they will not take any responsibility for the situation. Vacuums work well (free) and they have free paper towels and window cleaner along with tire cleaner on the side of the building. I left my lights on while vacuuming and my car wouldn't start. Several of the workers came to help jump my car. They were pleasant and helpful. read more
