I had neglected my SUV for at least 4 years -- it was a mess when I brought it in -- coffee spills, dog hair, dog schmutz on the windows, etc. I had the full detailing and it came back like a new car. I even thought they had given me new car mats. Nope -- just did an awesome job cleaning my old ones. I had mostly cleared out my stuff before I brought it, but all the stray napkins and pens that were left were neatly bagged up and left on the front seat. They did our other car a few months ago. I've been here once before a year or more ago but was in the area so I decided to come back and get my carpets/seats shampooed. My seats and carpet looked like new and the extra bonus carwash and RainX made the $70 I spent well worth it. Little nook was a little dirty but I look at EVERYTHING, as I am extremely particular when it comes to most things I'm involved in. I'll definitely be back. If you sign up, you'll receive a coupon and who doesn't enjoy coupons? They also have birthday coupons and the specials are good if you need an extensive detail like I did. Simoniz car wash has a great set up its kind of like the Mc Donald's of carwashes. You drive up and see all the prices up front choose your service, they give you a receipt you hop out your car go inside pay for the service and you can look and see your car go through the machine to get washed and when it gets outside you can see the guys working on it. There is a comfy clean waiting area with a small section for the kiddies. They offer car accessories, snacks and even greeting cards which I thought was an interesting touch (how did they know every time I go to get my car washed I usually need to also buy a greeting card... maybe they will add a subway at some point). There are many services that they offer but for the basic carwash and vacuum it cost $22.99. If they offered a hand carwash I would totally understand the rationale of the price but they run your car through a machine similar to the ones you drive through on your own for $5 and charge you a extra $17 to dry the car off and vaccumm. The last time I utilized their services I purchased a wax package for my car which wasn't bad but you don't get much for your money. I paid $129 for the Scratch and Swirl repair and all the scratches that were there before the service were still there afterwards and my car is a newer car so its not like there was anything major going on. Next time I will suck it up and pay a company that specializes in scratch repair and waxing. If you are in a hurry and need a quick wash and not into driving your own car through a machine and vacuuming on your own then Simoniz car wash is the place to come to. There are a few places in the area who offer hand carwashes for less and inside cleaning but you will definitely need to have some time on your hands for the wait. read more

I feel like this car wash was a lot better when they charged less. I used to faithfully get my car washed and they'd do a great job inside and out. The last 2 times...not so much. It used to be around $13-15 for an inside and outside cleaning and a few months ago I went and paid $15 thinking that I was getting the full service that they used to offer for $15. Nope, you run your OWN car through the wash and drive off. No vacuum, no towel dry, and no interior cleaning. Had I known that I would have just gone to the $5 carwash where you vacuum your own car. Anyway, that was my fault but the price is a bit ridiculious for just a wash. Went in today and paid $22 for interior and exterior wash...exterior was great, but apparently the only thing they do in the interior is vacuum. The dashboard and middle console were not touched. I swear they used to do all of that when they cleaned the interior. I'll have to find another carwash or go back to doing it myself. *All photos are after I had driven halfway down the street and realized they'd missed the entire inside. Been here few times and this place knows how to make your car look amazing with great service. Last time I was there, I got their full detailing special for $89. Usually over $110 for this service. It was well worth it since my car looked brand new again! My leather seats looked so clean and since I have light tanned leather, it was looking dirty. But now they still look great. The wax job was very nicely done and the crew of 3 or 4 people did my car fast. but not so fast that they missed anything. I might be doing this annually in Spring. The waiting area is pretty nice with good amount of seating and TV along with a window to view them working on your car. There's even a kids area. This area also sells snacks and beverages. They also do a great job on regular washing and cleaning of your car. I highly recommend this place for your car wash and detailing! read more

Aside from a long line (possibly a testament to how great they are), this place was great. The price, a luxurious waiting room, the wash, and detailed cleaning inside was remarkable. They really did a better job than anywhere else in town. They really took the time to vacuum every nook, no dusty dashboards, even vacuumed under the seats. Will definitely be back. You don't get service like this everywhere. And with the cash wash booklet- worked out to under $17 per wash. What a bargain!!! I had some paint on my bumper from an idiot that backed into my car that I wasn't able to get out and was planning to take it in for a few hundred dollar fix, the person cleaning the car took care of it with some magic cleaner. Good wash packages, only gripe so far , the machine my vehicle went through didn't do a thorough cleaning ( bird poop ..small dirt marks still on the vehicle) Wheel wipe down wasn't as thorough either. Sure I love a good hand wash, but for a quick and easy painless process I go here. They have such a friendly staff. There was one instance where I left my wallet in my car and a woman who worked there came in to bring it to me just because she didn't want anything to happen to it. I thought that so thoughtful. The only downside is that I always go in wanting the $11.99 base cleaning, but end up getting talked into something different. Brought our 1989 15 Passenger Full size Van in to see if they could restore the paint. It is red and was very dull. They were very helpful in deciding the best solution. Great Job detailing and washing. I did the special that included the air blown detail and mat shampoo. My car was and absolute disaster before taking it in. Dirt in all the cracks, stains on the carpet. I thought it might be impossible to ever get it clean and didn't have high expectations. I was shocked when I saw my car. It's like new again! The deep red stain in the back seat (don't ask) was gone! The dirty vanished. I have no complaints and will defiantly be back. It took about an hour for them to do what would have taken me an entire day. Granted at one point they had 4 guys working on it. read more

They do a good job, and my car was very dirty indeed, after longish neglect during the pollen festival. The trunk exterior was stained with leaf stuff (tannin?) and there was no sign of it after I got the wash. They vacuumed my leaf and soil and twig infested trunk until it was spotless. (I garden.) Another appealing thing is that the waiting area has truly comfortable chairs, fat, leather, with rolled arms. I like that. And it has big windows so you can see the progress from your seat. As usual, I do not like that they play blaring TV on the inside and blaring pop music on the outside. If I were empress of the world, it would be Pachelbel at low volume in all car washes. This is a pretty new car wash that has opened up in Tucker. It is one of those free vacuum with car wash, car washes, and it does a pretty good job. It's the type of car wash that you put your car in neutral and just let the car wash push you threw. It does a really good job, but not quite as good as a good hand wash place. I've had a coupon for the past month that allows me to get a car wash for $7 that would actually cost $20. The vacuums are super strong. Relatively uncrowded as I guess it is still real new. I live nearby and have used them 2 or 3 times. Overall, they do a solid job. I did notice last time, a day or so later, an irritating dirt 'triangle' on the inside of my windshield, where they failed to clean. As an unlimited car wash member, I visit a few of these across FL/GA. This is by far the best one I've been to. Staff was very friendly and the employees took time to carefully dry the vehicle. They lowered the window shades and got the inside of the windows, the moon roofs, the door jams, and all the other books and crannies post people forget. Well I had choices like mister carwash because I know the person that is going to handle my car or go to SIMONIZ CAR WASH, welll bad choice! Damn it I should've went with my first mind. Ok so I pull up to the carwash, no one was there then a girl popped out of no where. She stood there and did not ask me what I wanted, she did not split her lips. So I looked at her and said what do you guys have she pointed to the board. I guess she was having a bad day. So my car went through and I brought the $29.99 package that has everything. She did not tell me about birthday package nothing, so I sat there waiting on my car and I promise you a bad feeling came over me. I did not look at my car good before I realized they did not wash my car good. When I called back and spoke to the supervisor there were no managers available per him. No apologies came from the supervisor he said it must had been black mold in my mind I was like oh ok he has his ammo already when he knows his workers did not do shit especially when I watched them tap dry my car and the hardest worker was the lady who really vacuumed my car.) I said I don't think so, so his response was if you want me to look at it bring it back. But in order for us not to charge you again you probably needed prework for the black mold. Then the dumb question came ... did she ask you what you wanted and did she tell you about pre work, I said NO, SHE COULDN'T EVEN SAY HELLO. I hung up because first of all it they would've wiped the car right, you could see the 'black mold" so let me explain.... in other words black mold is what he says without seeing it, it was black DIRT! This is the worst customer service I've had in years. I've been here twice before. First time I was happy with the result but concerned about the time. Second, I was told my hand wash would only take 30 minutes, an hour and a quarter later my car appears from behind the building to get vacuumed and the interior done. I spoke to the attendant and he said "sorry man" I guess I was off on the time. Yesterday, my third and last visit, I found that it is policy to lie to the customer. All I will say is, if you want detailing or anything extra, watch them. Make sure they do what services are being charged. Not a happy camper with my first experience here. I paid $22.99 for a "complete car wash" inside and out, yet I had to point out to the gentleman servicing my car that he missed the marks on the insides of the doors. (I have a brand new car with less then 800 miles on it) Upon driving to dinner after this experience, I noticed water marks on windshield and back window, only to realize they were on the "inside" of the car. I had a coupon for 1/2 off of one of the nicer washes. I spent $15 which seemed like a great deal, until I gave Fifi a closer inspection. The nooks and crannies weren't cleaned, and the dashboard appeared not to have been touched. I keep her pretty clean usually, so I guess they weren't trying super hard. They are consistent at doing a terrible job. It is too bad that they are so conveniently located. They are missing an opportunity to provide a great service to a community that would reward good service. They don't wipe down interior, clean cup holders and I always with same fingerprints on Windows that I came with. I complain and they try 10% harder to fix the mistakes. It's exhausting. read more
