Paid $18 to have my 1 month old car f$&ked up! No call back from anyone!!! Do not go here…read more Update: The store manager reached out and said there's nothing they can do since my car already left the property and that's their policy. It isn't posted where customers can see it, but supposedly it's posted in their office - SO CHECK YOUR CARS BEFORE YOU LEAVE! He wouldn't provide me their property insurance information and said they don't give him access to it. He had no other information he could provide or help with - no corp HQ phone#, email, offer to reach out to his higher ups; very ill-informed - just how these large corporations like it! I will be filing a small claims case, all I want is my paint corrected and they were unwilling to admit any fault, so they will have to prove it to a judge at this point.

I wish I could give six stars for this establishment. My car was FILTHY!!! I park under a tree and…read moresap was all over it. Leaves were trapped in the hood, back hatch, and the doors. When I picked it up, it looked as great as the day I bought it new BOTH inside and out. There was a small leak around my windshield that they took care of. I feel like I have a new car. The owner was very personable and knowledgeable about his craft (believe me, the restoration he did was NOT a job done by someone who just says he does detail work; this man has worked to perfect his skills). By some people's standards, he may be expensive; I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for. And that's what I got. After talking with him (he refused to give me a quote without seeing the car in person- which I greatly appreciate and respect), I knew I could trust him with probably my second most expensive piece of property. If you want a quality job done by a professional and his staff, this is where you need to go. In this area there is no business even remotely comparable. I'll be back.

Even though it was 'just' the Basic Package, he did a FANTASTIC job, no cutting corners at the end of the day.
