This is an old old old car wash it has been here for as long as I can remember. I do remember that…read moreabout 20 years ago my niece and I used to meet here and clean our vehicles together. My sister and a brother would come to this place too. Yeap about 20/24 years ago this place was busy. It was never a luxury car wash but it was maintained and kept kind of cleaned now it seems to be just let go. It is an old old place and I am glad it's still around I just wish it was better taken care of.

This guy stole from several honest patrons on Friday, 11/12/2021 between the hours of 1:00 pm and…read more5:00 pm by having them put their money in the machines, having it NOT work, then moving to other bays to have the same thing happen. This is nothing short of THEFT BY TAKING from this business. Left a note with my contact information. Went back later that night, my note was gone from the door and there was a driver in Bay 2 (the one that was NOT operating earlier) washing his car. So...that means that this owner came, got the note, fixed the car wash bays that had issues, but did NOT bother to contact me via the phone number I left to reconcile with me the money that his business stole from me today. Doing this to 20-30 customers at $1.75 - $3.50 a pop gives this man a nice little free paycheck at OUR EXPENSE !! (yeah --- do the math and see how much FREE MONEY he stole from his honest patrons today in that time frame of customers putting money into machines that had NO out of order signs) So....left a second note when I went back that evening --- He ignored that one also --yup - no call, no regard.... This is THEFT BY TAKING especially if you reach out to the owner and he doesn't bother to reconcile the funds that were lost due to his bays being in-operable. Yes, he HAS my phone number, and the bays that were not working... Everything he asks for on his door. Now, if people are ok with losing their money and just driving away with the precedence of "it's just 1.75 or it's just 3.50" -- no big deal, then that's on them. If money grows on trees for THOSE people, have at it. THEY can go ahead and pay this man's food, gas, mortgage and car note WITHOUT getting any of their services they paid for. But---if 30 people say the same thing, he's walking away with between $52.00 and $105.00 of YOUR MONEY and left you a few dollars short out of your pocket and a dirty car. So, in essence, what has happened here is he actually USED my note to FIX the bays that were in need of repair for the customers that came BEHIND me, so THOSE customers had NO issues and lost NO MONEY, while those of us who REPORTED it and who LOST MONEY are just out of luck. Is that what you call balanced ???? I don't. Don't know about the rest of you, but I use my money for myself, MY GAS, MY MORTGAGE, MY FOOD and to wash MY CAR. Not to fund this man's lifestyle and give him a free ride. For SOME of us, that money lost could have brought some gas, another roll of toilet tissue, another meal for themselves or their family. It's HIS RESPONSIBILITY to return back to his customers what they lost if services were not performed due to his bays not functioning properly. He has a moral and more importantly LEGAL obligation to do that as a BUSINESS. Douglasville Police Department has been called and the police report for THEFT BY TAKING has been filed. This man is a thief and is using his business as the catapult to commit the crime. Taking him to Court is going to be my next step. This has happened to too many people and it's not acceptable for this to be a continuous cycle at this business. Theft by taking is exactly that ---- it is refusing to refund and reconcile what customers have lost due to a business's equipment not working. He has no right to keep that money if we did not get services paid for due to negligence at his business. Doing so makes it a criminal matter, and if I have to pull that money out of his pockets in Court to make it right for everyone's money he has taken from over the years to be refunded, so be it, because reports like this -- (Complaint) "The sign says call ASAP if you lost money in the machine. Guess what? No phone number. What the hell?" (Response) "Good luck! I lost my money in the car wash yesterday, the machine comes on but the wand that spray water was clogged, I was mad as hell, but didn't get refund." are unacceptable.
