We were scheduled for the end of the day, and with other jobs and traffic he didn't get here until about 5:45pm. I was a little concerned, but needn't have been. Even though it was 'just' the Basic Package, he did a FANTASTIC job, no cutting corners at the end of the day. And even doing my best job at a wash and wax, I never brought out the shine and sparkle that he coaxed out of it. The only negative thing I can say is now I'm seriously considering when I can have him back to tackle my F-150!

Took my wife's car here this morning to do something nice for her birthday and save myself a little…read moretime by cleaning the outside at an auto wash. This place is anything but Paradise as the name states. The lady who checked me in gave me the high pressure speech about upgrading to the most expensive wash, assuring me that I would not need to do anything else to the outside of the vehicle to make it look shiny and new. I relented against my better judgement, thinking I would save the difference in their free use of the the auto vacs (a task you have to perform yourself I might add, and if you spend longer than 5 minutes using them you get the stink eye from employees, even if it's not busy). The vacuum nozzle kept coming loose from the hose making it damn near impossible to operate. About halfway through my vacuuming, I noticed that the front of the car was still filthy. When I called over the lady in charge she first tried to up sell me, telling me that dried on big goo had to be pre-treated and scrubbed with brushes. When I told her that I bought the most expensive option they had, and that she had assured me it would not require any additional work. I then wiped some of the goo off very easily with one finger leaving a clean white streak underneath, she then said, "well I guess we can run it through again but I don't know what good it will do without a pre treatment". I declined her offer and finished vacuuming my car as best I could with the shitty broken nozzle. As I was finishing up and taking pictures of the cars existing filth for my review I saw her and her two young male employees pointing and laughing. I told them I heard their comments and for somebody as bad at their jobs as they are, they shouldn't be laughing at anything. The new car wash in Carrollton can't open fast enough and I suspect with this kind of service and customer treatment, "Paradise" will be Paradise Lost soon after!

RJ's prices are fair and the repair work was perfect BUT the reason I am writing this review is the SERVICE is EXCEPTIONAL. The office staff is helpful and organized. They delivered my car back to me which made my day since I was traveling. If you are in the Atlanta area and need body on your car... take it to RJ's they are so much better than Classic Collision!!

They understood my car was old and I didn't want to spend a ton, and they were so very helpful, and understanding. They looked at it right away and was able to solve the issue in under an hour.
