The car was in fairly good shape before I brought it in, but they took it to the next level. The PPF I inherited when I bought the car wasn't quite perfect after a couple of years of wear, but they did an amazing job getting it as good as possible without having to replace it yet. When it's time to get the PPF replaced, I'll definitely be back here. I'm a pretty OCD guy when it comes to my car, and these are the only guys around that I'd trust to take care of this car.

The top was a real mess and I wasn't sure that even a good washing could fix it. I really didn't want to have it repainted. I brought my car to The Battery location and left it not knowing the outcome except that Martha promised me the moon. I am here to tell you, that when I picked it up, I couldn't tell that it was even my car. Spotless is an understatement. They know their business and they were genuinely happy to please me. All ProntoWashes are not owned by the same people. This particular location moved from a spot behind Lenox Mall. A hotel was put in it's place so I had to hunt for them. It is a family business and they really provided "knock your socks off" service.

I don't like writing bad reviews but after the experience I have had, I need to make sure no one else ever feels this. Last night at the braves game, I parked in the Green Deck (a free up to 2 hour deck) at the battery. I chose to park in the ProntoWash spots and pay $30 to have my car washed while enjoying a team event with my colleagues. When I returned to my car a couple hours later, I was displeased to discover that my car was COVERED in residue and just looked like someone rubbed a wet rag over my exterior and threw some tire shine on for good measure. A pig with Lipstick, if you may. I literally cannot see out of my side mirrors when lights shine on in the dark. I immediately sent a FB message - which was IGNORED. I could see that they read it and chose not to respond. OK WHAT? I just called on my lunch break and was combated with "your car was in terrible shape and we hand washed that car, we have videos of the before" (I asked to see and they never sent them). And that I was "paying for parking" (I was paying for the carwash in a free lot). Regardless there are 2 points here: 1. This is not true, I have my car washed every two weeks at the Two Minit Car Wash on piedmont for $20 (in AND out wash). I reasoned with their pricing by considering $10 for parking plus $20 for a wash. 2. Even if my car was that dirty, isn't that WHY I would go? Seriously, what kind of excuse is that? This was the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. She told me I was free to dispute the charge, that I was disrespectful, and without saying "you're wrong, I'm right", countered EVERYTHING I had to say. She did, however, ask me "are you done" when she was ready for me to stop talking. Either way, she just didn't want to give a refund or admit that the service was bad. Don't go here..save your money. Park in another lot for $5 and got to 2 Minit on Piedmont. These people seriously don't deserve your cash.

Nearest car wash by my location was this place so I called they were open and I went. They have different packages to choose from. The spot looks like an old DIY car wash where you have all the different stalls to drive in and dip out. This place was different. Kept up pretty nice for what it is. It's a group a guys there who hook it up and they do their job quite well. There is a separate stall where you can sit and wait while they detail your vehicle. Also there is a vending machine there that dispenses drinks and snacks too. Convenient for those on the go. About 20-25 mins after entry, my truck was glistening and spot free in the right areas! And this was all done for $18! Needless to say I tipped them well for their services. Don't sleep on this place!!!!!

Mr. John has this place looking like celebrities could bring they're cars here. And I wouldn't doubt that he has. We was very impressed with cleanliness and organization of all his products. I also see that Mr. John, is a very proud girl Dad of a Laby Blue basketball player. Ms. Jania Atkins. A potential WNBA player.
