    Brake dust and grime missed
    Denise G.

Dropped back by this place today around 3:55pm and my experience was completely different. I needed to login to take care of something for work before 4:30 - so I REALLY needed wifi - I wasn't just planning on surfing the web aimlessly. I repeat. I needed wifi. Keep in mind, I wasn't operating on an assumption that they had it. I had called previously (about 2 weeks ago) to ask about free wifi and the owner said they offered it. So imagine my surprise when after taking about 10 minutes to settle in, I asked if I could have the wifi password and the owner's daughter (who had been so friendly previously) snapped at me and said, "No! It's private." I was so taken aback by 1) her tone and 2) because someone had told me less than 2 weeks ago that they offered it that I must have frowned or scowled at her because she immediately followed it up with: "We . . . have wifi . . . but . . . we . . . don't . . . give . . . out . . . the . . . code . . . because . . . this . . . is . . . a . . . private . . . residence! My . . . parents . . . live . . . here!!!" Yep. She spoke loudly and slowly - enunciating every word as though I were hearing impaired or stupid. And actually I am stupid - because I really should have just left at that point since I'm really not in the habit of giving my money to people who are rude or condescending to me. When I responded by telling her that when I called on the phone, the owner told me they offered it. She said "maybe a long time ago . . ." I interrupted her and told her I called two weeks ago, spun on my heel and flounced back inside. I was super annoyed. Cuz here's the thing: 1) As I said earlier - I didn't assume - I called and was given information by the actual owner. And actually drove past my house to get to this place. If I had been given truthful information - I would have stopped at my house and taken care of what I needed to do using my home wifi. Once the owner's daughter got snippy with me - even if I'd demanded they stop working on my car and left - I still wouldn't have made it home before 4:30pm. 2) Even if its a private residence and you refuse to give me the code, apparently its because you think I'm going to use your wifi connection to somehow hack into your parents lives and commit fraud or identity theft. Either that - or you think I'm going to come back in the dead of the night and steal your signal because I'm a crazy person. Both of those assumptions are offensive. 3) As far as I know - there are no areas that are zoned in that area for simultaneous residence and commercial use. So they're either operating a business out of their home. Or they're residing at a business. (They are in a weird area - with residences / houses immediately behind them and an Advanced Auto Parts store right next to them.) But how exactly is a patron supposed to know this? So the condescension is truly unnecessary. But my point is - if you're a business - act like a business. ************************************** But after all that - i still probably wouldn't have written an update. I get it. It's a car lot - not a coffee place. But when I went to my car - someone had left the cap of some Tuff Stuff on the seat (no biggie - just mentioned it to convey the rush), the dashboard had droplets of water on it, the inner door panel clearly hadn't been cleaned and water was still dripping from both rear view mirrors. The wheel covers still had dirt, grime, brake dust in random areas, long strands from towel left in my car's rear insignia. (see attached photos). So I guess they ONLY do a thorough job when they're not busy. If you arrive one hour before closing, you get a piss-poor job. Scratching them off the list!

BEWARE!! I should've noticed all the reviews were many years old. Brought my new 2023 Tesla with…read moreless that 1000 miles here to be detailed for her first car wash since I drove it off the lot. Once I got home I noticed a lot of scratches and swirls on my car. Not to mention my new $500 ceramic tint was scratched as well on driver and passenger side. I called and took it back immediately. We came to a resolution for them to "polish" them out but only after being insulted by the comments of "they come from the dealership this way" and "I've been doing this for 20 years and it has never happened before" and "we just fixed someone else's mess up". After their "polish" the scratches are not as noticeable but they aren't all completely gone:( I'm still kicking myself in the butt for not washing her myself. NEVER AGAIN.

From the second I drove into their lot I received great service! They greeted me, walked me through…read morethe process, and knew my name from the start. They made me feel like they were more than trustworthy. I left my car to get detailed because it was a mess, and when I went to pick up (after about 4 hours which is very quick) it was like a new car. They also rinsed the outside with no extra charge, and their price was very affordable especially as a college student. It was all fast and easy, and my little Sentra hasn't looked better since I bought it. Would highly recommended and will be using them for their service again! (Also they have a cat in their office which is the cutest thing) Thank you X100 to this business!
