I'm picky about this since I run a business and it's the fastest way to piss of a budget conscience loyal customer. Their wash was very thorough and detailed. That day they offered a $12 exterior or a $20 exterior and interior. I got the interior/exterior package was very pleased. My car is 10 years old and I still take pride in it. Get it washed all the time and always will (FYI a wash every other month keeps your car from looking like a hoopty). They cleaned it inside and outside in less than 30 minutes, as promised. They wiped and cleaned every nook and cranny and I am very grateful for that. At most car washes I find a place or two that could have been cleaner and think, well nobody is perfect: but not at Luxury Wash. Very happy and satisfied with my shiny, clean car. The outside appearance of this place could use a touch up but it's clean and everyone was friendly. I'm not worried about the dilapidated look of a building when my car looks amazing after they are done with it. Bottom Line: do not hesitate, bring your car by for some clean loving!

So I never realized that I could purchase a monthly pass to have my car washed every.single.day! Well now for $20 a month (base plan), $40 (premium plan) I can run my brand new car through the tunnel once a day and trust me, during pollen season I was there every morning just after I dropped my daughter off at school! Now that the pollen isn't as bad, I probably run my car through 2-3 times a week, and will make use of the free vacuums and drying towels maybe every other time. During the school year, I was going when they first opened in the morning, now I generally try to go early in the day, or very late afternoon/evening as I find these the quieter times. A nice weekend day, and the place is crazy busy and trying to find a vacuum bay can be near impossible. All the employees are very friendly and helpful, so if there is a glitch or a problem, they get it sorted out. I love that my new car is looking so clean every day, and having the monthly pass saves me $$.

I decided to go with the upgraded package (the Executive?) to get the built-up detritus and dirt cleaned as best as possible. Making the appointment with the friendly young lady who answered my call was quite easy. My appointment was for 11:00 am this morning. The guy who was assigned my cars, JD, let me know he would be 10 minutes late. I told JD, ten minutes late is not late in my view. He said he prides himself in being punctual. That's commendable! JD spent 6 hours cleaning the two cars. He worked his tail off! No standing around, no goofing off, he stayed at it. And when he was done my cars looked brand spanking new. Just an excellent job. He was also very communicative throughout the afternoon, letting me know how things were going. He's a nice, hard-working and diligent young man. I couldn't be more pleased with the job he did. Nearest car wash by my location was this place so I called they were open and I went. They have different packages to choose from. The spot looks like an old DIY car wash where you have all the different stalls to drive in and dip out. This place was different. Kept up pretty nice for what it is. It's a group a guys there who hook it up and they do their job quite well. There is a separate stall where you can sit and wait while they detail your vehicle. Also there is a vending machine there that dispenses drinks and snacks too. Convenient for those on the go. About 20-25 mins after entry, my truck was glistening and spot free in the right areas! And this was all done for $18! Needless to say I tipped them well for their services. Don't sleep on this place!!!!!

From the time I pulled in, to leaving the lot, it was maybe 15 minutes. After I turned into the lot, I was greeted by an attendant, and I opted for the $30 Ultimate Wash. Took a seat outside for a bit, and when they pulled my car to the final section to get wiped down, I went inside to pay. A few minutes later, a young man opened my door, let me look around, and was very courteous as he told me to have a good day. The inside was clean, smelled nice without being overwhelming.
