I don't know my way around, so I Google car washes near me. I found the 1012 WASH. I pulled in and I explained to Jason that I just needed my car to be hosed off, meaning all the mud just taken off. At first he seemed reluctant because I think he wanted to wash the whole Jeep, but after he understood what I wanted he went ahead and did it. It took him less than 5 minutes and I was very grateful and I tried to tip him and he didn't want to take it. After the third or fourth time I insisted he finally took it. My Jeep was all rinsed off and looking sufficient enough to go into my friend's fancy neighborhood. I was very happy and grateful. I asked him for a business card and I told him that I do reviews and I was going to give him one a good one. If this is what he did expecting no money and did such an amazing job, I can only imagine what he will do for a paying customer thank you Jason for helping a Damsel in Distress on a Friday afternoon, a much older damseling and distress but nonetheless, thank you very much.

The guy who walked up said they weren't really taking any more customers, but they'd take me (I think he saw how dirty my car was and felt sorry, lol). My issue with that, though, was that he said they didn't close until 6:30pm, and it wasn't even 6:00pm yet. Anyway, he provided an inside/outside cleaning service that got the job done for $40, which is about what I'm used to paying for a hand car wash in Atlanta.

I wasn't interested in any exterior work and didn't want to do the interior shampoo since I didn't want to spend too much, and they offered me a great price on an interior focus plus shampooing. I thought they were just going to spot-shampoo but they really went out and did the whole dang thing. PLUS a quick exterior wash, which I reminded them I didn't need, they said same price, and then really it wasn't that quick because they specifically washed windows, tires, etc. just wow. Really above and beyond. Leo then ensured that I understood the steps to make sure my car interior dried properly- crack windows, hang floor mats, etc.! Great place, great people, will definitely be back. And price does not even come close to the price I see from other local detailers. Thank you!

The station was clean, but I must admit that the machine was a bit difficult to navigate. There were likely instructions that I simply missed however there was someone finishing up next to me that was nice enough to walk me through it. The shampoo and conditioner smelled lovely. The dryer had a low and high setting which was nice. I was able to walk right up to an empty station upon arrival. When I looked up when I was finished, there were at least 4 people that had formed a line behind me. I was leaving around 11:30 am. This might be the busier time of the day so you may want to consider arriving a little earlier. Note: Duchess wasn't as impressed, but it was no fault of the wash station!

You will see hIm walk back and forth to his car (a burnrt orangey/reddish car with tinted windows). Very nasty attitude, rude, and dismissive! He is the owner's grandson and they will definitely lose business if he continues to work there or he will piss off the wrong customer and it won't end well for him. He really needs to be thankful that I am not the person I used to be. I let his grandmother know how nasty he was and she stated that this is not the first time she has gotten complaints about him and she has repeatedly told him about his attitude. I honestly don't think anyone has talked to him about his attitude. He is HORRIBLE......TERRIBLE!!!
