When we started going over the paperwork and stuff, one of the guys that said that he had ordered a fan for that car and it wouldn't be in until Tuesday. Nick, who had taken my money said that if I could give him three hours, he would have the fan fixed on that car and it would be condition and he would even sign a letter stating if anything went wrong with the fan within three months he would fix it so I gave the owner chance I left for three hours after my car was paid for and they called me to come back and get it. I finished all the paperwork I got all my stuff drove off in. It got 3 miles up the road and the radiator exploded car overheated. I turned it around to get straight back to the dealership. Nick, the one that took the money was obviously gone, but the two young guys that were selling the cars were still there. They automatically just refunded my money and that was it.. They didn't say anything else. I feel that that was very unprofessional. There's also another couple there that was highly upset with them over some reason with their car I could tell there was an animosity between the two people there with their car messing up and the owner. Even though the sales guy, the car plug plugged me into the wrong outlet. He was very nice but his merchandise what is Nice is his professional attitude. I do not recommend this dealership because they do not have their cars fixed and ready to go perfectly or they say they do an inspection then they should know that the radiator is gonna blow up if they do an inspection. My 2023 Model Y has had the…read moresame HVAC/air conditioning issue since I purchased it, and it has already been in service twice for repairs related to this same problem. Now Tesla is saying the entire HVAC system needs to be completely replaced at a cost of around $4,000. The vehicle is only about three years old, and this issue has existed since purchase, so I do not believe it is reasonable for me to be responsible for thousands of dollars for a full system replacement. Tesla offered 20% off, but that still leaves me paying a significant amount for a problem that should have been properly diagnosed and repaired when I first brought the vehicle in. My vehicle has also had serious charging issues that ultimately required a high-voltage battery replacement, which was covered under the HV Battery Limited Warranty. I have asked for clear written documentation explaining the exact HVAC failure, fault codes, test results, and why the entire HVAC system needs to be replaced instead of repairing the failed component. As a customer, I should not have to keep returning for the same unresolved issue or fight this hard for transparency. I expected better communication, better diagnostics, and better support from Tesla on a vehicle this new. This experience has been very disappointing and has made me seriously question both the quality of the vehicle and Tesla's service process.

Just a friendly reminder don't ever shop somewhere where they falsify any information about anything. They're liars and greed fills that hole in they're hearts. He says I have buyers remorse but who wants to keep getting the run around about fixing the issues with car. You sell bad cars and do bad business - of course nobody is going to want a bad car they are spending their hard earn money for. The car is not worth it. Shortly after the service, the rear brakes developed a low-speed squeal that worsened once warm. I brought the vehicle back to have it inspected under the 2-year parts and labor warranty. Instead of addressing the issue, the advisor dismissed the noise by claiming that BMW sports cars naturally have noisy brakes, even though the invoice clearly shows they installed standard base pads and rotors, not high-performance track brakes. I was also told to simply "drive the car more." In the end, they only performed a visual inspection. The technician notes mentioned lubricating and chamfering the pads to address the vibration; however, no actual work was done, and the squeal persists. Disappointing to see legitimate warranty follow-up work deflected with excuses rather than resolved properly.
