Service is amazing. They took time with me and even stayed after hours to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted. I recommend 100%.

IMPORTANT - Please read before purchasing from this dealer - 0 Stars…read more I purchased a used vehicle here and had multiple post-sale issues that buyers should be aware of. The original factory key that was discussed before purchase was later refused, with the explanation that it was "not written down," even though there was no disclosure that the vehicle was sold without it. Requests to either provide the key or reimburse the cost to obtain one were denied. The title was promised the same day, but it was not provided. I was later told it would be processed the following week, without anything in writing. A dealer-installed GPS device was still in the vehicle and was not removed when requested. When I asked for copies of all transaction paperwork, I was initially told it wasn't needed. After pushing, I was told I would only receive the paperwork if I left the building. I was kicked out because I started asking questions. Note: A $300 document fee was added to the purchase. In Georgia, this fee is not required by the state and is set by the dealer. No clear explanation was given. Important: Do not rely on verbal agreements. In my experience, the dealership only honored what was explicitly written.

I literally had to find my way to the service center because no one was there to direct me. I scheduled a 8:45a appointment but the advisor told me I'd likely be sitting for 2-2.5 hours. So what's the point of scheduling an appointment? You would think when you speak to a service advisor that he/she would go over price quotes regarding market and third party parts. WRONG! I came here to re-align my drivers side window as it had gone off track. I sat for 3 hours without an update or being updated about the status. After I could no longer sit I got a text saying my vehicle was ready along with a final price of $1613! I beg your pardon!? At this point, I'm fuming and looking for the advisor. He goes into this spill about how the price is right and how he just got the quote when I did. This is the most unprofessional and price gouging Nissan dealership I've ever visited. The guy was basically telling me changing the motor in door panel is a 4 hour job at a $225 labor rate! I've never reacted this way in an establishment but I could not resist expressing my frustration and disgust with how I was treated. The advisor didn't even offer any alternatives. It was either I pay or leave. I had to pay $250 just for them to diagnose my car. Also, get this, the job couldn't even be completed because the parts had to be ordered!!! Why wasn't I told this first before I sat down?! I feel like my time and my money has been wasted. I will NEVER use this location again. If you are a woman coming here for services, BEWARE.

I'm normally patient, but this experience reminded me why I left Nissan, and now I'm planning to…read moremove my wife away from them too. We purchased a brand-new 2024 Pathfinder SL in April with only 6 miles. The first red flag: the air conditioning didn't work. My wife had to drive for a week in Atlanta heat with no A/C. When she called for service, she was told it could be fixed and a loaner would be available--neither of which was true when she arrived. Second red flag: multiple tire issues. We've been back three times for faulty tires. The first time, they told us it wasn't their responsibility and "fixed" it by just rotating the tires, so the issue came back. The second time, we only got the replacement tire after a fight--thanks to Alexis (our former salesperson, now in finance), who honored the original GM's commitment. Now, today, I came in for the third tire. I had an appointment at 1:15 p.m., arrived early at 12:58, and didn't leave until 4:15 p.m.--over three hours for a single tire replacement. While Demonta was professional, the overall service was chaotic. Staff were standing around, on their phones, or trying to upsell cars. Even my daughter asked, "Is anyone working?" There's no prioritization system--routine fixes like a tire change take longer than major services like brake replacements. It's inefficient and frustrating. This experience reflects Nissan's reported $4.6 billion loss in 2024--the decline in both vehicle quality and customer service is glaring. Some employees care, but overall, it's a poorly managed operation.

The short of it is that they will deal with dealers and car auctions across what seemed the south east (my car was out of GA) to find the vehicle you want without hassle (truly: read below) Extreme Customer Service: * I live in Atlanta, asked for delivery at a residence I was visiting in Augusta, and LAST-MINUTE (literally 10 minutes before) I asked for a change in delivery across town while I was at a Powerlifting Competition supporting my brother. [Flexible delivery- Home, Work, Random day-event just name it] * I was quite specific with my vehicle model, year, color, features and my budget range (which was on the much lower end for this luxury vehicle). Within 48hrs, Antonio had several options for me to look at over email that were so UNDER my budget that I was able to UPGRADE from the SE trim to the XSE and still stay below budget. [Veterans Auto will exceed your expectations] I had hassled with 7 dealers in N. GA for 2 weeks looking for Used 2019 Camry SE and XSE with mileages from 15,000 to 40,000 before hearing about Veterans Auto. Antonio at Veterans Auto found my 2019 Toyota Camry XSE under 1,500 miles and under my budget and made the whole process convenient for me. Don't waste your time at dealers, please let Veterans Auto do that for you.

I'm from Georgia, so I was not really shocked, but I did have to control the Hulk from easing out of my brown skin. I must have looked like an angry Black woman because the owner's son said "We aren't that bad". It's just a pride/heritage thing. So I quickly rolled my eyes at him and said "Sure it is." Now I wanted to go H Rap Brown on his azz, but my friend said they are very nice people. I sat down with them for a few minutes and sure enough they seemed to be genuinely nice young men. Cordial, polite and helpful. They have cars starting at like $900 and they go up to $7000 or so. Many of these cars do not work/crank for under $3000. But don't worry. They will tell you if they crank or if they need a key or whatever they know the issues are. I think the $3000 and up cars all run. Not saying that they are perfect cars but they will run and you can always bring a mechanic/(Shade tree or a real one) with you to see what they think. Sooooo. If you are looking for a car to get around town in and you don't mind buying a used one. Or if you need parts for your older vehicle then I would say give them a chance if you are in the area. By the way, I should probably mention that they fire a cannon....Yes MF I said a damn cannon and I meant it too....every time they make a sell. http://www.dixierides.com/index.shtml
