    The customer service was great... everyone was friendly, and made you feel comfortable. The atmosphere was extremely good.

I bought a 2004 Ford Explore with this company a week ago using the in-house finance they provide. The price of the vehicle was 6500.00 and after financing it was going to be about 7500.00 after 62 weeks of a payment of 124.00 every two weeks and also an agreement to fix the vehicles air conditioning system before I would purchase the car. I gave them the down payment of $500.00 and got insurance on the SUV the day of purchase. I dropped the vehicle off two days later to get the air conditioner fixed at the place in Jackson GA they told me to and the bill came out to be about 1200.00 and I paid nothing as agreed by the salesperson at the dealership the day of purchase, Kam's auto sales was on the invoice to pay at the body shop. Kam's e-mailed my several times the next two days to come in to correct a weekly payment scheduling mistake they had made with the contract. I agreed to come it right before I went to work because I like to have my business issues cleared up in a timely manner. The employee told me that he filled out the paperwork wrong and it was stating that I make payments every week rather than bi-weekly like I agreed and that it had to be changed. So I agreed. signed a new contract and I went to work. after getting to work I looked at my contact before and noticed that the price of the SUV went up by a whole 1,200.00 and rather than after financing the total cost being 7,500.00. It would be 8,900.00. I work at night and I have not been able to contact them or go to there establishment however I am sure that this practice is illegal, dishonest and ill placed. They lied to me about it being a clerical problem on there part to make me pay more than the advertised price on the vehicle. If I had to pay for the air conditioning I would have requested the bill be in my name as well as used a totally different repair shop that I could have saved some money with.

I purchased a vehicle from here in good faith, expecting a straightforward and honest transaction. Unfortunately, what followed was a string of shady tactics, questionable practices, and complete breakdowns in communication. The moment I drove off the lot, problems started surfacing--issues that should've been disclosed or at the very least discovered in a basic inspection. When I reached out for support, I was met with silence, excuses, or finger-pointing. Customer service was unprofessional and evasive at best, and no one has it in their DNA to take accountability. No need to take your own mechanic unless your mechanic can keep for the weekend to get a full inspection. The trucks on the lot are polished to sell. watch for hidden damages. It's frustrating and disappointing to be treated this way after spending thousands of dollars. What should've been a positive experience has turned into an ongoing headache. For any General Manager who actually cares about their reputation: I hope you find the opportunity to make things right. There's a reason this review isn't 5 stars. You can ignore it--or you can step in, take ownership, and fix what your team has failed to address. To anyone reading this: think twice before doing business here.
