When I begged them just to look at it and see if it was quickly fixable the service tech said "five days out". Would not give me any local places to call. Went on line and found Bellamy Chevrolet (14 miles away). They were wonderful and said they would fit us in. Minor issues that were fixable and we were back on the road in three hours. Found out Saturday morning from a kid eating donuts behind desk that their "Internet site doesn't really work right" and they only do express services on Saturday. Finally get contacted back Tuesday telling me it is a fuse issue and rodent chewed through a hose. Get it Thursday morning, $605 Bill, leave and when hooking up to trailer, running lights don't work. Took tester to confirm. Called about this, and got "I did not work on that, the person that did will call you back". Over hour later, no call back. Call and ask for GM. Told it is James. I wait. I get another guy on phone that tells me James is not GM. I told him I was told he was. He gets rude with me and wants me to speak to service... The ones that did not fix the truck and don't call back. He hangs up on me. Impressions throughout experience is that the people there are unprofessional. I will have to find another dealer to service vehicle, not the one I bought it from.

When we decided on purchasing the vehicle our salesperson took the car to get the emissions done and we waited until it passed before signing the paperwork. It passed and we signed on the dotted line. Drove the car home about 40 minutes away and to our surprise the engine light came on. Called back to the dealership and they said they can have it towed back to them or we can bring it back. I took the car back and they kept it for 2 days saying it was the battery and starter. They replaced both got the car back and 2 days later the engine light comes back on. This time they want me to take it to their mechanic but will not pay for repairs. Oh, did I mention the warranty we purchased during the deal process. Will get back to that topic in a minute. Called and asked to speak to the GM and talked to him, who then proceeds to tell me he will get back to me after talking to the finance manager to see what type of warranty and agreement we had. They were supposed to take care of any repairs within 30 days of purchase. To this day I have not heard back from the general manager. I have since taken the vehicle to a certified ASE mechanic who has ran a diagnostic on the vehicle and all kind of codes has come back and one in particular, emissions failed. So, you sold me a vehicle that you told me passed the emissions test and provide me the paperwork as well as had the information sent to the State of Georgia. No let's get back to the so-called warranty. Called the warranty company and they take my report to start the claim process and tell me to have the certified mechanic to contact them. When the mechanic calls the warranty company, they tell him that our warranty does not cover those repairs, and we have a basic warranty. My paperwork states that we have the Ultra Warranty. I say all this to say DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, RUN THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

We never had any oil leak before we took our car in. It took them almost 2 weeks to look at it. Once they "figured out the issue" and discussed with them why there was a problem with the head gaskets when we got the work done they stated our car was 100% perfect now. They never called us again, took them another week till we finally gave up and went to get our car. I am very disappointed in the service at this location. I would not recommend it at all.
