(I previously brought it up to another tire shop that replaced a flat but they assured me it was the right size) I initially called D&A tires and the customer service and attention was present from the very first phone conversation. From the start, Danny covered all bases by asking me the right questions and verifying the tire size and make that were compatible with my vehicle. He ended up provided me a better (and safer) solution within my budget. When I finally showed up at the shop, he along with rest of the staff showed me the same patience and attentiveness throughout my on site experience. The staff is extremely polite and waste no time, they move at lightning speed. He is a business owner who really cares about people, his staff (I respect owners who treat their staff well), and providing HONEST service and quality products. I got in to a minor accident and needed to get 3 quotes. I decided to go with Alpha since their…read morequote were more in line with the cost of the replacement mirror and labor, compared to the quotes that were half the cost of their quote. I tried to work with the owner of the company that I got in the accident with and Alpha and they could would work out the payment arrangement. Big mistake. I visited Alpha for the initial quote which I received. They were going to order the part and let me know when I arrived. I went back about a month later. They looked in the system, said that there was note and he said he would have to call me back. So I left. Another month went by and I did the same thing and left with the same result. My guess and its just that, the owner of the company that cause the accident and Alpha got together and decided not to work with me. I don't know. Only my mirror was damaged after a work truck crossed into my lane and decided not to stop. I filed a police report and I should have just called a lawyer. Lesson learned. Thanks for nothing Alpha. Too much time passed and now will have to replace my own mirror and I accept my mistakes for not stay on both companies.

After we contacting Fitzpatrick we were advised our model was not included. So we dropped off our car Friday night and picked it up Saturday. Great job guys.

I took my car to a different mechanic and in 5 minutes he found the nail in the tire. I asked him to check the battery Crossroda replaced and was told the connectors were loose. I brought My other vehicle to the new mechanic just to have them check the new battery Crossroads put in due to on going issues. I was shown where the battery wasn't bolted back in place and one of the connectors had been broken. I'll have to take my car it to the dealership to have it replaced. I've gone to Crossroads for several years. they were bought out and have gone downhil And no longer have great customer service.
