This review is based upon Multiple visits. I didn't want to jump the gun after one visit, two visits or even three. I've been here multiple times and consistently they have been spectacular with quick and efficient customer service. From the moment of arriving, addressing the issue, waiting and being on my way. Local garages are almost an after thought in the 21st century due to the big corporate automotive places that seek to do the all in one stop shop for your car needs. What i respect from Fairburn Tire is they are straight to the point. No waiting around to get a job completed. They provide you options on what you want to do and make the choice right there on the spot. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you have a defect on your tire, slow leak, full replacement, rotations, etc. Prices are very reasonable as well. You won't be disappointed in the service. I will forever be grateful to them. My parents were stranded with a flat tire and they are elderly. They had no idea how to put on the spare tire. This company came to get them and put on the spare tire for them and had them follow them back to their shop. they Also worked to locate them the right tire for their car. Awesome customer service. Excellent Service! At about 4pm on a Tuesday, I picked up two screws on the highway with my tire for safekeeping and watched my psi drop down by 20 in 10 minutes. Fairburn Tire was the closest place to me so I dropped in to their already busy schedule. They had my tire patched, aired, and got rid of the screws for me in 30 minutes for less than $50. 4/18/19 I called Fairburn Tire to ask about 2 front 255/40/19 tires for my 09 Audi A8L. I was told they would be there by 2, cost $316.84, I said ok. Arrived on time the 2 brand new Champiro UHP as were installed on the front of my 09 Audi A8L. 04/29/19 my ex husband was driving on 85S felt the car shaking, pulled over and the passenger front tire fell off. He called me, I called Fairburn Tire briefly explained what happened then merged the calls so my ex husband could give his exact location. Fairburn Tire sent a wrecker out and brought my car to their shop on Broad St, where the tires were originally installed. In the meantime I called USAA my insurance carrier and they arranged to pick my car up 04/30/19. When USAA arrived at Fairburn Tire to take possession of my car Larry Weaver the owner called me. He asked if I paid the wrecker yesterday and I told him no. Then he went onto say, that he tries to help all his customers but since the tire came off because my hub was damaged then I'm responsible for the wrecker fees. Then he said I thought you were going to let us do the repairs? Now I'm not so calm, and I told him as the professionals they should've never put tires on a damaged hub. I also let him know my car was at Audi South Atlanta on Jonesboro Rd, Union City had a full diagnostic and there was nothing wrong with my wheel hubs and I had paperwork to prove it. He refused to hear it. At that point I gave the phone to my ex husband they argued and the call ended. 05/08/19 a USAA adjuster called to let me know my car was taken to Caliber Collision on Shannon Pkwy in Union City, GA. Additionally I needed to use the claims communication center to explain what happened and upload any pictures and documents. At that time I realized I didn't have my invoice from the purchase and installation of the 2 front tires 04/18/19 from Fairburn Tire. Thursday 05/09/19 I went to Fairburn Tire to request a duplicate invoice, Larry Weaver asked the particulars (date, what was purchased, did the purchase include installation and last 4 of the method of payment) all of which I provided. He played around with the computer for a bit, then said he wasn't good at working it and said come back Tuesday 05/14/19 because his wife would be there and she could get what I needed. I said ok. 05/14/19 I went to Fairburn Tire Larry Weaver said he wife didn't come in that day because they have custody of their grandchildren and they couldn't find childcare but she would definitely be there Wednesday 05/15/19. Again I ok. I returned 05/15/19 and his wife was there no attempt was made to retrieve the information I requested even though I showed him I have the transaction on my bank statement. All Larry Weaver did was pull out a business card and said have your insurance company contact me. I was in total shock to say the least. It was determined that the lugs were cross stripped which caused $5763.31 in damages. Because they put both front tires on after my car was released to me I took it to Audi South Atlanta on Jonesboro Rd, Union City for them to take a look at the drivers side tire. Low and behold I incurred another $2291.28 in expenses. I needed to have a safe car because my teenager is home from College and she drives. Also I did not want another insurance claim if it could be avoided. Please beware when bringing your car here for any work. Larry Weaver does not take responsibility for his or his employees mistakes, mistakes that could have financial and life altering consequences. I needed a tire for my vehicle and the people went to work to locate one right away. Offered a loaner tire while I waited for a shipment of a new one. I decided against it so I could be done with this situation and get back to work. They were great and very professional. Where to begin? How about a sister road trip from ATL to New Orleans! Made it about 30 minutes outside of town when the car began to wobble. We are not necessarily mechanics but we figured, something must be up! Upon a google search, we headed to Fairburn Tire. We were greeted by friendly faces who immediately assisted us. They were nice enough to take the time to give the car a test drive, checked our tires and discussed possible issues and solutions! I got ripped off @J&R Tires and was referred to come check these guys out to patch my tire that was said that could not be done. As soon as I pulled up they were asking could they help me. I explained where I had just came from showed them my tire and one of the guys said "Heck yeah this tire can be fixed". They got on it and charged less than what I paid the first SOD. This place gets 1 star for being courteous and that's it. Larry quoted me $45 to do my back brakes and a tire rotation and have me out in an hour. When I arrived, he took me right away, got my wheels off and began the job. He informed me that the calipers were difficult to get off so he proceeded with some hammering tool to try to bang at it to loosen it up. After 15 minutes, he disappeared for about 45 minutes without saying anything to me, then came back, banged on it a couple more times, then went inside to take another customer's payment, then came back out and said he's going to keep trying but he may break the calipers. At that point, I asked him to stop and get me a price on the calipers, he came back with a price that was much higher than I know them to be so I asked him to just stop (I wasn't confident that he knew what he was doing and I didn't want him to damage my car). He checked the other wheel and knocked the caliper once with a hammer and told me that one will need a replacement as well. When I saw that, I was freaked out and asked him just to put everything back together so I could leave. I told him I wasn't prepared to pay that price for the calipers. He charged me $65 for labor which I thought was ridiculous and outrageous considering he initially quoted me $45, he didn't get anything done on my car and clearly didn't know what he was doing. He told me it's not his fault my car is messed up and he did his part so he still has to charge me for labor. The only thing he was successful at was rotating the tires, which he admitted he only charges $12 for. After going back and forth, he ended up bringing it down to $50 which still was crazy to me that he would charge me for labor when he only worked on my car for a total of 20 minutes!! The dangers of being a single female in a mechanic shop. I paid the $50 and left. I brought my car to my regular mechanic at Affordable Tire in Covington, GA (an hour drive for me) and he took the calipers off with the proper tool, which did not require any banging or breaking of my calipers and my brake job was done in about 30 minutes and way cheaper than Larry at Fairburn Tire charged me for working on a car that he obviously knew nothing about. I wish he would have just told me that he didn't know what he was doing and save me the trouble and the rip-off! Oh, but he did say God bless as I walked through the door so he gets 1 star. read more

These guys have the tools to get the job done! I had AAA come out to my house and they broke for sockets trying to get one of the bolts off my tire that went flat. They filled my tire up enough so I could go get a can of fix a flat. I was able to drive around for the next few days and went to a different tire place where they also couldn't get my tire off. They recommended this place and they were able to get it off 10 minutes after I pulled in. Great customer service too! read more
